      Enjoy the Guadalquivir!
We went to the pier thinking that having our tickets would get us on board. This was not the case. Luckily we arrived very early and the attendant with another boat company was able to retrieve the list of passengers and validate our tickets. Not sure if it was something I did or didn't do but it was a bit stressful. Had we known, we would have just purchased our tickets at boarding location. We just wanted to make sure we had tickets in hand and not miss the opportunity. The trip itself was very calming and easy going. Refreshments are available on the ship. If you need a relaxing couple of hours, this is the trip.

Do not use this tour company!
I would give a 0 if I could. I booked a private Granada tour from Seville weeks in advance. I was charged right away and was told no changes or cancellations allowed. Just for them to cancel my tour 5 days before the tour with no explanation provided. How is this ethical? This is an extremely unprofessional tour company! I have never given a bad review, but I need to warn others, so their vacation is not ruined. We unfortunately were not able to visit Granada with such short notice since everything was already sold out! They were so quick to take my money though!

Good review of some of the important bits of palace. Maria was very kind and had a lot of information! She gave more information than the other guides

We wished we had skipped it
We were underwhelmed by this whole experience. Giralda Tower is best viewed for outside. When inside, the walk to the top is through a claustrophobic ascent chock a block with tourists. Once at the top the views are not great. The “viewpoints” are small and covered with bars and chicken wire, not to mention hundreds of tourists. Disappointing all the way around. The cathedral we had high hopes. But even there, it is too crowded to make it enjoyable. We peeled off from our tour, which made it better, but still we were disappointed. All of the more elaborate and important chapels and apses are behind bars or, in the case of the main chapel, unseen behind iron gates. Yes, the place is huge inside but we would have been happier skipping the whole thing.

Scam company with poor communication and slow to refund
We booked tickets 5th April and received a confirmation email but no tickets. I tried to contact this company and their operator the Walker tours several times via phone and email but didn't receive reply until the beginning of May when they said all of the tickets had sold out for the day. They said they would give me a refund. I have just contacted them again today - now 14th May and they have said the refund is on its way and will take up to 10 days to reach our bank account.

      Avoid at all costs
Booked 2 tickets for the Palace tour, paid online and got mail saying tickets will be emailed within 24 hours, 24 hours later no tickets. Called to their Seville Offices on the day of the tour to see about the tickets to be told there were none, requested a refund and was told I would have it in a couple of days.....still no refund. It appears that they sell tickets in the "hope" of getting them fron the Palace ticket office. (Judging from the conversation i had with the staff member i talked to) Should have known there was a problem as everywhere else said there were no tickets for weeks. Do not make the same mistake as I did.

      Worst boat trip ever
Although the views were ok, when we got to see them, the actually trip was terrible. We managed to get there early & sat at the front on one of the crappy plastic chairs provided. Once the boat trip started, people came from behind & stood up at the front, blocking everyone´s views. After repeatedly being told to sit down, a member of staff had to be called to tell them. They sat down for a while, but then things returned to normal & again had to be told to ¨please sit down¨! I wouldn´t recommend this trip to anyone & would probably recommend to try one of the smaller, less crowded boats to tour the river on.

Pleasant little hour spent on the water.
Not sure what everyone was expecting for an hour cruise but we enjoyed it. You’re not going to see all Seville has to offer but it’s a good time cruising up and down the river and you get a feel of where everything is located. Go on a warm sunny day and enjoy the breeze. Book ahead for $17 euro and take advantage of the two free walking tours you can join later with your ticket.

      Great value and excellent service.
We checked out both the green and red HopOn HopOff bus tour options and chose green after speaking to others who’d been using it. Good audio guide, always able to get a seat, upstairs roof cover when needed and an excellent route. We purchased the 48hr bus ticket and the River Cruise option. So glad we did as the cruise was great! Excellent price, great service and bus stops we’ll positioned. I’d like to also thank Evelyn, I don’t know how many hours she works but we met on 3 different occasions at 3 different stops, always with a smile and ready to help!

