        My top tour cordoba mosque
Do not book with my top tour. We paid 29.99 each for tickets to Cordoba mosque with audio guide. We could not get audio guide to work for 2 people only 1. If we had booked on the official mosque/cathedral website I would only have had to pay 10 euro instead of 29.99 for over 65’s. The adult fee is 13 euro. Therefore BE CAREFUL WHAT WEBSITE YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS THROUGH. These rogue websites come up before the official sites. I could not contact mytoptour on the phone and still awaiting response from my email query apart from an automated response!

        A rip off
This whole company is untrustworthy and a scam. They charge 30€ for the entrance tickets to the mezquita when the official ones only cost 13€. They say you can then download an audio guide to your own mobile but this doesn't work. It is truly a rip off company worth avoiding.

        Run for the hills!!!!
We purchased tickets to see the Prado Museum. We had a medical emergency and couldn’t go. We let them know immediately!! The price for the tickets to the museum is 30 euros and they charge an additional 30 for the tour. Not only did they say that they wouldn’t refund the tickets that weren’t used but they wouldn’t even refund the price of the actual tour. Avoid them like the plague!!

Chaotic start, exceptional site, awesome guide. Worth it.
You will see both awful and excellent reviews for the tour. The awful ones focus on the chaotic check in and poor upfront info (true). But the tour itself is outstanding. Our guide was spirited, super-informative, funny and very engaging. It’s a comprehensive tour lasting for about three hours and the site itself is simply jaw-droppingly beautiful. You can stay on the grounds of the Alhambra until closing time afterwards. Make sure you bring your photo ID: this is a requirement of the Alhambra administrators, not the tour guide. You will not get in without your passport or drivers license, at least not without a lot of troublesome paperwork.

I was charged for 6 more tickets and I sent them an email to refund the extra tickets that I did not purchase but sadly there is no reply.

Don't roll over and let them get away with it! Raise a *Hoja de Reclamaciones.
This company is worse than one star can describe. Its website is misleading in several ways and they take no responsibility that their English doesn't correspond with the meaning transmitted to a native English Speaker. Their Legal Terms and conditions are different to those you are supposed to check on the pull down box while booking. They give you a totally different visiting time to the one requested (they know best!). There is no way to get the time you want as they will, perversely, change it.!! Their service is appalling. However, if you're caught out Google Hoja de Reclamaciones, also Citizen Advice Bureau Spain fill it all out and let them get their Legal team involved (at their cost!) At least that way, even if you don't get a conclusion, you make them earn the money they took for your booking (twice the official price and no added value).

Brilliant tour for all ages, with top guide, Vincent
This is an outstanding tour rich in facts and insights. We learned a huge lot and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had a fantastic guide, Vincent, who was extremely knowledgeable, and patient and good humoured with all questions from members of the group, both young and older! The descriptions of life in the Alhambra carried us back in time and stoked our imaginations.

        Rip Off!
My Top Tickets is a complete rip off. They charge 30€ for tickets that cost 13€. And the audio guide provided is absolutely garbage. Avoid this rip off website and get tickets yourself for half the price.

Alhambra visit without Nasrid Palace is like visit Cairo without visiting Pyramids or Roma without Roman Forum
Be careful!!! ALHAMBRA VISIT WITHOUT NASRID PALACE IS LIKE GOING TO CAIRO AND NI VISIT PYRAMIDS , don’t buy these rickets offered by tourist agency by My Top Tour espanha. You just pay a fortune for nothing. We reserved inexpensive month ago they offer tour of Alhambra without Nasrid palace for 85 euro , whilst the official price is half and include the palace. The visit is totally useless , don’t even come to Granada if you have not the possibility to visit them. On the formal view point they inform you that the visit doesn’t include that, but in practice why one should do it? On the ethical with point they should not offer Unfortunately there are many people not well knowledgeable (like is) and that think that Alhambra is Alhambra who has taken this super expensive useless ticket. They should be stopped by Granada tourist organisation , and they should be stopped buying amounts of admission ticket. So be careful:ALHAMBRA VISIT WITHOUT NASRID PALACE IS LIKE GOING TO CAIRO AND NI VISIT PYRAMIDS

Ticket Sevilla cathedral, real Alcazar and Giralda Tower with audioguide
Never use this side! We paid a lot more than you pay at the event! It is not an official side. We paid for the cathedral in Sevilla and it was closed that day. They won' t give a refund!!!! When we booked the cathedral, we had to fill in the date and the hour of our visite. While it was closed and we could not visit!!!!!! The audioguide for the real Alcazar dit not correspond with the numbers in the Real Alcazar. We will never use My Top Tour again!

