      Avoid this company!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Arrived for our Alcázar tour and after waiting around for 20 minutes and trying to find them, multiple calls etc (nobody answers the phone) we got an email cancelling our tour. Too late for us to book tickets with another company. Don’t take the risk with this company. Go with someone else!!

We enjoyed Seville, but will not use the hop on hop off in Seville, lack of customer service.
We took lots of photos, Seville was amazing, food was delicious. But the hop on hop off experience with one of the driver “the baldy tall one” we rode in front of El Corte Ingles around 10:40 and 15:45 with the same driver who was very rude.

Expensive boat trip with very little to see
This trip takes you up and down the same channel and takes approximately one hour. There is not much to see and we thought we’d be able to get beautiful views of the sunset but sadly that was not the case. Tickets are 20 euros per person so all in all it was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend that you spend this much money on this boat trip. However, if you haven’t been on a boat trip and you can afford to pay this amount then you should give it a try.

Scam visit Royal palace Madrid with audio guide. Don't buy entrance royal palace bij pancho tours
We bought 2 tickets with audio guide to visit tha royal palace in Madrid with audio guide through Pancho tours. They made a website pretending to be an official website of the royal palace.... Tickets cost 75 euros for 2 persons. They don't send the tickes right away, only a reservation confirmation. nobody answers the whatsapp or phone when you call them, they make you wait more than 1 hour, to send you then 2 tickets wit a 14,77 euro per person..... the audio link they send does not work. This is a real scam. Shame on them to make such advantage of the tourists

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IN MADRID
ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Shame on me for not verifying what I was looking at, but I thought I was on the official Madrid Palacio Real site, but somehow got a link to something that was called Walker Tours (serviced by Pancho Tours. I say this because that is who issued the "tickets"). While I did in fact get 2 tickets for an appointment time to tour the Palacio Real in Madrid, they charged me almost triple what the tickets would've cost on the official site (the tickets are about 14 Euros per person on the official site, but I was invoiced 81 Euros for two adult tickets). Now they did include the "audio tour" which is a 3 Euro add on through the official site, but just to boot when I got the tickets which included supposedly a link to the audio tour the link tries to take you to the official Palacio Real app however the link was dead. Additionally the code that they provided was invalid with no explanation of how to get a valid code. I attempted to contact them via e-mail, whatsApp, and phone all to no avail. Nobody answered. I feel their customer service is horrible, and given the premium they charged me for the tickets and the sneaky way they manipulated the search algorithm to bubble up to the top of the search they are not a reputable outfit to work with. To be clear, though, they seem to mostly operate in Seville, so I can't make any claim to how they operate in Seville. I just know that I feel well and truly scammed for the tour in Madrid.

      Boring don’t bother.
Could hardly hear the audio as people chatted loudly all the way through. When we did hear the audio it was so boring. No interesting facts or information.

Seville is beautiful. Don't miss it.
The Alcazar and the Jewish quarter are the reason to go to Seville. They are amazing. The Alcazar has gotten crowded with long lines to wait and get in. You can buy a tour at the gate and get in with no wait. It was really worth the money. Interesting and an incredible time saver.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE for my parents and I!!! DON'T SIGN UP AND SAVE YOUR MONEY
This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE for my parents and I. We had the hardest time getting assistance from Tripadvisor, Aviator and the Pansho tours. They lost our ticket and did not show up in their system. More importantly, the tour guide barely gave any assistance and said, reach out to the company via whatsapp. He said it's the best way for a response. Via whatsapp wasn't any better. They kept saying we weren't in the system and I shared a copy of our confirmation/voucher. Nothing. We weren't able to join the tour or get a refund or any kind of proper support. No refund was given or a coupon for a new booking. NOTHING. We lost about $300.00 and walked away w no tour and terrible customer service. DO NOT HIRE THIS TOUR. You will NOT GET THE SUPPORT NEEDED and will loose all your money.

