This is a totally incompetent tour company. When we arrived at the meeting point there were around 50 people and three guides. Around 20 of those people (including ourselves) were not on the list held by the guide. After a major delay we had tickets sent to us via WhatsApp (other people were turned away) but then we were not allowed into the site by the attendants for reasons that were not explained to us. The other 15 people with the guide had the start of their three hour tour delayed by an hour whilst this was all being sorted out. We were eventually allowed in (some 90 minutes after our tour was due to start) as individuals, not as part of a guided tour, and were left to our own devices. We also thought that we had paid for a tour of the whole site (including the Nasrid Palace) as the ticket was expensive but it transpired that the Nasrid Palace was not included. The only positive thing that can be said about the company was that they quickly refunded the part of our fee that covered the guided tour, but what should have been an enjoyable day touring a wonderful site was totally spoiled. We got the very strong impression that our experience was not unusual for this company and this was confirmed when we read the other reviews of this company (which we unfortunately did not do so until afterwards). AVOID THIS COMPANY.

They misrepresented themselves as being an official ticket vendor. They do NOT produce any tickets and they WILL NOT return your money. I realized within minutes of buying "tickets" from them that this is a SCAM!! The charge on my credit card statement is from "Agrada Familia Tickets" Notice how close that is to the official website? The missing "S" tells you then are purposefully misrepresenting themselves. When I realized I was dealing with My Top Tour instead of the Sagrada Familia website, I immediately emailed and asked to cancel my purchase. They replied NO and said all sales were final. They did NOT produce any tickets, so what exactly did I "BUY"? They are keeping my money and have given me nothing. Isn't that stealing? SO BEWARE!! Learn from my VERY EXPENSIVE mistake. EVERYONE who has been ripped off by them needs to come here and write their experience so that their reviews are accurate. I know it's embarrassing to admit you've been tricked, but we need to help others. The money I lost was not inconsequential. There is no Chamber of Commerce or Better Business Bureau in Spain to help you. Tourists are on their own, to fend for themselves. Pickpockets are not the only thing you need to be careful about. How My Top Tour can remain in business is beyond me. It is CRIMINAL to scam people like they do. This is a well orchestrated scam, My Top Tour is taking advantage and making money off of unsuspecting tourists! DO YOUR RESEARCH - Go to OFFICIAL websites and buy your tickets through them. Pay attention to the SPELLING and website ADDRESS. Don't fall for these SCAMMERS!!!

I feel tricked On 18 Sept I booked tickets to visit Alhambra. It said that I woul get a confirmation of the tickets within 72 hrs. It took 7 days (168 hrs) and it was a cancellation - four days before our planned visit. I was told to book another visit and I did, but my wife found tickets on the official Alhambra website. So I wrote a cancellation of My Top Tours tickets right away - just to receive a confirmation of my booking 30 min later. I sent an e-mail to tell them that I still wanted to cancel, which they refused. Until My Top Tours adhere to their own policies for customer service ( reply within 72 hrs), just use the official Alhambra website instead.

A complete scam. Thought booking a guided tour of Alhambra and palaces. Told to arrive at offices half hour before time. Arrived to be given a 48hr Granada pass which included Alhambra but not palaces. €19 euro for Alhambra and we paid just short of €80 euro each. We had already been to other places pass incuddd like cathedral and royal chapel. My partner said so in essence I’m paying a €30 euro administration fee per person? She said yes. ‘ why does it not include Nazrid palaces? There are no tickets left was the reply! To try to get some use of the pass we waited for the tourist train at the Alhambra. Run every 20m - 40m later one turns up with 6 spaces, queue carnage. We were first but driver refused to sell us headphones! Someone getting off at next stop gave us then. All in all a scam. Do not use Top tours.

SCUM. SCUM. SCUM! The website pretends to be official one. Tickets purchased for 10.00. They've sent tickets 24 hours prior to the visit and those were for 13:30. We could not wait so the trip to Granada from Poland (one night stand there only) was in vain. Not possible to contact ticket seller, the phone does not respond and on the first email we got the reply that they will take closer look into this. Of course, nothing more afterwards. The tickets are insanely overpriced - like double to regular price and I do not even get a receipt that I have paid what I paid (regular price listed on the received ticket). The official authorities know about the case. The same situation not only in Granada, also in Sewilla (the posters with info about official site where to buy the tickets is there by reason, isn't it?) Unfortunately, seems like they are not able (or do not want to) do anything with that. I think it is natural to do not like feel like "milking cow" being a turist... The company seems to be skilled in internet tools and I believe most of the positive opinions are fake ...

