My family and I had an incredible time. The guide was on time, very kind and very knowledgeable. As we walked through the old city we were entertained with stories and great information of architecture and history. We have 5 kids ranging from 7-18 yrs of age and they all enjoyed it. I highly recommend booking with this agency.

Disappointing tour. Guide didn't seem to have enough experience or knowledge to fly explain or describe the Alhambra or history. Very cursory description if any. It felt like a walking guide through the gardens and property and some small informational bites but nothing of any substance. We e been on many tours and this was one of the worst. The guide was a nice woman but not an in depth guide. She acknowledged that she'd only been doing it a month.

Skip the line was great. There was someone to meet us 30 minutes before the tour. We were assigned to Antonio's group. What a wealth of knowledge that man has. He could answer every question and he added some stories which showed connections to Dutch artists which the Dutch couple in our group appreciated. He knew exactly where to take the best photos. I would recommend this tour.

Laura was our guide and she was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She kept to time and made our tour an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend her as your guide.

Sold as a 10 person tour .. however 20 or maybe more in the group !! The guide Laura was excellent , but paying more tor a smaller group. ????? Go with the larger group when booking and pay lesss

My husband and I planned our trip to Granada for months and were very excited for our crowning goal- a visit to the Alhambra. We booked our tour with VisitaGranada months in advance in order to ensure the best experience. Two days before our tour (9/30) a guide from VisitaGranada contacted us asking if we could move our tour from 12pm to 2pm. After confirming it was still for 9/30, we said yes as we love to be flexible and work with companies rather than against. When we arrived at the Alhambra on 9/30, we were told that our new ticket was actually for the day prior (9/29) and we could not enter, let alone be on our tour. We called VisitaGranada, explained the situation, and were repeatedly dismissed and hung up on. After sending proof of the conversation and the mistake on the companies end, we were told it was still our fault for not double checking the fine print on the ticket time. We were not contacted on 9/29 to ask where we were for the tour, we were not reimbursed even though it was the company's fault for accidentally rescheduling us on the wrong day (when we were doing the company a favor), and we were not offered another tour. We were deeply saddened as we were very excited to see the Alhambra and was a main goal of traveling to Spain. The customer service employee we spoke with was very rude and dismissive, even while we were polite and communicative. This is a very poorly run service. Book at your own risk.

Our guide Carlos gave us lot of interesting history details during our 3 hours tour at Generalife, Alhambra, Alcazaba. Overall very nice tour.

Sofía was great and very informative. She knew so many details small interesting details. It's always very hard to engage teens in history sights but our son enjoyed it.

Eduardo was excellent, willing and able to answer questions about many aspects of the Alhambra and its history. 3 hours of guided tour with the opportunity to come back on your own later that day was a good arrangement. We recommend this tour and Eduardo highly.
