Amazing evening learning to cook traditional Spanish fare including Paella. Leo and Dani were so accommodating and went the extra mile to help us get the perfect Paella pan, gave recommendations for restaurants to avoid tourist traps and explained which (and where to get them) ingredients needed. Fabulous experience!

I had a great time last night attending this cooking class in Mercado de Triana. The class was full, 12 of us and it was well organized and fun. The main instructor Isabella was great as was the other woman who made sangria ( I don’t remember her name). All of the instructions were clear as well as explaining the regional aspects of the cooking and explanations. The whole class seemed to really enjoy it and we had a few good laughs on the way.
I enjoyed all three dishes we made: a cold tomato soup with garlic, bread and lots of olive oil; chickpea and spinach pasta and traditional paella. We were provided all the recipes afterward and I will make the soup and pasta at home. Along with the sangria and other drinks ( beer, wine and soft drinks), we got to taste the food we helped prepare.
A fun night and I’d highly recommend it

Absolutely brilliant evening! The food was amazing. Our chefs (Leo and Danny) were excellent teachers and created a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our children felt welcomed and able to participate. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you for such a great food and cultural experience!!!

We participated in a cooking workshop as group of Irish-Italian adults and kids living in Ireland and Seville. We all appreciated the dedication and professionality of Domenico and Daniela. We all fully enjoyed the half day in the market and, especially, the delicious dishes we tasted! Last but not least, the important work the “TallerAnadaluzDeCocina team” does to promote the Andalusian culture and local products in the lively Triana market, also deserves to be mentioned!

I attended a Spanish cooking class yesterday Jan. 26. It was so much fun. Daniela toured us first around the market about its history and then Chef Don oriented us about the tips and tricks in cooking Spanish food. He was such a fun guy. I met people from different parts of the world and they were all very pleasant. We cooked a cold tomato soup, chickpeas with spinach and the authentic paella Valenciana. The meal was delicious. Daniela prepared a refreshing sangria and chef Dom prepared a delicious dessert drink. This cooking class is highly recommended.

A wonderful evening was enjoyed by 14 family members in town for my sons wedding. The Taller Andaluz de Cocina is located in the Triana Market a short walk just across the river from downtown Sevilla. The cooking school facilities are clean and modern even though it’s located inside an old style shopping market where locals shop. Victoria and Mercedes spoke perfect English, and gave us easy to follow instructions as we prepared sangria, salmorejo, espinacas con garbanzos, paella, and sorbete de limón with cava. We sipped on sangria as we helped prep and cook these traditional Spanish dishes. We then enjoyed the dinner we had helped prepare along with the beverage of our choosing. It was delicious and fun!

Had a family of five (kids are teens) do the class- was a great experience both walking in the market and in the kitchen. The food was good and the paella part of the class was very informative (we are going home to do our own!). We have a dietary issue the team was super helpful in accommodating the gluten free requirements.

Great way to spend an evening learning how to (and eat) authentic Spanish food. Our chef was so engaging and funny. You cook as part of a group and it's a great way to make like minded friends. Well worth it!

I would defintely recommend this cooking class. There was a total of 6 people during the cooking class and the facility was spotless. My husband doesn't cook and even he got involved in the cooking and enjoyed the evening. It was super casual and entertaining. I learned a few things and also had a lot of fun. The chef and his assistant is very personable and friendly. Class is not intimidating at all and Chef answered any questions we had. We made a soup, a side dish and paella while enjoying a glass or 2 of Homemade Sangria (yummy)! We ate what we cooked with a glass of wine, everything was delicious. Couldn't believe we made something so good. The recipes of everything was emailed to us. There was a surprise dessert at the end that was made by the Chef. A perfect end to a fun evening