      Meh - a little lukewarm
Our experience with this tour was a little disappointing. I think our guide was getting over a cold and he struggled to be heard. We were a fairly large group, so headsets might have been a good idea. The content that was shared was interesting (such as details about Christopher Columbus' bones being moved so many times). We were given the choice to go up the stairs to the tower, but told it wasn't that big of a deal and it was 34 ramps, so most of us (all but two people) opted to just walk around the cathedral on our own afterwards. I was really looking forward to this tour because of all the positive reviews, so I might have just gotten the wrong person, or got him on the wrong day.

      Terrible
Really poor experience. Uncomfortable plastic freestanding chairs, bored sounding commentary, terrible value for money. Stupidly I didn’t read the reviews before spending €80 on four tickets

      What a view!
This is a must-do if visiting Seville! The tower of the Cathedral gives amazing views from the top of the whole of Seville a d way beyond. There are also plenty of places to stop as you ascend or descend the tower each with their own advantageous views. The walk to the top is gradual slope rather than steps, which makes it easier to ascend. It's well worth the inexpensive cost. Definitely a must-do. Best to book the tickets online in advance.

Tour guide a no-show and refund refused
We booked this tour of the Seville Cathedral, but the tour guide did not show up. We requested a refund, but TripAdvisor refused. They claim that the tour operator reported that their guide was there, which is simply false. We were at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the start time and waited until 20 minutes after. No guide ever showed up. If you book with TripAdvisor, you risk losing your money.

      Stay well clear.
I have to assume this company has stopped operating. I booked (and paid for) a private tour of Jerez months ago but, three weeks ahead of the due date I have received no instructions. Emails bounce and no-one answers the phone. I'll claim the money back from my credit card provider and book with someone else.

    Feb 2018 • Couples
My wife and I visited Seville for part of our honeymoon in February 2018. We had two tour guides during our trip- Danny for the Jewish Quarter and Maria for the Cathedral. Before I get into the meat of the review I should note that while our tour began at 2:00 the cathedral was set to close at 4:00 on this day. We received a call the night prior to the tour confirming that our guide for the day would meet us at the hotel at two. We wish that the rep who called us had given us the option the night before to have us meet at the cathedral at 2:00 to do that first. Because we didn't know, our tour was cut short from 3 hours to 2.

Our first guide was Danny, a young man from Italy who has been living in Spain for the last 8 years. He had a wonderful grasp on the history of Santa Cruz and offered excellent insight into Spanish culture (he is Italian so it was an interesting perspective). He took us into the labyrinthine neighborhood and helped us anchor enough landmarks that when we came back on our own later in the trip we didn't get lost! That is a miracle in and of itself. He translated signs for us, gave us multiple stories about the folklore of the area and had a real pathos for the stories he told.

When we met up with Maria at 3:15 we found out the Cathedral was closing early. She did offer that we could come back another day, but unfortunately we booked several day-long excursions for our remaining time in Seville. We elected to rush through the Cathedral with her, and honestly it was a good choice. Maria told us she only works in the Alcazar and Cathedral. We expected a real expertise considering that these are her only territories. The cathedral was beautiful, and Maria gave us some interesting highlights in the limited time we had. But when we asked questions she had very little information to draw on. She pointed out several images of the two patron saints of the city, Justa and Rufina who are often featured together in paintings. When we asked which one was which she didn't know. The same with a giant candelabra that featured several figures. "Who are they?" We asked. She didn't know. My wife and I speak enough Spanish that we could determine from a sign that the candelabra features the apostles, minus Judas, with three Marys. Since she is in the cathedral every day, we expected her to know this kind of information. She tried to make things up to us by bringing us up the Giralda Tower, which she told us she doesn't normally do, but on our way up, we asked, "Oh what are they showing in these exhibition areas" on the way up the tower. "Stuff they found in the cathedral."

On a private tour, even with limited time, we expected more than "Stuff."

TL;DR Danny was Great, Maria was whatever. Use the audioguide for the cathedral.
