About
Do not miss this opportunity to visit a piece of the UK in southern Spain on this day trip from Seville to Gibraltar. The territory of Gibraltar reaches only 6.8 km2 out into the Strait of Gibraltar. This peninsula is home to the rock of gibraltar which is not only a spectacular natural marval but also holds a large amount of history. Having been fought over for centuries witness first hand the collision of cultures embedded in the rock. Also, see the very friendly macaques (monkeys). Take a day to experience this amazing place and make sure to look out into the strait, you might be able to see Africa!

About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Karin D0 contributionsNot worth the money or the time. Our tour guide was very nice, which was the only positive. Nice, but his English was not good enough for a proper tour and it there were too many people on the tour for any depth. It would have been much better to get an English headset.Written September 14, 2024
- elenamI6937IZ0 contributionsDelightful day tripThe white villages are so picturesque and Ronda is an amazing city. Our guides Alberto and Inès were excellent, so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Inès was especially helpful. My husband is not as mobile as he once was and Inès was very patient. She accompanied us to make sure we weren't left behind, always maintaining a sense of humour! Had we known how much walking was involved, we might have decided not to go, but we would have missed a really enjoyable experience. Thank you Inès and Alberto.Written September 14, 2024
- O7933YGrachelt0 contributionsGreat day tour around RondaWe joined Antonio, Lola (guides) and Diego’s (driver) tour to the white village and Ronda. Antonio was really helpful and shared with us a lot of fun facts and histories about Seville and the nearby regions. Great recommendations for food as well:)Written September 14, 2024
- 211winstonj0 contributionsWould recommend, but take some water!Really enjoyable trip, recommend taking some water, a snack and sun cream. also some comfortable shoes as lots of walking in the heat. Carlos laon was our guide and was friendly and approachable and extremely knowledgeable.Written September 14, 2024
- Trip378321917270 contributionsA must-see for history loversThe visit was very interesting, even though we were a small group. Maybe it was even better like this, so we could listen more carefully to the guide. Our guide LeĂłn was very friendly, professional and well prepared. You could see his passion for history and archeology from the way he talked about it very thoroughly. I highly recommend this tour for every history lover. I really appreciated it.Written September 14, 2024

- O8036CHjosephm0 contributionsGreat tour of Seville cathedral and palace with IsmaelTour is > 3.5 hours long with lots of standing and walking. Our guide Ismael was a local man with extensive touring experience. His style was very informative, engaging, and homorous, and also appropriately nuanced based on the uncertainties of history. He pointed out to us that he has a mixed background of North African and Spanish heritage. I found this very helpful as he was able to provide a fair and balanced picture of the long and complex history of Seville, which included the contributions of Muslim, Christian, and Jewish influence on the evolution of the region. We all used microphone ear receivers, which made listening to Ismael very easy. Overall an excellent tour, and good value.Would highly recommend. Joseph and Suzanne USAWritten September 12, 2024
- 300andreaw0 contributionsVery enjoyable trip with wonderful views and cultural experiences.Really great trip and so enjoyable! Alberto and Inés were informative and charming guides and we had a wonderful time. There is a perfect balance of different locations to visit, without feeling rushed or that you “missed” something due to lack of time there. It is very well planned in that way. The bus is very comfortable for the day too, however just a note to be cautious if you are prone to having some motion sickness as there are quite a lot of winding roads but our driver was very good too. Very enjoyable experience and would recommend to everyone.Written September 12, 2024
- H6029JSdanh0 contributionsAn incredible day out to RondaAn incredible day with Antonio as our tour guide (speaking in both English and Italian) and Fran our driver. It was an easy pickup and smooth rides to each of the destinations. Very comfortable coach accompanied by fantastic commentary on the scenery, culture and history of Andalusia with great humour as well. Each of the locations had stunning views, and Antonio gave us the best places to visit for refreshments and sights during our free roaming times - all with the best value for money in mind. He also gave great recommendations for cultural places to visit back in Seville. We were originally considering hiring a car to Ronda, but we're so glad that we didn't!Written September 12, 2024
- 335tylerg0 contributionsAmazing!Alberto and Ines were fantastic guides. They were sure to include everyone in the tour and were friendly and energetic the whole tour. They were knowledgeable about the area and gave us information all along the trip. Diego was a great driver and I felt very comfortable and safe on the tight roads. I could not recommend this tour more. Such a beautiful and memorable day!!Written September 12, 2024
- Trek525929002900 contributionsBravo! What an amazing tour. The royal palaces of the alcazar and the cathedral are of course worth to see but with a guide like Ivan even better. He took everything to the next level. This city of Sevilla have so much History and being able to tell the most interesting parts and with that humor... It is really something to remark and also being so kind to everyone in the group. Gracias!Written September 12, 2024
- 748amitab0 contributionsA Long but Fun Day!Overall it was a great experience packed with activities all in one day from Seville to Tangier and back! Only thing to point out is thar there was a Mosque visit mentioned however that was a very small mosque door and saw it only from the outside. I thought we would visit the Great Mosque of Tangier which would have been a more fulfilling experience. Also the cloth merchant and argan oil shop visit time should have been less and optional (not carried out like a class lecture). We would have liked to explore the shops atTangier souks more. The camel ride, view of the beach and Hercules Cave visit was excellent.Written September 12, 2024

I booked this tour a few months before and paid the full price beforehand after seeing the tour itinerary and what was promised to visit. A day before I received a message that the tour time was changed to start at 10.40am and to end at 9.30pm. For me that was a waste of a morning and arrival too late in Seville searching for dinner but I had no option but to accept as I would have ended up with not going at all as it was too late to book the tour with another company. I am disappointed that I was given no valid explanation as to why this happened other than 'due to organisational matters'. To make matters worse there was traffic on the way and we ultimately spent less time than promised in Gibraltar (close to 4 hours) and ended up missing the Skywalk and Great Siege Tunnels which were promised as part of the excursion by the company I booked (Welcome to Seville). I did not understand why we needed to stop for an extra 15 minute break on the way after having encountered traffic to reduce even more our visiting time. On a positive note I still managed to enjoy this outing but would have expected this company to have handled the situation better.

