About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 831gautierl0 contributionsGreat experience!Great experience, our guide Nieves was very sympathic and instructive! Italica is a nice place to visit, well preserved through the years.Written September 13, 2024

- O8036CHjosephm0 contributionsGreat tour of Seville cathedral and palace with IsmaelTour is > 3.5 hours long with lots of standing and walking. Our guide Ismael was a local man with extensive touring experience. His style was very informative, engaging, and homorous, and also appropriately nuanced based on the uncertainties of history. He pointed out to us that he has a mixed background of North African and Spanish heritage. I found this very helpful as he was able to provide a fair and balanced picture of the long and complex history of Seville, which included the contributions of Muslim, Christian, and Jewish influence on the evolution of the region. We all used microphone ear receivers, which made listening to Ismael very easy. Overall an excellent tour, and good value.Would highly recommend. Joseph and Suzanne USAWritten September 12, 2024
- 300andreaw0 contributionsVery enjoyable trip with wonderful views and cultural experiences.Really great trip and so enjoyable! Alberto and Inés were informative and charming guides and we had a wonderful time. There is a perfect balance of different locations to visit, without feeling rushed or that you “missed” something due to lack of time there. It is very well planned in that way. The bus is very comfortable for the day too, however just a note to be cautious if you are prone to having some motion sickness as there are quite a lot of winding roads but our driver was very good too. Very enjoyable experience and would recommend to everyone.Written September 12, 2024
- H6029JSdanh0 contributionsAn incredible day out to RondaAn incredible day with Antonio as our tour guide (speaking in both English and Italian) and Fran our driver. It was an easy pickup and smooth rides to each of the destinations. Very comfortable coach accompanied by fantastic commentary on the scenery, culture and history of Andalusia with great humour as well. Each of the locations had stunning views, and Antonio gave us the best places to visit for refreshments and sights during our free roaming times - all with the best value for money in mind. He also gave great recommendations for cultural places to visit back in Seville. We were originally considering hiring a car to Ronda, but we're so glad that we didn't!Written September 12, 2024
- 335tylerg0 contributionsAmazing!Alberto and Ines were fantastic guides. They were sure to include everyone in the tour and were friendly and energetic the whole tour. They were knowledgeable about the area and gave us information all along the trip. Diego was a great driver and I felt very comfortable and safe on the tight roads. I could not recommend this tour more. Such a beautiful and memorable day!!Written September 12, 2024
- Trek525929002900 contributionsBravo! What an amazing tour. The royal palaces of the alcazar and the cathedral are of course worth to see but with a guide like Ivan even better. He took everything to the next level. This city of Sevilla have so much History and being able to tell the most interesting parts and with that humor... It is really something to remark and also being so kind to everyone in the group. Gracias!Written September 12, 2024
- 748amitab0 contributionsA Long but Fun Day!Overall it was a great experience packed with activities all in one day from Seville to Tangier and back! Only thing to point out is thar there was a Mosque visit mentioned however that was a very small mosque door and saw it only from the outside. I thought we would visit the Great Mosque of Tangier which would have been a more fulfilling experience. Also the cloth merchant and argan oil shop visit time should have been less and optional (not carried out like a class lecture). We would have liked to explore the shops atTangier souks more. The camel ride, view of the beach and Hercules Cave visit was excellent.Written September 12, 2024
- E7395UGchrish0 contributionsWhite towns and RondaHighly recommend the tour with Naturando. It was very easy to book with the company and they were very professional. Our guide, Jose Luis, was excelllent. He spoke very good English and was informative the entire trip. Private tour. Very accommodating. I would definitely take another tour with JoseWritten September 12, 2024
- 880MichaelB0 contributionsLovely day out !!We all had a lovely trip - the bus staff were really good - Carlos Leon & Maria kept us well informed of our itinerary for the day ahead !! As all 4 of us are on the elderly side (between 66-70), we were always at the back of the group, particularly of the walking tour around Jerez but to our amazement there was a new recruit tour guide (learning the ropes) also called Maria and bless her she stayed with us and looked after us, chatting with us in such a lovely way !! The tour of the Sherry winery was amazing and we’ve all learnt a bit more about the drink !! If you opt for a lunch place in Cadiz, be prepared that there isn’t much time between eating and getting ready for the walking tour - so we opted out of the walk and found a lovely square to just sit and relax with some drinks !! We were a bit disappointed with no proper sea front in Cadiz but overall the whole day was a success - thank you all !!Written September 12, 2024