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I had to go down from the top hill of the Alhambra to pick up the tickets in a small shop in town. We bough the tickets together and our were different. We had to pay 50% more for the tickets. Don’t even buy tickets through this people.

Purchased this online thinking it was the official audio tour. Next to useless as no map or direction and only a small picture to allow identification of points of interest. Had to download a map from internet. It looked like there were numbered points for the official guide. This cost €10 on top of ticket price and was not worth it at all.

DON’T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They advertise tickets with guide or audioguide for the Alhambra including the Nasrid Palaces. But once you bought the tickets the Nasrid Palaces are NOT included and they will send you the basic ticket which only gives you access to the surrounded buildings and the gardens. (cost via Alhambra official tickets 10€ and you pay at MyTopTours 31,95). It’s very misleading. After having contact with MyTopTours they told us via Whatsapp that the tickets for the Nasrid Palaces are only available from Oct 2024. So they will never have the possibility to sell you these tickets. I hope that this review will warn people to NOT BUY with this scam company. It all looks very professional but they earn money by misleading tourists.

We booked a complete 4 hour tour in Alhambra with a few friends hoping to get some decent guidance for the price we pay (for your reference, entrance tickets are €20, we payed €85 for the tour ticket). But the experience was really underwhelming. The group was rather big (20 people), with the small radios they distribute we couldn't hear the guide as in narrow passages there would naturally form a long line. The guide was rather in a rush (de facto tour time was about 3h, i think we could have taken more time to enjoy the gardens and walked with a slower pace). Also it felt to much bad history book just names and years, without good interconnections. Alhambra itself is really beautiful with many nice details and design artifacts that would deserve a good explanation of their meanings and origina that a good tour you would expect to deliver. But none of us was satisfied with the quality. Felt rather a tourist trap.

Spanish Top Tour: Alhambra Tour with Stroller Prohibited I am writing to review my experience with Spanish Top Tour on their Alhambra tour. I booked a ticket for myself, 8 family members and friends AND our 2-year-old son. I provided his age and passport details when booking, so the tour company was aware of his age. When we arrived at the Alhambra, we were informed that strollers are not allowed on the tour. This was not mentioned to me when I booked the tour. Upon complaining I was whatsapped a text piece which is allegedly from their site. I did not check that and it was not mentioned via the booking or payment module. As a result, I was unable to take the tour with my son. I spoke to the tour guide, Hannah, and asked if I could sit outside and wait until my son woke from his nap, deposit his stroller as requested and then join the tour OR if my wife and I could flex. She refused, saying that this was not possible. She then yelled at me through the intercom system in front of all the other participants on the tour. This was a particular humiliating and upsetting experience for our entire group. I also tried to contact the tour company's customer support hotline, but the person I spoke to barely spoke English and therefore misunderstood my complaint - and eventually she just hung up on me! I also wrote to the company's official email address, but I received a response full of errors and naming Hannah a male, which she was not. The experience with the customer support was also very unprofessional. I am very disappointed with my experience with Spanish Top Tour. I feel that they were misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone - with or without young children.

We participated in a guided tour of the Alhambra today🏰 the weather was absolutely perfect at 24 degrees when our tour started👌 I’m glad we had a guide, not only was it worth the $$ spent but it really was fantastic to have so much information about each garden, castle, palace and fortress! We easily could’ve taken a wrong turn and missed an entire segment. Climbing to the top of the watch tower was easily one of the most spectacular views we’ve seen and it was possible to take in the city in its entirety from that vantage point. The gardens were so gorgeous and there were so many incredible views

Tickets get confirmed for the wrong date and the customer support rejects any requests for cancellation before the booking was even confirmed. Avoid making bookings with them at all cost.

3 hrs in duration. Best done in the evening when it is cooler. A memorable experience particularly with our guide, Nathalie Salido. She was well trained, very informative, articulate in English and charming. My wife and I, in our late seventies, thought the tour and particularly Nathalie were brilliant.

You might think they're the official site for Alhambra tickets since they come up first in the search. Well, they're not. They're crooks and thieves, they refused to cancel my ticket even though I messaged them literally minutes after booking, when I realised my friend booked tickets for both of us. They threw some legal jargon at me and had zero understanding, they'd probably not allow me to cancel if I died. They charged me 35 Euros for a ticket that has an entry price of 10 euros. Where does the rest of the money go? You'd think it's for the audio guide hire, but it's not - the audio guide is basically an app you need to download on your phone and use your own headphones. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Our tour guy, Emilio was wonderful and very profesional. We took a lot of nice pictures because Emilio suggested the spot. Nice memories!
