The horse show was amazing and compared equally with the Spanish Riding school in Vienna. The powerful Andalusians and the skilled ex-Olympian lead rider made my day. The trip to Tio Pepe was well organised and the day ended with a ferry ride from Cadiz The lunch break in Cadiz gave us ample time to pop into the cathedral to see where Murillo died, and explore a nearby plaza, then the guide walked us to the Tavira tower where the 167 steps up were no real hardship- I am in my 60s and managed easily. The view of the white and gold coloured city was wonderful. An A1 trip.

Long day but very enjoyable, not at all stressful. Horse show was out of this world very enchanting. The wine tasting was a very informative tour. The trip to Cádiz was too short, would have liked to stay longer. The ride on the ferry, I would exclude and do a walkabout Cádiz instead. Our guide Petra was superb. Treated us like good old friends.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared lots of history. However the horse show did not appeal and our seats were terrible. Hence the average rating. The sherry tasting was interesting and worthwhile. Cadiz was very busy but we had a lovely meal at La Nieve ( worth finding off the beaten path) and enjoyed seeing the ocean.

Overall I found this tour to be disappointing. The tour of the Sherry Bodega was poor and the sample included two small glasses at the end in a room crammed with people where the only information you're given is that one is dry and the other is sweet.

The horse show was enjoyable and worth doing but I definitely feel you could do this yourself without the need to book through this tour operator.

The tour is advertised as having the ferry ride bring you into Cádiz however this is not the case. The ferry ride is the last thing you do prior to getting on the bus to return to Seville.

Finally the Torre Tavira did not happen and the guide did not mention it until another guest asked her about it towards the end. It was at this point she informed us that it was not included.

Overall I was disappointed, if you're going to Seville and considering this tour I'd say don't do it. Work out your own itinerary and do it yourself, it'll be much cheaper and more enjoyable and you won't be missing out on anything.

Started with a early morning sherry tasting which was ridiculous. No-one wanted to taste sherry early in the morning and the guide was really only interested in selling the company’s product. Nothing to accompany the tasting.

It was downhill from there.

The tickets to the Horse show were booked last minute so we got the worst seats and the ferry/ Cadiz trip was cancelled because it didn’t suit the driver to pick us up from the destination.

Worst tour ever

Pablo is clearly an enthusiastic and nice guy no doubt full of interesting historical and political information. Unfortunately he insisted on holding the microphone up his nose so we were deafened by too much noise and distortion. This was pointed out to him early on but his enthusiasm got the better of him and we suffered for 4 hours. The mini bus held 19 of us packed in like sardines. The ride was jerky and uncomfortable even with the smooth driving of Manuel. A larger and cooler form of transport should have been provided and the mini bus kept for fish deliveries. Of all the bodegas Gonzales Byass is the most commercialised. Regrettably we were only allowed a small taste of two sherries common to every bar in the UK. Might not other wineries in Jerez have offered a more engaging visit? The horse show however did not disappoint and was welcome break from the sardine tin. We then raced on to Cadiz arriving at 1430 which only left enough time to lunch as we had to catch the 1630 ferry to Puerto de Santa Maria. Such a pity we could not have been allowed another hour or so to wander the narrow streets of old Cadiz. Although we paid to climb the Tavira tower and use the camera obscura, we were told this was not possible and could claim our money back. The tour information stated we would go to Puerto after Jerez and take the ferry across to Cadiz. Pablo assured us the ferry trip was always in the other direction. All in all one could reasonably describe the organisation as a total shambles. Viator need to get a grip of the programme and not let their customers and staff down in this way.

Pablo our guide was really nice and friendly and tried his best to make the tour interesting, but the day plan itself is not good, the winery is not that interesting to start with and I think it is better to spend more time exploring Jeriz, maybe a guided tour inside the town itself including local lunch, and no need for the horse show at all in my opinion,The fairy was ok for me but again nothing really special in it.

We got super lucky and arrived on Thursday at 11:00 to discover they had one show that week at noon. We paid a bit extra for the best tickets (I think they were 27€ per person) to be on the front row and it was worth every euro. The only downside, is all the commentary is in Spanish, so I missed out on what they were telling us. It was also quite cool in the show ring (it was cold outside) so if you go in winter, take a coat. These are amazing horses and riders!

Seeing the Andalusian horses perform was the highlight of my trip to Spain. The location of the sherry tasting was interesting an the sales people were not pushy at all. Why is a ferry ride advertised when it is only a scenic tour of Cadiz?. The very young guide was very helpful and informative.