        Scam
We booked a guided tour of the Prado Museum in Spanish, but we were placed in an English-speaking tour instead. Our group included four children who do not speak English, and to make matters worse, the guide was not even fluent in English. This made the tour incredibly difficult to follow and undermined the entire experience. We contacted My Top Tour, to resolve the issue and request a refund. Unfortunately, they never responded. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, highly disappointing, and reflects poorly I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking a professional and enjoyable experience.

Scam Alert: Avoid My Top Tour for Alhambra Tickets!
I wish I had read the reviews before booking with My Top Tour. They market themselves as if they are the official Alhambra ticket provider, even appearing at the top of search results. Don’t be fooled! Their prices are double what you would pay if you book directly through the official Alhambra site. To make matters worse, their service was terrible, and the experience didn’t come close to matching the cost. I now realize others have shared similar warnings—if only I had seen them earlier! Do yourself a favor: avoid My Top Tour at all costs. Save your money and book your visit through the official Alhambra site. Don’t fall into the same trap I did.

Tour was great please give more information on how to exit
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and nice. He was able to answer questions and explain how some of the Arabic language was used within the decorations. He was funny and kind. His name was Alain. My only negative feedback is how the company ends the tour. The darkness came and were let out without any direction of where to walk to get back to parking or any hotels if your staying in the area. We were walking aimlessly the streets trying to find our way back. A sheet of paper or directions sent to our email of how to navigate back would have been really nice to have. We took a bus, got off where we thought we could get to parking and found out it wasn't the right place. We finally found a cab driver to take us to parking which cost us almost 9 Euros to get back to the parking area for the tours. This experience put a shadow on our tour.

Thorough tour with lots of facts and stories!
Leticia was our guide. She was prompt and paced the 3-hour tour perfectly. She added lots of facts and stories to give great characterization to the vast property. When it ended, she even told us how to get to the restaurant we booked for after the tour. Our family really enjoyed the tour, as did the rest of the tour guests.

The Nasrid Palaces are beautiful at night. However, be aware of one thing. If you have a larger camera backpack, they will make you turn it around and wear it in front. Wearing a heavy backpack that is not designed to be worn in front is a real ordeal, so go light on the gear. I would suggest two lenses a fast 16-35 or wider and a fast 24 to 70. Of course no tripods or flash are allowed.

Unforgettable illuminated tour. The only shade on the board is the very high cost per person for this service booked a few days before. The audio guide sent in the form of links does not, in our opinion, justify this expenditure.
We tried to get a refund for the difference in the Award displayed at the ticket machine on site but My Top Tour remained on its position arguing limited access. It is important to know, you can get tickets through the tourist office the same day but depending on availability.
Apart from this drawback for tight budgets, you will come home without problem.
With your headphones you can stick to the audio guide legends, they are numbers to listen to but it is not really practical on the spot. We quickly let go admiring and living the beauty and magic of the place.

On 5/17 at 9:30 p.m. we had a guided night tour of the Nasrid Palaces and the Carlos V Palace. They told us to be there 15 minutes beforehand at the mailbox where the c30/c32 line and the Mimbre restaurant are, since we were there at 9:07 p.m., waiting for the supposed guide with an orange umbrella who would arrive to start the tour at 9:30 p.m. We were waiting until 9:55 p.m. and no one showed up!!! We called the phone number that appeared in the email, we sent WhatsApp to another phone, email... to report the situation and no one answered.
The next day we went to the office they have in Cuesta de Gomerez, and they told us that a group with 4 people left at that time but that there was no incident...if in a group that we should have been 6 people, they don't realize that two are missing and There is no incident... things are going badly, although I bet I doubt it very much, although I am sure that no group left there at that time when we were waiting from 9:07 p.m. to 9:55 p.m. and there was no group or guide with an orange umbrella, something easy to identify. They also told us that they had called us on our cell phone, we invited them to speak with the guide and tell us exactly the time at which they had called us, so it was no longer on our cell phone, it had supposedly been there by word of mouth... they told us that today They were going to relocate us in a group with a guide and if not, with an audio guide, they would send us an email last night, well, no relocation, no email, today they sent us a WhatsApp saying that on the 17th, they left for the night visit with all the participants, something that is inexplicable since we were missing and now they tell us that one of them was a group of 20 people (yesterday there were 4 people), if the group was 20 people and that they do not know what could have happened. It is really difficult not to see at the place and time a group of 20 people who tell us that they left and when we were also waiting for so long. In the end we were left without the visit, with wasted time and they also said that they would reimburse us for the proportional part of the guided tour but not for the tickets for the visit to the monument. What has happened is shameful, although from what we see, we are not the only ones affected by their practices and this will logically end up having consequences.
I will certainly never recommend them.

