Sofia was attentive to the unique requirements of our group, particularly my mum, who has poor sight. Sofia was great! On time, knowledgeable, thorough - let us have time for photos, even graciously took photos of us, answered all our questions. She has been doing this for years so she knows all the secrets. Definitely saw things we wouldn’t have if we were alone. Including this fountain that plays music every hour in the gardens!! and she brought us a gift! These Seville cookies. So yummy and kind! Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with Sofia as our tour guide. She managed to customize a tour of both the Alcazar and Cathedral so that we could see as much as possible, learn the important points, and ask all the questions we wanted - all while managing our group of 6 (with a 1.5 year old and a senior) and never rushing us. Sofia was fluent in English and Spanish (and I believe she also speaks Portuguese), accommodating and very friendly. I would definitely recommend her tours!

Sofia is everything you could hope for in a tour guide -- kind, patient, well-informed and above and beyond helpful. She was the guide for my family -- my wife and I, our two girls (ages 5 and 2) and my in-laws -- at the Alcazar and Cathedral. Sofia would be fantastic for anyone hoping to visit these sites, but she was particularly outstanding for a group with small children. She made sure our girls were engaged in learning about the sites. She was patient when they were shy or grumpy. And she took the time to talk to them about her own kids (discovering a shared love of Bluey). It made all the difference for both the kids and adults. Sofia also gave recommendations for other activities in Sevilla and just generally was great to spend time with. My family and I would highly recommend!

Sofia is an excellent guide! Personable, experienced, capable, kind and considerate. Once we signed up with her she asked us via emails what questions we have and answered our questions on restaurants and tips and even where to get yummy convent treats. She is very good about finding out what b you are interested in and any considerations and she is very accommodating and skilled. We had our 82 year old mom and Sofia is always mindful. Her alcanzar tour was excellent. We wanted to learn about Muslim and Christian background and she delivered. I am recommending her to my friends who will visit Seville. She is easy to communicate with and booking with her is easy.

Sofia is truly one of the best tour guides, not only in Seville but anywhere. She is extremely responsive, kind, accommodating and has a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge. She also has a lovely, calm demeanor and made the tour interactive with questions and answers, and by showing us fun video clips relevant to what we were seeing.
