Had an amazing tour with Coral today. She was incredibly enthusiastic and captivating and we learnt so much! Even my 15-year old brother was interested, and that's no mean feat. Can't recommend this guide or tour company enough!

We had five tours from pancho tours. All guides were good but Sergio was so full of passion and life I must give him five stars. Christina who tools us round Alcasar also was brilliant and extremely erudite I would give her 5 stars too

It’s hard to follow the Alhambra in Grenada, but the Alcazar is nice for the Seville leg of the trip. Pretty and more contained, the overlapping cultural histories are appreciated here.
I did not see that the walking tour was much later in the day until after I completed the booking. We had to move on and missed that part. The listing needs to make that more clear up front.
Guide was good and group was small.

Took the free walking tour 2 weeeks ago and was extremely impressed with our guide Chel. He is fun and animated in bringing to life the city's long and rich history. He made the tour so much fun and i learned so much not only about Seville but Spain's history as well.

Thank you Chel!!

We love the Pancho Tour we did with Lina, the first one we did was the free tour of Seville. I strongly recommend it, it will give you the opportunity to see a lot. We loved our guide (LINA), and decided to do another tour with her: the tour of the jewish quarter. We did it on our last day in Seville and we saw places we hadn't seen before, we loved it!!!

Booked the Jewish quarter walking tour. Arrived before appointed time but no show by guide. Phoned the office who said they had no record of our booking despite us having email confirmation and tickets. Very unhelpful. Avoid! Managed to get refunds from Booking.com. Suspect this company cancels bookings if there are too few people.

Hello! As we talked on the phone, the responsibility of this situation is Booking because that tour was not available and it has been sold. Once we contacted you we offered the same tour at 5:30 p.m. and finally decided not to do it. We hope you give us a second chance. Regards!

Juan Manuel did a fantastic job. He explained very well the history of the Alcazares and the rooms we were in.

The organization of Pancho Tours was perfect, with clear instructions.

Although the tour clearly states that it is 1h30min, we felt that it could be expanded longer to better get to know the monument.

All in all, fantastic. Totally recommendable!

I bought my tickets online for the Cathedral and Alcazar tour. first, I didn't know what to expect so I just went to the meeting point and, like the people from Pancho said, just followed the orange shirt. There was a lady who immediately helped me to check in, she was also the tour guide for that day. first, we went to the cathedral and after that to the alcazar. both breath taking places... The timing was perfect, which was important for me because i had other things planned as well that day. Also the guide was really nice and her English was more than fine!
