Our 2 masseuses were wonderful although the location (on a busy street) led to traffic noise which sometimes disrupted the ambiance. The owner also left my husband for 5-8min to do something with a visitor that entered the shop. He would have given a 3 & I would have scored a 5, hence the 4 rating.

We recently moved to Granada and with Covid I had not had a massage for a long time. My husband booked an 80-minute massage for me at MasVital for my birthday and I was so pleased and impressed with the service. They took many precautions for Covid including cleaning after every use - the place was spotless and I could see them cleaning every area while waiting. They had open windows and fans for circulation and breathable masks for when I was face up during the massage. Roberto was an excellent masseuse. I have had many massages and it was one of the best. I also am still learning Spanish and he was so kind to try and communicate when needed in English. The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable and spa-like. This will definitely be a regular place for me!

I was in Granada for road biking and by chance found this place. The massage was incredible! It helped me recover from the tension and pain I had from possibly a little too much road biking with a little too less stretching in between. I first got a 10 minutes massage at a Japanese festival as advertisement for Shiatsu, and then made an appointment for a full hour appointment. I would go there any time again, and can only recommend it to everyone. They offer a variety of techniques, and are very perceptive of individual problems and painpoints. The price is really fair and worth every cent. All the staff I met was very friendly, calm, and really loving their jobs. It is truly a place for healing. I think the therapy triggered something inside me to find calm and get a more healthy attitude to life.

I was told I had made two reservations when I had made one. And received a horrible message from them explaining how I had cost the company a lot. Ended up going to another place.

You or your partner made a reservation through Tripadvisor (Viator) for an 80-minute massage on Saturday, August 26. We sent you two messages on Friday the 25th, through the provider's center to specify the appointment time. He did not respond to any of the messages, nor did we have any news from him on Saturday the 26th, until 8:19 p.m., when he contacted us, with a name other than the one on the reservation, to say that there had been a misunderstanding. That you had gone to another company, where they had paid and asked me for help to obtain a refund. That same person had booked with us, directly by phone, a massage for 6:00 p.m. on Saturday the 26th, but he didn't come, nor did he answer when we called him by phone.
In my response I clarify his mistake, the damage to my company and I agree to make the refund.
It seems that not only did he not like my answer, but he also felt offended for reminding him that we had been waiting for them all day and they had not notified us. So he decided to write a bad review on Tripadvisor, you said it yourself in the conversation we had in the Supplier Center chat.
I think my company has suffered quite a bit of damage by canceling the reservation, without notice on their part. We have refunded the full amount of your reservation, even if another company was to receive the massage. Furthermore, we have to accept an unfavorable opinion from you, which has only caused us problems, because he does not accept his mistake of confusing the company.
I have asked that you please remove this opinion from Tripadvisor because it does not seem fair to me, nor does it reflect the reality of what happened.
