About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Glcollette0 contributionsWell worth a visitOur guide Alberto was full of knowledge. He spoke very well in English. The historical sites were just amazing. Very happy we went. I had a bad knee and was able to keep up with everyone. Must visit to appreciate. I would suggest you ask for Alberto.Written December 3, 2024

- Q6062GObillm0 contributionsLots of tours availableThis touring company has dozens of tours available in the Southern portion of Spain, and Sevilla. The prices are within reason, the guides are knowledgeable, and many speak English and other languages. We selected a rental apartment just a few blocks from Old Town Seville, and thus had an easy walk to most of our ten + tours. One tour office was though several blocks distant. The company supplied walking, full size bus, and van transportation to those that signed up for their tours. The guides used Spanish and reasonable English to tell us about what we were seeing. I am hard of hearing, and did not catch everything as the guides, showing their knowledge, tried to get all of it into their bilingual speeches. The guides at the end of each trip did turn us loose and we had to find our way back to our starting points, and there was one driver (the Granada trip) that scared me as he did not pay attention to the road as he talked to the guide. The guides at the end of each tour also presented us with a 10% discount on our next tour, but since we already purchased ALL our tours before leaving the states, we did NOT receive the 10% (to my knowledge). Ratings: Number of tours ***** (Many) Tour guides **** (Knowledgeable) Transportation **** (Comfortable) Quality of the tours **** (Some were great, some not so great) Office Personnel **** (Mostly helpful) Location of the Offices **** (Reasonable) Would we recommend, Yes.Written December 2, 2024

