Tour cancelled last minute - left scrambling.
I initially booked a number of tours for 2020 but due to Covid did not use them. "No problem" I was told by Pancho Tours, "you have a credit with us". When I tried to rebook for 2023 it was a royal hassle. It took about a dozen emails just to get dates and times secured. I was specific about which tours I wanted and the dates and times but they needed to confirm and reconfirm and so it goes. So we actually used a couple of tours. On our last full day in Barcelona, we were booked for Cas Milla at 9:00. This night before while we were having dinner (around 20:00), I received an email that this tour was cancelled. I was offered a tour on another day (namely after I left Barcelona); there was no legitimate explanation as to why the tour is cancelled . I was told that I would received a refund. I never received a refund. Fortunately I was able to book the same tour through Expedia So Expedia can provide me with the tour immediately but Panch had to cancel despite having weeks of notice. Lesson learned: do not book with Pancho is you want to see something - I can't take the chance of travelling all the way to any destination and not seeing what I want (and paid for). I still have a credit with them. Will I use it? NO WAY - I can't afford to take the chance

In-depth and yet not too arduous
Although my wife and I were the only ones to join the tour, our guide Daniel took every trouble to ensure we were shown the sights including some secret corners of the Santa Cruz area that we would otherwise have missed. He was very good at explaining the unusual features, such as mill stones that had been used to reinforce the walls of the houses crowding the narrow streets. The public gardens were closed due to high winds the previous day - you can't blame Daniel for that. At 90 minutes long, the walking tour was just right for our sightseeing appetites and stamina.

EASY WALK THROUGH HISTORY AND BEAUTY OF SEVILLA’S JEWISH QUARTER
Sara was an excellent guide with great knowledge of Jewish history in Sevilla. The references to Jews contributions to Spain throughout the centuries, the references to opera, and the gardens were amazing!

    Scammers!
They are scammers. They pretend to be the official Alcazar website. They do not give you the ticket or provide you with a reimbursement. I reported it to the postal police.

Beware. This is a total scam. They take your money and run
Avoid! Once they get your money, forget about any service. They took a payment for a monument visit. They were unable to process the tickets (they blamed me for that) and they refuse to refund what wa fully paid. Pure scam. Go somewhere else or book directly. Do not waste any money on these people!

    An unscrupulous and unethical operator
I had a very negative experience with Pancho Tours. I attempted to buy tickets for the Alcazar Palace in Seville through a website operated by Pancho designed to make you think you are buying from the Alcazar direct. Having selected a time to visit, I paid $250 for eight tickets. When it became apparent tickets for this time were not available, Pancho declined to refund the money, despite never having acquired the tickets themselves. Unscrupulous and unethical.

    Boring boat trip!
As others have already stated the most uninspiring trip I have ever been on! Sat on a plastic patio chair for an hour listening to someone rattling on about boring bridges, one of which is in the Guinness Book of records, but they don’t actually tell you why! I did actually spot two terrapins and a fish jumped which was the highlight of the tour! Don’t bother would be my advice!

DO NOT BOOK PANCHO TOURS FOR “FREE” WALKING TOUR !!! THEY DON’T SHOW UP!
Pancho Tours lists their “Free” walking tours of Spain on many websites! I understand that you tip your guide at the end. I booked one in Cordoba and the guide didn’t show up. I got in touch with Pancho tours and asked if the same would happen today for my tour in Granada and they assured me it would be fine and apologized. Well GUESS WHAT! No tour guide showed up in Granada either. Time is precious on vacation and it is so disappointing when you plan something ahead of time and this happens TWO TIMES!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR THIS “FREE WALKING TOUR”. I guess it’s free if it doesn’t happen.

Tour was spread into 3 parts with 1-2 hour breaks in between. Would have appreciated 2 yours together. Otherwise, tour guide was nice.

    Underwhelming “history” tour
Very underwhelming tour. Our tour guide was not well informed on the “Jewish history” or indeed the history of the neighborhood at all. He had perhaps 2 or 3 stories and the rest of the time we walked around the quarter with minimal historical background. We passed by several other tour guides from other companies who were getting a lot more information as they walked around!

    Uninspiring
Most boring boat trip I've ever taken. Seating is on plastic patio chairs. Unless you are very interested in the 1992 Expo which was held in Seville, where some of the buildings are still standing, then don't bother. Staff at ticket office were unhelpful and if you book on line make sure you download the QR code for your tickets.

    Birthday Boat Trip
The river is lovely and seeing all the historical buildings along the way was informative. But it was a windy day and single plastic chairs that started to be blown along the deck was a bit scary. I dread to think what would have happened had the wind been stronger.

    SCAM company
Beware. Scam company. Pancho Tours spoofed the real Real Alcazar website and sold tickets at high markups. Pancho Tours is not an authorized seller or reseller of Real Alcazar tickets. Not only did we buy fake tickets, but there is never any actual "tour" of the site. No email from Pancho Tours about where to meet nor where there any guides from Pancho at the site when we booked tickets from the real website. Avoid this spam company if you don't want to waste your money.

We were staying in the Macarenes area of Seville so it was well worthwhile to purchase a 48 hour ticket to get us to and from the centre of the city

    Okay experience
Okay but the bus trip is much better for a similar price. Nice to sit in the sun but not a huge amount to see from the boat and off to sit on plastic garden chairs!

