Maria was a great guide in Seville!! Sights are amazing.
Maria was a great guide. Good English, very knowledgeable and a wonderful sense of humor. Showed us all the hidden hems at the palace.

    Lovely architecture
This is quite a sight. The detail in the architecture makes this a desirable spot to visit. We took many pictures and recommend arriving with tickets.

    Heartbreaking
Completely Heartbreaking! I witnessed a lame horse being whipped to pull a carriage of 4 around Seville in blistering heat. These poor horses go up and down hour after hour, day after day, probably year after year. Often times they look malnourished and exhausted. Just last year a horse collapsed and dropped dead in the middle of the street. How can people continue to support this?

Don’t book your tour with them!
We came to Seville just for 2 days. We booked the tour a month in advance and were excited to visit all the places without staying in the long lines. One day before the tour, we received an email saying that half of the places were closed and we won’t able to visit them, and we should get a refund. On the day of the tour it was raining very hard. When we came to the address, which we received from the company a day before, it looked very strange since it wasn’t on the road, but instead was on a very narrow street. We came to the meeting point and waited for almost 15 min, no one came. We started to call them and text to make sure that they will pick us up. No one answered the calls or texts. After 30 minutes we received a phone call from the company’s representative saying that they already left without us, since we never came. We were just shocked! We asked how come no one called us or answered the phone. Then we offered to take a taxi and meet them on the next meeting point. Instead of answering, the guy said that another tour person will meet us in 45 minutes , but it will be shorter version of the tour and he will send us the address with a meeting point. After receiving the address we stopped the taxi asking them to take us to the place. The taxi driver said that the address doesn’t exit and this is just a zip code of a large area. By that time we were soaking wet, frustrated and very upset. After paying almost $300 for 2 we felt like we were dealing with company who doesn’t care about customers, can’t provide good quality service and care for their business. We left Seville without seeing Alcazar or Cathedral, since all the tickets and the tours were sold out.

    A sad sight
The sight of all the carriage horses all around the city is a sad sight and we wouldn't dream of going for a ride. We saw the drives take good care of the carriage, but never did we see any offering their horse water, food or a friendly touch. The horses seem apathetic and without any spirit. I hope someone is smart enough to find a modern way of letting tourists meet these amazing animals with their welfare in focus. I would pay for that.

    Flamenco in Seville, Spain!!!
We were excited to be going to a flamenco performance in Seville, Spain! We were greeted and picked up from our hotel for the show. This included a historical guided tour with our very knowledgeable guide Maria. She had explained the history of the regions connection with flamenco with cultural highlights. I highly recommend if you want an authentic flamenco experience!

    Great guide, disorganized company!
It was an English speaking tour and most of the time we were with a bus driver who did not speak English. He was really nice and tried to help though, but that is not what we expected. The agency postponed our pick up time to 1 hour later (instead of 8 a.m. pick up was at 9 a.m.) .There was bad weather so there was more traffic and we got late to our tour. If the agency left the pick up time as per original, we would not be late. The tour began without us, so we had to wait for them to join them for other parts. The one we missed, we had to do by ourselves. The guide was lovely and knowledgeable. The timing became a problem in the end because we were supposed to have 2 hours in Granada. It was to late to enjoy Granada and we already had plans for the evening. We missed half of the day tour that we already paid for; did not have time for lunch or see Granada.

Amazing place, but average guided tour, little communication.
Overall it was a good visit. The guide was clear and gave a lot of valuable information. The Nasrid palaces are incredible. However, the visit did not include a visit to the Alcazaba. We did that on our own. Although we booked the visit only in Spanish, our visit was done in Spanish and English. The agency needs a lot of organization and communication with clients. They informed me of the meeting point at the entrance to the Alhambra, however, they changed the meeting point to a nearby hotel, but they never informed me. Fortunately I was able to phone ahead to ask why I couldn't find the guide. In addition to that, the guide did not wait for us when we had to go to the bathroom nor did he tell us exactly where to reach the group, which caused us to get lost and delayed the visit. All of this would have been avoided with better communication.

    Nice comprehensive tour of Seville
We enjoyed the trip. Our Guides Mellisa and Maria were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave all the key details of the places during the visit. The full day tour that we booked covered most part of Seville. The cruise in a boat in the betys river was very refreshing. The trip is worth the money that we spent

A must visit when in Granada
It is an amazing place to visit. Glad I included it in my itinerary. The guide was excellent but rush a bit. It is understandable because of the large crowds but this may be a once in a life time trip for many tourists. It was not inexpensive. I will consider other forms of guided tours in my future adventures.

    Fair
Our tour should have started at 10.45 but statred about 20 Mins late as the guide was delayed in the first part of her tour ! A text from the company may have been nice . Melisa was guide she was very engaging and knew her stuff! We was on a bi lingual Lingual tour which made the tour slow.we had booked English My ear piece and many others did not llast much more than an hour which was a shame.. this resulted in having to hang around one spot to wait for the English translation ! Large group . Glad iwe did it but would book smaller tour next time

    Horrible Communications
The tour was not fun. It was an English speaking tour and most of the time we were with a bus driver who did not speak English and did not even talk with the Spanish speaking members of the group. He was very unfriendly. We were dropped off without saying how we were to be picked up. After the tour ended we were given incorrect directions of where to exit and where to find the bus. Our bus group had 15 individuals. After leaving the bus we were combined with another group of 15, so the group increased to 30 people with one tour guide. The group was too large and the tour guide had lots of trouble keeping everyone together. Due to the large number, the tour took longer than the intended 3 hours. This became a problem because we were supposed to have 2 hours in Granada. We arrived in Granda just when all the restaurants were closing for siesta.

Good horse welfare and an enjoyable way to see the city
Having been around horses since I was a small child, I'm always very sceptical of horse drawn carriage rides around cities when travelling overseas due to horse welfare concerns and will only support them if I see a good standard of welfare. I was really pleased to see how well cared for the carriage horses in Seville are. They had plenty of shade at the cab stands and there are special water points installed where buckets can be filled for them to have a drink. The horse on our carriage was well groomed, wearing correctly fitting harness and looked fit for his job. He trotted along through the Park with his ears pricked, clearly interested in his surroundings and happy in his job. The driver's whip use was what I would expect. I do carriage driving at home as a competitive sport, so I know that gently touching with the whip is a necessary communication aid because you don't have the use of your legs like on a ridden horse. It should never be used as a punishment. Our driver clearly knew this too, which was pleasing to see. We went early in the morning when it was cool, so to minimise the impact on the horse. My only concern is that I hope all horses get a proper siesta when the heat peaks. But otherwise, it was a highlight of our trip. It's a great way to see the city and especially the Plaza De Espana and Park Maria Luisa, which are ideal for driving because they are wide and flat with lots of shade from the trees.

Dear visitor, Well, as we say, everyone to his own taste. Still, the Alcazar is listed as World Heritage of Humanity since 1987 and its role in the history of Andalucía has been very important. It´s one of the most well preserved in Spain and the only Royal Palace in use located in such old stones full of hundreds of years of history. You certainly don´t want to miss that !

Disorganised and wasted too much time.
We waited twenty minutes to be put into groups.
Then spent an hour walking to the entrance of the Alcazar. Eventually entering the site after yet more organising.
Whilst the Alcazar itself is most interesting the guide showed little interest or enthusiasm often chastising members of the group for moving ahead.
A poor quality tour.