      Bad experience
We booked a guided tour of Alhambra. We received confirmation along with telephone numbers and instructions. We arrived at the meeting point but the guide did not arrive. The guide had our tickets so we could not go in. We rang but no reply, we emailed, no response. A day later we received a response. Due to logistics the tour could not proceed. I received a refund. However, this was a special occasion, so we stayed in the Parador. I contacted Pacho saying I wanted some compensation for the hotel, but again, no response. We would not have stayed in the parador unless visiting Alhambra. If the company could have taken us a day later, this would have helped, but only to return the cost of the tour, extremely dissatisfied.

      Unprofessional, thieves
We booked online around 12.30 a.m the tour for the Alcazar in Sevilla at 6.30 p.m. on 3rd of April. We discover at the entrance that our tickets were not valid. They wrote us around 8 p.m. on 2nd of April an E-Mail. Just an E-Mail, even if I had to put my phone number in the reservation. I don't check everytime my E-Mails on holiday. At the end we lost the whole day for nothing. Not recommended, really unprofessional. Thieves.

Worst Jewish quarter tour ever! Definitely skip this tour and just take a stroll around historic center. Or try a different company with a knowledgeable guide. Tour guide Sara spoke softly and has a strong accent and knew very little about jewish history, couldnt answer basic questions from group and barely shared any info she mostly just walked us around and shared random trivia. This tour should be cancelled until they find a much better guide.

Very underwhelming tour. Our tour guide was not well informed on the “Jewish history” or indeed the history of the neighborhood at all. He had perhaps 2 or 3 stories and the rest of the time we walked around the quarter with minimal historical background. We passed by several other tour guides from other companies who were getting a lot more information as they walked around!

We booked the walking tour not really knowing what to expect. We had Rafa as our guide who was very knowledgeable and made the tour enjoyable. He gave us insight into small historical details which we would have otherwise missed.
    Would definitely recommend this tour.

Hmmm…not so much Jewish history to be found in Seville. Better to do a private Jewish tour in Cordoba where there is more to see. This tour finished near the Barber of Seville terrace and a discreet Jewish grave (very rare) but neither were pointed out by our guide so we missed the grave :( the terrace was signposted.

Unfortunately, I'd have to give this tour a low rating because it was full of rhetoric, what was, and very few historical significant details. Our tour guide was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, but the history of Jews in Spain is rich, and I just didn't get that in Seville. Sorry!

The beauty of the historical buildings and a few of the stories. However there is really very little left of any Jewish character or signs of Jewish life there so the tour was more about historical Spanish figures, painters, writers and opera references to Seville (Carmen, Barber of Seville, Don Giovanni). Other than a couple of anecdotes related to how the Jewish people suffered under the Spanish Inquisition, there was little to connect this tour to Jewish content.

Thank you very much for your opinion, we appreciate your summary, and we are sorry for not being able to have dramatic stories as in other places in Europe related to the Jewish people, but in Spain and specifically in Seville, the Jewish people brought a lot of patrimonial and cultural richness in coexistence with the different cultures that settled in Spain throughout its history. That is the true wealth of Seville. We are sorry that you did not value the quality of our Tour despite the fact that our story is in line with our history.

We have just finished this tour this evening with an Italian girl Lara, and I have to say was very disappointed, and felt it a complete waste of time and money.

Lara was clearly a lovely girl but as a tour guide her pronunciation in English is difficult and hard to understand and her knowledge of Jews and Judaism in the area is clearly very limited, We went on this tour as 2 Jews from London and the amount of information and references to Judaism was 5%. Whilst this might be the intention it is not made clear when booking and misrepresents the content of the tour; notwithstanding much of the remainder of the tour was plain boring and uninteresting, looking at peoples private gardens and alleyways – not impressed.

I should also say yesterday we had an amazing Free Seville Tour with Raoul which we would highly recommend as he knows his stuff, has great personality and humour and speaks great English!!!! He deserved a big tip

Hi Paul, I am so sorry to read that, we sincerely apologize for this. I think it is a misunderstanding. It would have been better to have taken a special tailormade tour to explore the depths of the Jewish theme if you was very interested and wanted special knowledge about that. It was our 2nd tour guide with Sergio. The first was the major highlights of Sevilla and the Jewish quarter. Sergio Was amazing, contrôles the material and the historical story. He did it in a very interesting way mixed with good humor. Our 2 sons were really exited and were highly involved in the tour. Well done Sergio.