- debjoh20170 contributionsTangier, Morocco - a real learning experience! An experience we won't forget, and just a short ferry ride across from Spain. Our Moroccan guide was humorous, knowledgeable and protective. We learned a great deal from his narrative. We were delighted to see the meeting of the North Atlantic and Mediterranean seas. We were overwhelmed by the hawkers, who would not take no for an answer and very wary of the pick pocketers who were looking for opportunities whilst following on our walks.Written December 1, 2024
- debjoh20170 contributionsA must do tour of Ronda and the White VillagesWe would highly recommend this tour with Antonio and Diego (driver) who were an awesome team. The vistas were extraordinary and the commentary from Antonio was above and beyond, telling us important aspects as we were driving along. He weaved in nature, history and current day facts into his talk. We had enough time for independent wandering in Ronda, although, next time we would visit for a few days! Antonio also provided a number of suggestions to experience whilst in Seville, and we thank him as we did enjoy a few of these.Written December 1, 2024
- debjoh20170 contributionsYou rock, Gibraltar!Amazing to walk over an airstrip to access the Gibraltar British territory. A terrific tour of the rock with some amazing panoramic views over Gibraltar and the border to Spain. Miguel was our guide, and he looked after us well.Written December 1, 2024
- Q6062GObillm0 contributionsMust see in SevilleFrom the patio of our rented apartment in Old Town we could see these two structures in the day and lit up at night. Each is a must see when visiting Sevilla Spain. Now is there something special about a palace and a church, well yes and not. We are travelers and have been to many nations and have visited many palaces and churches and each is different but the same. Sparkle and glitter, old mixed with new, history of the ages, and worth the entry fees. Our Naturanda Tour Company guides were reasonably knowledgeable and tried to show it by talking fast and much. Being hard of hearing, and due to their attempts at English ( a most difficult language) I did miss up to 80% of what they were saying. At the end of the tours (all of the Naturanda Tours) the guides hand out a card with a 10% discount offer for the next tour you book. We booked 10 tours and since we did so from home before going to Spain, we did not get the offers that may have saved us over a hundred dollars. (We spent over a $1,000 USD for tours)Written November 30, 2024
- Q6062GObillm0 contributionsNot as planned. We did not contract for this tour due to it not being on the day we planned to visit the Sherry Winery and the Appaloosa Horse Show. We contracted with another company that did not show up at the meeting place we were at. The meeting place was the Sevilla Tourist Office and the woman that opened it that morning decided to help us find out what happened. As it turned out, the tour was cancelled due to possible rain or whatever. The tourist office help then called and found us this tour by Naturanda and asked if they were going to Jerez de la Frontera and the horse show, the answer she gave us was 'Yes' so we decided to use the Naturanda tour. She booked us for $99 each, and she spoke to the first tour people and got us a $238.84 refund. (From Viator TripAdvisor US) Now it was clear when we got to the first stop that was NOT the winery we expected, and in another town. It was also clear that we were not going to see the horse show, but that we were bypassing Jerez de la Frontera and going to Cadiz, in the rain. The winery was good, the tour there several blocks of walking uphill from the bus stop. There were employees there that did a good explanation of how the wine was made and aged, and we did get several glasses of different wines served with tidbits of bread. Cadez was another story, there was a cruise ship in the port and thus thousands of visitors roaming the streets. The town is interesting as it is a seaport, but not overly necessary to visit in our opinion. Being in the rain and dampness did not help, and outdoor eating was pretty much not available.Written November 30, 2024
- Q6062GObillm0 contributionsGreat tour of England.. Well almost EnglandThis tour is a full day tour due to the distance between Gibraltar and Sevilla but is worth the time and price. The only negative is the amount of walking you need to do from the parking lot to the van pickup station. You have to go through security so be sure to have your passport with you, and no weapons or illegal substances. You will be walking across the airport runway, up some hills and side streets, up stairs, down stairs, and finally to the van that will be your transport for the next hour or so. The tour goes up the mountain on narrow one way roads and then down to the coast where you can say that you 'kissed' your lover at the end of Europe. Note that Gibraltar is NOT spanish, it is English, but the workers at the restaurants are mostly from Spain and therefore do speak limited English, and mostly Spanish. On a clear day you can see Morocco and the part of Spain that is on the African continent, we were not there on a clear day, but did have a good view of the city and the harbor with it ships. There are many sites to see, but the primary one is the Saint Michael's Cave that is lit with bright colorful lighting. You will also be privy to stopping and being greeted by the Barbary Macaques (monkeys) that reside there. Take picture of the Macaques but do not feed or try to pet each as they may nip you and that will mean you will have to get rabies shots and other medical care. Take your pictures of the mountain from the airport runway, it is the only place you have a full side view of the monument on this tour. The tour does NOT unfortunately take you into any of the gun placement tunnels, and that is the only reason we did not give it five stars. Our guide is friends with some of the workers and thus we ate at Toni's Fish and Chips; and well the food and beer were within expectations for the Brits and priced accordingly. (Good fish and chips, try it). Expect to go through Passport inspection on your way back to the tour van, and use the bathrooms in the parking lot. You may need a Euro to do so (many public bathrooms in Spain charge a Euro for cleaning personnel)Written November 30, 2024
- Q6062GObillm0 contributionsAlhambra tour for a dayGranada and Alhambra The trip is several hours long and you will be traveling for a good bit of it, but once there, then plan on a few hours of walking, including up and down the hills from the bus parking areas. Our guides were ok and seemed to know their subject well, but the van (~ 12 passenger) was driven by a person that seemed dangerous. He and the guide talked, and each time he did, he turned his head back to the right hand side and took his eyes OFF the ROAD. We did have two or more near misses. There is a break on the way, at the site, and on the way back. There is also upon arrival in Granada, a walking tour of another site and a short break for food and drink. At the Alhambra there is a gift shop, and there are lovely gardens, and lots to see. Our guide at Alhambra was very knowledgeable and spoke near perfect English, so that was a plus (I am hard of hearing). We did rush a little through the gardens and so taking time for pictures were limited.Written November 30, 2024
- Q6062GObillm0 contributionsGood tour, do both floor toursWe did this tour on our first day arrival in Sevilla and thus was pushed for time getting there about 10 minutes late. The guide accepted our lateness and we took the remainder of the tour and then doubled back to see what we had missed. The Palace is not the Royal Palace of Madrid, thus not overly decorated in gold and tons of fine art. It is though a good look at where some royals lived in their times. The guides were knowledgeable, and their English was within reason for me (with hard hearing) to understand. We opted for the second floor tour that is seperate from the first floor tour, and were glad we did. The second floor had more artwork, more 'feeling' of someone living there, and thus was worth the extra cost and time.Written November 30, 2024
- Q6062GObillm0 contributionsGood tour of Roman RuinsThis tour is by bus and is about 30 miles east of Sevilla, it is of ancient Roman Ruins that are currently being excavated. Many of the excavated ruins have been 'rebuilt' to show what once was. The main attraction is the 'theatre' that is in the round and constructed of mainly rock and a cement type mud. Our guide was knowledgeable and explained the constructions, the usages, and much more of the history than one could absorb in the short time we were at the site. There are bathrooms and a small museum at the site. Plan on an hour or more walking on cobblestone and up or down slight hilly grades. Plan on doing some reading of the plaques as you tour the many ancient ruins. It you have been to Roman ruins in Italy or Turkey, you will be surprised at the 'difference' in construction in Sevilla. There are some preserved tile floors and walls at this site, and you may get to see some archeologist and their 'students' at work hand-digging the rocky soil looking for more artifacts.Written November 30, 2024
- Q6062GObillm0 contributionsRonda and SetenilWe contracted with Naturanda tours for several trips (about 10) and for the most part they came through with good tours. This tour was one of the best, but did consist of lots of walking, much of it on hills and cobblestones. The tour first did Ronda and then Setenil. Due to streets and access, the 45 passenger bus could not get us close to the attractions, and thus the walk. Setenil is a must if you are taking the Ronda trip, and you will be delightfully surprised by it. In Ronda, we inadvertently ended up in a 'classic' car rally, and that just added to the trip. The guide spoke reasonable English, but Spanish was better for most on the tour. The guide did recommend two places to eat lunch, but we declined due to timing. The guide told everyone to meet back at the bus station at xxx time, and just left us to be on our own. We naturally got lost and had to ask a policeman for directions, he walked us a couple of blocks and pointed us to the bus station (Very nice of him)Written November 30, 2024
- T7143MNmarthal0 contributions10/10UNBELIEVABLE. Ivan took us to these gobsmacking places and his explanations didn't worth less. He's really a jewel of a guide and got the entire group entertained during the 3 hours of visit. Bravo Evan!Written November 29, 2024

What awesome Fine Arts Museum in Seville!
Christina' s passion for paintings made us travelling into time at the Barroque period in Seville.
It' s worth seeing not only the paintings, but also the old convent and its patios.

I visited the Museo de Bellas Artes on the morning of 06/19 with my family. I think that hour of tour would have been infinite, but our Joana made it super interesting and fun, thus making that hour that initially seemed infinite fly by. she was also very helpful with our questions and always tried to make herself understood since she spoke Spanish and we are Italian. impeccable visit and then the museum is truly fascinating

The tour guided by Alberto was extraordinary. We have some experience with guided tours, but this one with Alberto has been the best by far. Alberto kept us entertained from the first moment to the end, it is clear that he enjoys it, and makes us enjoy it. Time flew by. Without a doubt we will repeat the experience. Thank you Alberto on behalf of the mature couple from Granainos
