About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Andrew W0 contributionsExcellent itinerary and guideThis trip was a wonderful balance of relaxing recreation and educational. The itinerary was just right - three really good destinations and just enough time provided to explore each. Our guide, Leon, was first class. Excellent English, fascinating insights and a lovely friendly manner.Written December 8, 2024
- 690angeliquej0 contributionsWonderful tourA wonderful experience made all the better by our amazing guide, Alberto! He is so knowledgeable about the sites, artifacts and history, it was very impressive, highly recommend.Written December 8, 2024
- William T0 contributionsGood/But disappointed in no Olive farmEnjoyable tour, really enjoyed the drive to the villages. The tour guide was knowledgeable and explained in detail the origins of the area. BUT I was disappointed!! That we did not visit the Olive farm, other's talked about in previous reviewsWritten December 8, 2024
- E3302FQmalcolmg0 contributionsIdyllicWe were guided by Evan and we felt so lucky because all his explanations were on point! Trying to make people understand the importance of these 2 monuments in a city like Sevilla is no joke. It's such a deeply historical tour that made me want to read every book about the history in Spain. We've been traveling around Spain and finding someone with such a good level of English like Ivan wasn't easy at all! Lol. Thanks 💯Written December 8, 2024
- Explorer232312482210 contributionsGood trip to Carmona & CordobaTrip was organized well starting with our trip coordinator Antonio who met us before we boarded the bus to make sure we were good to go. Our driver Rafa (Raphael) & Tour Guide Antonio (different than the one above) for English & Maria for Spanish & Italian were very good. We were in the English group and Antonio was entertaining and informative with lots of personal anecdotes keeping it interesting and fun. Carmona was a quaint lil town with a beautiful church and perfect for a coffee break. At Cordoba there were several historic places to visit and the mosque-cathedral had amazing architecture explained and toured with another guide for English & Spanish (sorry forgot her name) who was knowledgeable and pleasant to listen to and she kept both the groups together efficiently yet explained everything separately. Worth the 10 hr day with ample time for everything.Written December 8, 2024
- msmomaha0 contributionsBeautiful day added to great experience.Jose Luis highlight of our trip to Seville. He provided terrific insights and great historical information. - arthurjB9720RO0 contributionsCan't skip this!Kudos to the guide that led us through these 2 beautiful historical monuments in a very difficult day. The cathedral was packed but Ivan did such a wonderful job showing us the current exposition about the devotion and passion that involve the catholicism in a city like Sevilla and later giving a master class of history and culture in the beautiful Alcazar of SevillaWritten December 7, 2024

- 116retoe0 contributionsAmazing day trip with Jose LuisInteresting stop in Jerez including a taste at a winery, but the true highlight is Cádiz with its rich history, beautiful buildings and unique geography at the Atlantic. Our guide Jose Luis never got tired translating for me in a group of otherwise all Spanish speakers. We stopped to see a breathtaking sunset towards the sea which was the icing on the cake.Written December 6, 2024

- Curious4018200 contributionsA positive experience! This was a really enjoyable trip! We spent some time in Jerez de la Frontera and more time in Cadiz. During our first stop the highlight was the visit to Bodega Don Pelayo and later we walked around the town. At Cadiz we visited different historical places. Our tour guide, José Luis, made a difference on this trip, always with a smile and very positive attitude. He told us the stories (and even the stories behind the story), showed us interesting sites, handled us tourist flyers and maps, shared his knowledge (English and Spanish), took good care of the group, considering needs and answering questions, drove us safely from place to place and even made an extra stop for us to enjoy and photograph the Sunset 🙂 It was a nice experience and in my personal opinion, money well invested. Really grateful to have shared this experience with a guide like José Luis! Thanks!Written December 5, 2024
- Explorer232312482210 contributionsGreat experience to visit a UNESCO World Heritage SiteThe trip was stress free even though it was a long 12 hr day. Our tour coordinator was there to make sure we got on to the right bus. The driver John drove up and down 3 hrs each way and gave us ample time for a snack bathroom breaks and lunch etc. Our tour guide on the bus Alberto was knowledgeable and explained the history so we could get the maximum benefit from the trip and suggested places to eat and great look out points for pics. We were handed over to our guide Anna on reaching Granada ( named after Pomegranate who knew! ) who was an expert on the arts and architectural history of Alhambra and Nazaries and explained everything patiently for almost 3 hrs. We all had headphones so we could hear her clearly. It was worth the long day!Written December 5, 2024
- Venture183904857040 contributionsGood but needs improvementAlthough our guides were really knowledgeable about the history of Granada and Alhambra, especially Anna, who was really engaging, there were some logistical nightmares in this tour that you should watch out for: 1. Tour starts at 9:15am and ends at almost 10:00pm. Although this is understandable because of the distance between Seville and Grenada, I don’t understand why the tour does not offer food options for dinner. They could have included takeaway food after the Alhambra tour from one of the restaurants in the area so the tourists can eat in the bus. Instead, they tell us that we should just look for a restaurant in Seville when we return. This after a whole day of walking and traveling? Worst part is you’re not even allowed to eat in the bus. Really? You’ll just allow your travelers (tourists who are from another country mostly) to just not mind their hunger when there could have been a workable option? Also, why not allow tourists to eat in the bus? At least allow them to buy food and eat it so they won’t get hungry after a long day of walking? This is really a small thing that could improve the comfort of this tour. 2. Why on earth did the tour mix English speakers and Spanish speakers? This really ruined the flow of the discussion because the guides need to make announcements or discuss matters twice! Once in English and again in Spanish. This ruins the flow of the discussion. And it also adds to more talk time for the guides, which is tiring for the listener and the guide as well. Why not make a separate tour for Spanish and then English? This really affected my enjoyment of the tour - too bad since the guides are really very smart and I enjoyed the comprehensive historical background that they provided. 3. The walk to the viewing deck in Grenada before lunch could have been used for further discussion from the guide. Instead, it was a silent walk. Our guide just spent his time talking to one of the tourists instead of explaining what is happening or where we are exactly. Our guide could have been more engaging in this part. Although Alberto is really nice and smart so at least… All in all, my family and I enjoyed Alhambra, but the operator could greatly improve its service so the travelers would have a more enjoyable and comfortable trip.Written December 5, 2024