Do not book! The tour guide never turned up, no response from any customer service even the day after we tried to contact. They also sent us a ticket for a spanish tour when we booked in english. We were waiting over an hour in the end for a near 400 pound tour that frankly would not have been worth 400 pound even if the tour guide had turned up. Staff at the alhambra tried to help us but ended up sending us on a wild goose chase anyway to an entrance that wasn't even meant for public access. Likelihood of us getting our money back is slim by the looks of things! Avoid and save your money!

The Alhambra is amazing but this tour company is to be avoided. They tell you tickets are available and take your payment then inform you days later they are not available. The audio guide is in terrible English with a robot (AI?) voice. I had to turn it off!

Excellent tour with Natalia “the girl from Baeza ;)”. A passionate tour guide’s interpretation is what brings “old stones” to life. The place is AMAZING but a guided tour just gives it all the significance. Took the tour in Spanish but heard Natalia speaking very good English, so strongly recommend her in any language. She is absolutely one of the visit highlights! Strongly recommended. (Just hope the agency would figure out how to make check in faster on warning clients on all requirements to avoid losing precious time at the entrance -people’s fault, not the guide- and wish they had extended the entrance tickets beforehand because we had bought tickets with Granada Card, but by the time we got it that night, we had already bought tourist train tickets for two days, earlier that same day, so we felt we lost money unnecessarily). Beautiful tour Natalia! Thanks for making people THINK beyond the simple picture!

We had a visit booked for the Nasrid Palaces at 10PM, something that has been on my list for ages. This was an unguided individual tour which allowed us to wander at our own pace. We had visited the palaces the day before but it was a completely different experience at night.
Spent around 90 minutes walking round and the lights and shadows bringing out depth of the plasterwork designs. We also seemed to notice things that we didn't see yesterday, such as some of the inlaid ceilings. It certainly helped being less busy.
The weather was just perfect too, no wind and totally clear so the reflections in the ponds were like a mirror. Sadly the photography on my DSLR was not successful as it was too dark for handheld shots and I didn't want to lean against 700 year old plasterwork just to get a picture so the photos are just iPhone ones. For the €10 ticket fee this was an absolute bargain.

Terrible lighting, no information about the different palaces. It is a way to deceive those who arrive with the hope of seeing this monument. It is unfortunate that the public wastes time and money on this so-called night visit. The Nasrid palaces must be seen in full light because it is the best way to appreciate their incredible beauty. I would dare say that it is a scam. If you are hesitating to go, don't hesitate anymore. Do not go

On February 15th we reserved 3 tickets for a night visit to the Nasrid palaces on April 23rd. Shortly after making the reservation (about one or two days later) we are informed that within the organization of a course in Granada (the reason for our trip) tickets have been reserved for the same visit (Nasrid palaces) on the same day. hour. We contact Mytoptour to see if there is a possibility of getting our money back (more than 2 months before the visit) because the tickets cannot be used by another person either since they are nominative. No refund, no exchange for another activity, nothing. It was 117 euros in exchange for nothing.

I booked a tour of the Alhambra Palace and Carlos V Palace at night with My Top Tour. I initially booked online for 9.30 pm on 30.06.23. The official ticket was sent to me just before my holiday commenced but the time had changed to 10 pm. On the day of the visit I was sent an email confirming the exact meeting point to greet the guide and that they would be carrying an orange umbrella to stand out It was unclear from the conflicting information I had received whether we were supposed to be there for 9.30 or 10pm. So we arrived early at the exact location indicated at 9.15 and waited until 10.20. no guide showed up and we missed our entry time. Over £400 wasted. Now trying to recover this from the company. I would recommend a different tour company.