- Guide124026793520 contributionsA surprising experienceI took part in the Granada and Alhambra tour with my family and we were very surprised that in this tour we didn't find just a random guy telling some know-to-all information. In fact our guide, Carlos León, was a real historian who told us about the history of Granada. Honestly, at the beginning I was more focused only to see the Alhambra but he made us discover some important information about the muslim Granada.Written September 11, 2024
- 534mirthal0 contributionsExcellent tour guideBeautiful tour of the Cathedral of Seville and the Alcázar. Ivan, our tour guide, is so knowledgeable of Spanish history and obviously loves what he does. He added details that made history come alive.Written September 11, 2024
- bensonl3700 contributionsWonderful Day Trip!Added this trip pretty last minute and zero regrets. The tour was fun, and the guides, Alberto and Inés, were both knowledgeable and fun to be around! Diego (the driver) could navigate the bus on a tooth pick (as there were very narrow roads). The tour bus was air conditioned and very clean. Admittedly, I was the trouble child (yes, the one who got lost and didn’t know the meeting point because I got too excited and ran off to take photos) and they proactively reached out before I asked and sent the directions so I could make it back on time. It was super appreciated! Cádiz el Chico (the recommended restaurant) was a great place to eat. Their garlic shrimp in olive oil was to die for. They were super quick as well, which was appreciated. Overall, two thumbs up!Written September 11, 2024

Such a miss on Naturanda’s part! Just a few words would have gone a long way to clarify some of the confusion. The check-in person (Luis) was short, erroneous in his instructions, and clearly frustrated. Not a single word of clarification was offered in 45 minutes of waiting around as to what we were waiting for. As asked, we arrived 15 minutes early, found a huge crowd (maybe 75-80 people crammed into a busy alley) with the tour company not being even close to organizing themselves. We had instructions barked at us well past the start time of our tour as we buzzed around for an additional 30 minutes with no details. All the guide offered (coincidentally, also Luis) was “we need to wait.” After all the headphones were handed out (we were the last group to receive them), they quickly discovered that all but 2 (out of 29) did not work. We handed them all back, and waited to have new ones redistributed. During this process, several employees filtered in and out, asking Luis if he needed help, which he declined. Once the tour actually began, we quickly realized the guide’s command of English was sorely lacking. If he had amazing stories to share, we were not privy to them. At some point we removed our headphones and waited until they were abruptly collected 45 minutes into the tour. Skipping the line was the only benefit to visiting this most legendary destination with Naturanda. Sorry, guys, but this was a huge fail!

This company is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. We purchased the tour the day before and showed up 15 minutes before the start time. They refused to start checking anyone in until the start time of the tour at 3pm. Check in took 45 minutes. We then walked to the palace and stood around there for another 20 minutes while the guide gathered more people for the tour that they added last minute. He then started checking people in through the gate and after most of the group was through he realized he did not have enough tickets (the palace only sells so many a day so he could not buy extra at this point). We stood around for another 30 minutes while he tried to figure it out. At this time and not sooner which would have made more sense, he did attendance and realized they had mixed up groups in the 45 minutes it took them to check us in and several people, us included, were not meant to be with this tour. It also did not appear that we had a tour we were supposed to be with because they made us leave and go back to the office where they blamed us for their disorganization. They argued that we never provided our passports at check in, even though no one asked to see them, although I hardly think that was the problem. The tour was an hour and a half and almost two hours had passed by the time they made us leave and the tour began for the other guests. We never got to see the palace and an afternoon was wasted on our last day in Seville.

