Most boring boat trip I've ever taken. Seating is on plastic patio chairs. Unless you are very interested in the 1992 Expo which was held in Seville, where some of the buildings are still standing, then don't bother. Staff at ticket office were unhelpful and if you book on line make sure you download the QR code for your tickets.

The river is lovely and seeing all the historical buildings along the way was informative. But it was a windy day and single plastic chairs that started to be blown along the deck was a bit scary. I dread to think what would have happened had the wind been stronger.

Beware. Scam company. Pancho Tours spoofed the real Real Alcazar website and sold tickets at high markups. Pancho Tours is not an authorized seller or reseller of Real Alcazar tickets. Not only did we buy fake tickets, but there is never any actual "tour" of the site. No email from Pancho Tours about where to meet nor where there any guides from Pancho at the site when we booked tickets from the real website. Avoid this spam company if you don't want to waste your money.

We were staying in the Macarenes area of Seville so it was well worthwhile to purchase a 48 hour ticket to get us to and from the centre of the city

Okay but the bus trip is much better for a similar price. Nice to sit in the sun but not a huge amount to see from the boat and off to sit on plastic garden chairs!

Maria was out tour guide and she was wonderful, great sense of humour and really knowledgeable. Pancho were great, lovely set up with an office, room, toilet to rest in while you are waiting for the tour to start and literally 50m from the cathedral. Fab!

Our guide, Sara, was brilliant. We were shown around all the key places, provided with a range of information and were able to ask as many questions as we wanted. We found Sara to be knowledgeable, fun and well balanced in her presentation of both facts and legends.

Scam company. Pretends to be the official website and doesn't refund you when you don't use the audioguide. Plus audioguide is poor quality.

I pre booked this tour as I was looking forward to hearing about the old Jewish quarter of Seville Santa Cruz The guide Daniel was a nice guy but his English was not up to standard nor was his knowledge of the “Jewish history” of the area. So disappointed I could have read more prior to,the tour had we known his rapporteur was so limited. The tour was supposed to be 1.5 hours he completed it in just an hour Certainly not the price was in question more the tour itself needs to be rebranded “walking tour of Santa Cruz”. With a guide book and prior knowledge one can do this on your own

PANCHO TOURS IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!!!!! Make sure not to book nor get involve with any of their tours, activities and/or even the website! I got charged for a tour I did not book by just clicking into their website. If you do not wish to loose any of your money, STAY AWAY!

The best improvement would be to sink these grotty uncomfortable boats. Shocking tour of some modern bridges, some graffiti, some tower blocks and trees blocking your view! 20 minute out then they turn around 20 minutes back. 20 euros each for a joke tour, avoid this boat tour, save your money and stick to palaces and churches etc. An absolute rip off.

This site is a SCAM. Do not use! They never appeared for a guided tour at Rene Sofia Museum at Madrid. They took 87 euros for 1 adult and 2 children (when the entrance of one adult is 15 euro and children enter freely). There was no booking at the museum and they never showed up! They did not answer any phone calls.

Hmmm…not so much Jewish history to be found in Seville. Better to do a private Jewish tour in Cordoba where there is more to see. This tour finished near the Barber of Seville terrace and a discreet Jewish grave (very rare) but neither were pointed out by our guide so we missed the grave :( the terrace was signposted.

Scam. Do not book with this company. They make it look like the real thing but it’s not and as soon as you figure it out they laugh in your face and keep your money.

This company is terrible. It says on the website free cancellation in big letters but they refused to give me a refund although I requested cancellation immediately after realising I had made a booking error - within a few minutes. Apparently, somewhere in the small print it says no refunds on tickets and audio guides but it is not at all obvious on any of their pages. They are charging double what you would pay if you book on the actual Alcazar website.