Make no mistake, you'll need stamina for this one. It kicks off at midday in The Heat Of The Day and you're going for at least 3 1/2 hours. Christina did a fabulous job and was interesting throughout but by the end and of the tour we had whittled down to just about half of the original number. As long as you don't mind doing 20000 steps in The Heat Of The Day this tour is highly recommended

The guided tour started at St. Martin's gate which is on the corner of the Avenida de la Constitucion and was much less crowded than the entrances for ordinary tickets. We were in a group of around a dozen people. Our guide spoke into a microphone relaying his talk into the headsets we had been provided with, so we could easily hear what he had to say. Our tour took us to a balcony giving us an excellent view of the nave, a private chapel and the glorious choir. All these are unavailable with an ordinary ticket. We also saw the main cathedral, Christopher Columbus's tomb, and the "Vision of Saint Antony of Padua" painted by Murillo. Our guide explained how Murillo changed the relationship between the heavenly realm and the earthly realm in his paintings: a somewhat challenging point of view at the time. After the main cathedral, we climbed the Giralda Tower to see amazing views of the city

I did this tour with 2 friends of mine, it was good that it allowed us to skip the queues that were massive. I liked the cathedral but the tower was not anything much and was too crowded. The tour guide was friendly and gave us a lot of information. Just bear in mind that the entrance ticket is paid in cash when you arrive at the meeting point.

I rarely give a bad review but in this case I feel it necessary. My friend and I booked two tours for our visit to Seville…we were to visit the Real Alcazar and the Cathedral in April…Good Friday…the tours were booked well in advance in January. When we arrived in Seville the previous day I began to wonder if the cathedral would be open on a religious holiday so I attempted to call and email for a confirmation with no success. We were notified the next morning (the day of) confirming a cancellation that WE had made! I requested an explanation of the events and at the very least an apology but was given none. We got our money back but I was so disappointed that I missed seeing inside these most magnificent icons.

Expected to learn more about the history of the structure, especially the construction process. The best part of the tour was skipping the line. The info from the guide was nothing special or enlightening. The guide was nice but more reserved than enthusiastic.

Maria was out tour guide and she was wonderful, great sense of humour and really knowledgeable.

Pancho were great, lovely set up with an office, room, toilet to rest in while you are waiting for the tour to start and literally 50m from the cathedral.

Fab!

We found this company accidentally because we thought we were booking tickets from the official cathedral website. This company is NOT the official cathedral ticket seller, it is a local tour company that sells through Feel The City (also on TripAdvisor), which has taken a web address virtually identical to the official cathedral and paid to promote it to the top of the Google results (the true official website is catedraldesevilla dot es, this company has bought up catedraldesevilla dot com). We only figured that out after buying.

This company charged almost €34 each for a ticket and tour, and the tour was bad. We met at the start point at the stated time and were made to wait over 30 minutes while they handed out promotional mini cans of some whiskey drink they were selling and tried to flog more tickets. We finally get to the cathedral and the guide gave only very general information, all of which was available on the info boards inside the church anyway. The “1hr 15mins” tour in fact lasted only 45 minutes. She could not answer any questions from the group either because she simply did not know much about the cathedral or if she knew the answer, she could not articulate it in English. The guide doesn’t even accompany you on the last bit of the tour, the Giralda. She just dropped us off at the entrance and left. Also, you don’t get to “skip the line” with this company. You stand in the same, long line as everyone else who has already bought an advance ticket (for €11, if you manage to find the true official cathedral website).

I am also now getting spammed repeatedly with emails selling other Pancho tours and flamenco show tickets, with not option to unsubscribe. I have had to block them email address.

Really unhappy with this company and experience.

You see nothing 'extra' with these guided tours. We visited both the Cathedral and Alcazar.
Our morning visit to the cathedral was well organised, priced as expected with a very competent guide, engaging and informative. The (unguided) climb up the Giralda Tower is not for the faint-hearted and unfortunately the views across the city from the top were compromised by the limited viewing areas and the unregulated numbers that were up there at the time of our visit (mid-day).
Our afternoon visit to the Alcazar was poorly organised in the Plaza del Triunfo, being left to wait in the searing heat over 20 minutes beyond the official meeting time. The cost of the tickets from the Alcazar was quoted in our "what's not included" details as being 9.50 euros for each adult and 2 euros for our 20 year old student. Our expected total cost of 21 euros was in fact 37.50 euros as each ticket is 12.50 euros with no discount for students!
Our guide was not as engaging as in the morning providing little information that wouldn't have been provided by the handsets available at the booking counter.
Overall, we wouldn't have missed visiting these monuments but believe that we gained little extra from the guides - an expensive and not value for money experience in our view.

Greetings Getaway. First of all, ask for an apology if you have felt that the value paid does not correspond to the service provided. From our company we try that each experience is unique and different, having official and specialized guides to try to give a quality service. Regarding the Giralda, we think it is a monumeto that everyone should know and climb, although it is true that the bell tower has a few measures, and that depending on the number that is inside, the views are smaller. The visit to the Alcazar is of great importance, but the discount by group or by students, can not be applied by our company, because it must be managed by the client, with Previousity, we sell the experience and the explanations inside the Alcazar