Booking confirmation showed we needed to collect our tickets at the tour operator office prior to the tour. Went to the office and told that was not necessary. Asked where should we meet the tour guide and we were told just be outside the palace entrance before 3pm and he will find you. There were hundreds of people there. Fortunately a guide from another company told us where to wait for our guide. He arrived at exacty3pm but he couldn’t locate another 10 people who had booked the tour. Zero coordination. He spent 10-15 minutes looking for the others. Then we lined up to go in and he couldn’t find the entrance tickets. We waited until he found them and then had to line up again in the hot sun.
Once inside and 30 minutes late he raced through the tour to still finish at 4:30. Half the time he just walked to another room and simply left people behind. Audio was also very poor. Total waste of money and time!

Using Naturanda Tours I greatly appreciated the easiness of the organization and especially the little group guided by a fantastic and super knowledgeable guide, namely Cristina Osuna. Really a deep thank you to her for making this tour really historical, light, and also very dynamic in keeping us alerted in listening to her talk questioning us in return, and offering gifts for the champions! She was also able to answer many questions on our part which helped a better understanding of the context of the complex history of Spain and Sevilla. although the tour was carried out in English, bravo as well for your French language -highly appreciated. Hope to see you for another tour - all the best !! Thierry from Switzerland

Bad time management and terrible communication by ticket office staff with good tour by the attraction itself. We followed the instruction from the booking confirmation to get to meeting point (ticket office) 10 minutes earlier, however they told us to go to another meeting point near the palace entrance to find the tour guide. When we got to the new meeting point of 8 minutes waking, there was no tour guide but 4 people of the same tour who were waiting for the tour guide just like us. After 45 minutes waiting, the tour guide finally showed up with NO EXPLANATION of how it got so late or not waiting for us. Fortunately, the content of the tour was great and highly professional with the attraction. We remind everyone else to be careful and cautious when you book this tour, remember to triple check with the office about the meeting time and meeting point.

Paid for a guide and skip the line ticket. The lady who was on general line made us go to back of line and take our turn! She insisted we needed to show our passports - when we got to front she opened a barrier and we all stood together. We did not show our passports even though she said we had to as an English group! She was most unpleasant. It was a big group not a small group as indicated when I bought the tickets in advance. The place was good if you like history and gardens lovely but the cafe was really overpriced. Take your own water. We were stood waiting to enter so long everyone ran out of water. Many people left the group as far too many of us and guide took so long to explain things. I would not recommend if you are elderly or have small children.

Christina was such a knowledgeable guide, and she was very patient and professional dealing with such a large group of people in 40°+ weather. She made the Alcazar tour come to life, and I'm so glad we were able to book this tour.
P.S. this tour is a great option if you forget to buy tickets ahead of time, as we booked the night before and still got in.

We toured Alacazar on a very hot Saturday afternoon. Barbara was pleasant, informative, easy to understand. Her English was excellent. The architecture and the detail of the elements—the tiles, each room unique; the carved woodwork—that went into the making of the palaces were remarkable to behold. Well worth the time. If we hadn’t been so hot and tired from walking most of the day, we would have walked the gardens. We hear that we should not have missed those. Next time!

We had an unforgettable experience exploring the Real Alcázar de Sevilla with Christina as our guide. Her knowledge and passion for the history and beauty of the palace were evident in every detail she shared. Christina's storytelling brought the Alcázar's rich past to life, making each room and garden even more enchanting. Her expertise not only enhanced our understanding of the architecture and art but also deepened our appreciation for the cultural significance of this stunning UNESCO World Heritage site.
A side note: Christina was incredibly responsible. During the tour, she took the extra step to look for us, ensuring we were not lost and always felt taken care of. If you're looking for a captivating, insightful, and attentive tour of the Real Alcázar, Christina's guided tour is an absolute must!

Our family of five, with three adult children, spent two half days, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day on guided tours of Sevilla with Christina. Day One was a tour of the Alcazar and Day Two was a walking tour of Sevilla including Plaza España and the Triana neighborhood. Both were excellent. Not only is Sevilla a beautiful city, but Christina was an excellent guide who brought centuries of history to life. Christina’s knowledge and enthusiasm for her city makes her tours a joy — she is a pleasure to be with and does an excellent job at conveying the medieval, Renaissance and modern cities that are all Sevilla. Our time with Christina was the highlight of our time in Sevilla and perhaps all of Spain. I can’t recommend enough a tour of the Alaczar or other parts of the city with her!