The pick up on the coach journey were great. When we arrived into Gibraltar, we walked to the bus station where we met the local guide to explore Gibraltar.
After boarding the bus, we travel to our first stop, which was a Cannon, when we had 6 minutes to explore, before getting back on the bus.
Following on from this, we travelled to the caves in the nature reserve where we would also see the monkeys. The caves were really interesting to have a look at and take some photos of, the monkeys were the monkeys. Here we had 22 minutes to explore.
There were a few stops in between these stops and opportunities to fake photographs of a couple of the other interesting sites. Our bus driver was clearly quite knowledgeable of the area and was very humorous. We were a bit disappointed that we are only really explored about half an hour of Gibraltar other than the tourist areas and we’re expecting a little bit more.
After this, we returned to the Main Square, where we had “free time”, where we had Rory’s fish and chips. Which I would not recommend, the fish and chips in England are far better.

The connection bus to do the tour broke down leaving us for over an hour waiting for both your Co and the blands coach Co deciding what to do, Blands sent a man in a pickup to tow the bus to see if it would start! It didn't this was unacceptable we should of had a replacement the minute the driver new there was a fault which was when he turned the bus round and we were in the cave. we new the bus wasn't right the minute we got on it as the driver was revving and thrashing it about. When they did eventually get us another bus to carry on with the trip we were and hour and a half behind schedule which then made it impossible to see the rest of Gibralter I wanted to see the port and the boats but we didn't have time for any of that or a proper lunch. When we got back onto the Naturanda coach the aif con wasn't working so we had to endure 2.5 hours of 32° heat. Our guide Luka tried his best and apologised but both companies should make sure there vehicles are fut for purpose before these tours commence. I paid €119 fid the trip and I feel I've been robbed

We took a taxi to office for collection. My wife was hesitant to get out of taxi for office was on very small back street. Actually it was the driveway into a car park under a building.
Tour guide showed up 20 minutes after we were to leave.
Bus stopped to let off other customers so we were about 45 minutes late arriving at border. Because of this, the small bus met us at the border. Tour there was good - great British driver.
We all met for track back to big bus, and guide had us all meet in centre of square in 30c temperature. Then, we had to walk 35 minutes back to Spain border. This included crossing the runway at the airport. I did not think I could make it in the heat.
Instead of buying herself a carton of cigarettes duty free, the tour guide should have gotten her customers bottles of water.

They FORGOT to purchase our tickets to Al Hambra even though we booked the tour two months in advance.
To make matters worst, they kept saying “I don’t know how it happened” instead of taking accountability and saying sorry. Anyone booking this trip with Naturanda, be aware and triple check.

Petra was a fantastic guide and a lot of fun!
It’s important to note — this trip does NOT take you to the top of the rock. As is typical of big tour companies, you get cattle herded through the first view point, the caves, and the last view point…but despite that there’s almost two hours still to shop/dine before having to return to the bus…go figure. During that time, another person on the tour and I took a cab to the furnicular to get to the top for the real view and experience. It runs every 10 minutes and is a 6 minute ride to the top. Well worth doing and Naturanda should really figure out how to make it part of their experience for the 119 euros.

The tour and the guide were fine but we had bad experience with the bus to Micheal's Cave ( we were waiting more than half an hour to be able to go down to the city centre). On the way back to Seville the air conditioning didn't work at all and we literally melted inside for more than 2 hours as the coach was full and the temperature was almost 30 degrees. We were very disappointed with this tour. Our expectactions were higher as the the previous tour to Jerez and Cadiz was perfect.

We met our tour guide Javier in Seville who led us to our van and driver. We had a couple of additional stops to pick up the rest of the group - maybe around 15 total. It is about a 2 hour drive to Gibraltar but overall the van was comfortable. Javier provided some information about the area and Gibraltar along the way. Once the van arrives to Gibraltar you do need to show your passport and leave the van to walk into Gibraltar. We had a different local guide to take us to the sights in Gibraltar and then had some free time to eat and walk around the main streets before returning to our van later in the day. It was a long day but definitely worth it if you have never been to Gibraltar and have limited days on your vacation. We did get the chance to see the famous monkeys up close and learn about the history of Gibraltar!

We did a wonderful day trip to Gibraltar from Seville recently with Naturanda. The trip was well organized and our tour guide Petra worked really hard to make it a pleasant experience for everyone. She was knowledgeable, humorous, accommodating, fluently bilingual with English & Spanish and most of all, took the safety of everyone as her top priority. We highly recommend the company Naturanda and the Tour guide Petra for your next trip to Gibraltar from Seville.

I enjoyed the tour. However, the plan to find the bus for pick up could have more details on who to meet and where (exactly) to find the bus. The tour was delayed because the agency over booked. Which meant we were delayed by two hours for the Gibraltar rock tour. This led to a shorter tour of the rock ( siege tunnels were excluded). This also meant less time in the market. The icing on the cake was the bus broke down on the way back extending our return time by 2 hours. Though Petra was great!
But for the money I was expecting better.

Hello, I was wondering whether it is possible to stay in Gibraltar and not return back to Seville (taking the trip one way?) If so, is there anything special we must do (Canadian/German passport holder)
