Our family booked our bike trip several months in advance, We were really looking forward to seeing the city on bikes. The day before our trip we called to confirm to make sure we were still on as it was raining outside. They never called back !. They day of the trip we showed up and they did not have us down as guests even though we have a confirmation. We asked for our money back 2-3 times with no response !! we are now working with our credit card company to get our money back. DONT USE THEM AS THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU .. HOW CAN THEY STILL BE ON TRIP ADVISOR ???

If you don't have your refund yet, it's possible you don't send all the information to customer service. For refunds: any travellers can ask a refund to our customer service and they will explain all the procedure. You can phone to Pancho tours every day (8.30am-8.30pm) or better send us a mail with your name and id booking and your phone contact. We guaranteed any justified refund.If the reasons are correct, we refund all money back. Do you follow this procedures? Please follow them and everything will be fine. We don't steal nobody. We STILL on trip advisor because Pancho Tours is a company with over 10 years experience and more one million people did guided tours with Pancho Tours. Our philosophy is to try as hard as we can to provide clients the best service. ALWAYS TIME.
