Warm and welcoming guide. Manuel was chatty and full of laughs. We had a great trip with lots of information. Well planned breaks! Overall well thought out

Fantastic tour and Petra was fantastic. Very clear, organised and great information and sense of humour. We had Carlos at Alhambra and he was excellent too. Highly recommend. Great seeing countryside in lovely bus too.

We had a great day out with our guide Manuel. He was warm, friendly, caring and funny. Added to which he had a passion for history which he shared with us making the visit to these historic places even more relevant and interesting. Thanks to him and driver Sarah we had a really enjoyable trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day to Jerez and Cádiz. This was our second tour with Andalsur Excursions and we were lucky enough to have Manuel as our guide on both trips. Manuel is an excellent guide, interesting, funny and so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Cádiz. Sandra our driver was great too. A most enjoyable day. Thank you.

This tour provided by ANDALSUR met our expectations 100%. On time, pleasant good guide (same goes for the special guide for the Mosque). It was my third time in Cordoba (but first time for my Chinese friends) and again I was enchanted. When in Sevilla I certainly recommend this excursion!

Gibraltar is a lovely spot to visit with so much history. Unfortunately, we only saw a fraction of it on this tour. Two hours in the town for lunch was too long and meant that we only visited a couple of sites. We drove by a few other points of interest but didn't have time to visit.

It was an amazing experience worth the money and the long day! The guides were excellent and the whole trip was very well planned!

It’s a bit of a drive to get there but both my wife and i loved this trip, caves were amazing and so is the rock if you can allow a full day this tour is a must. The fish and chips were better than in London and the duty free shopping prices a very pleasant surprise, Alex and the local guides were very good

This was the worst tour we have ever had. It was a 11 hours trip, but we spent maximum 35 minutes on the rock of Gibraltar. The bus from Seville stopped at the border, as we expected, but then we had to walk until the center of the town (no bus was waiting for us after crossing the border). Then we had 2 hours to walk on single commercial street!!! Then again we have to walk to the bus and the guide which was supposed to show us the rock. First of all, the guide told us that we had 5 minutes to take photos at the first stop, 10 minutes at the second and 20 minutes at the third. If anyone is late, he will be left behind!!! The car began to climb the rock at a very high speed (we felt in danger all the time), so the information of the audio guide in the vehicle was no more consistent with what we were seeing. All the time, Petra, our spanish guide was laughing (for no reason) very loud. At the end, when we told her that we were very disappointed, she began to laugh again loudly. We have taken this tour to see the rock of Gibraltar, but thanks to our guides we were not able to do this. Of course, now we do not trust Viator trips anymore and we will not book any of their trips.

We had Alexis is our tour guide. He was a very kind and professional tour guide. The tour was well run, and we saw all the highlights of Gibraltar. There was also plenty of free time to do some shopping. An enjoyable day trip from Seville.

The Alhambra and Albaicín Guided Tour from Seville was a long tour. However, it was organised and a good experience overall. Our guide, Manuel, was fantastic — he’s funny, friendly, and made the trip enjoyable with his humour and engaging stories. The Alhambra itself is truly a must-see, with its stunning architecture and rich history. While the tour allows you to explore the highlights, it would be ideal to stay longer in Granada if you have the time to really soak in the city’s beauty and culture. However, if you’re short on time, this tour is highly recommended as it hits the key spots, offering a perfect introduction to both the Alhambra and the Albaicín.

Jerez Winery ( nice museum ) and good tasting ( may be a little to fast ...more time to to read all the information in the museum and the wine would be appreciated). Horse show is a must to understand the history of dancing horse in Spain than Austria and now in show like Cavalia. Dressing horse is a real communication art. We would like to stay longer in Cadiz to explore the city parks and walk all the sidewolk near the sea ...so beautiful...our only drops of sun during our vacation ( a good reason to come back....)

Our driver was Fidel and our guide was Driss. Both were professional and great. It was a long day and Fidel drove safely and carefully. Driss gave excellent commentary and recommended Cafe Gabriel for lunch which was amazing. Driss kept the group of 17 moving well throughout the day. It is difficult to move a large group trying to keep it on a tight schedule. The total time spent in Albacin can be cut shorter to provide more time at the Alhambra. The Alhambra is beautiful and quite large. An area of improvement for the tour operator is to tell all participants that they should not be allowed to have phone calls in the bus on speaker or facetime mode. Or warch videos without using headsets. There was an individual watching videos, Face timing and taking calls on speaker throughout the ride. Additionally, participants should be told to take the same seats on the bus throughout the trip. There was a minor incident where 2 parties were unhappy because one group took the other groups seats.
