      Wonderful experience
Visiting this place is a must if you are in Andalusia. Walking on the sides of the mountains and crossing the bridge is amazing. I advice periods of the year when it is not very hot. Avoid if you suffer from vertigos

      Alpujara did not disappoint
Not a comfortable minivan as promised to transport us. Though the taxi was comfortable for us English. The guide was meant to be multilingual but even the Mexicans with us found the Spanish difficult to understand English was poor too. Apart from that the tour was fantastic, we enjoyed all the sites that we visited. The roads were so well maintained even on the mountains that the ride was very comfortable. The white villages were fantastic and the ham factory, the olives and almond trees were great, the carpet weaving was great to see.

      Caminito Del Rey
Be aware that there is 1.5km walk to the entrance, in total the walk is about 8km long accordingly to Strava. Good facilities at the end of the walk. Toilets are available at the beginning. We were advised to arrive an hour earlier however we couldn't enter before the time so were stood waiting. Stunning views along the walk would do it again.

      Pampaneira y Alpujarra villages
Unique insight into the pueblos blancos of the Alpujarra. Our guide Carlos was a font of knowledge on the history, geology and culture of the region and maintained good humour throughout. Carlos is also an excellent and patient driver on the steep, winding roads. There was a good mix of coordinated group activity and time for independent exploring of the pueblos

Beautiful city with a great tour guide!
We did the half day private walking tour of Ronda with Tania. It was fantastic!! Beautiful city with all sorts of history and Tania provided all the important information on Ronda. Loved the views, the bull fighting arena, the bridges (new and old) and more. Could have asked for more on this tour.

Excellent tour of a beautiful part of Spain.
This was a wonderful day trip to a very beautiful part of southern Spain. Our driver and tour guide Gonzalo had a very deep knowledge of the ancient and modern history of the Alpujarras and the communities that live there. The villages and the beautiful white stone dwellings, cobbled pavements along with breath taking views of the mountains was something to behold and treasure. The tour guide Gonzalo was charming, friendly, totally professional and had a great sense of humour. I couldn't recommend this trip strongly enough.

A step on the wild side
Amazing scenery with breathtaking views and an engaging guide. More info required however about the start (ticket and time entry) and end (see later). Groups too big or radio too poor as sound regularly dropped out or crackled. No mention at all of the long walk at the end which was uphill in the heat still carrying helmets plus no mention of where to pick up the bus to get back to start point. Had to pay for bus back which again wasn’t mentioned.

Perfect tour for Alhambra and surroundings
My visit to the Alhambra was absolutely fantastic. The tour agent managed everything with great care, even calling us 20 minutes before the tour to help us find the meeting point. The equipment provided worked perfectly. What stood out the most was our guide, a historian professor, who was incredibly detailed. He focused on the most important aspects within the available time and answered every question we had. Considering the number of sites to explore, the time constraints, and the security measures required to enter each building, the experience was well worth the cost. Excellent value for money! WARNING: Please bring your passport or ID card (they will remind you of this beforehand) as you could face issues with the strict security measures. This isn’t the tour agent’s fault, but it might delay the group visit or even result in you being left behind. My daughter forgot her ID, but the staff managed to make an exception, which we greatly appreciated, though it could have gone wrong.

      Great day out at Geopark
Had a great day out at the Geopark with our lovely guide Carlos. There were only 5 of us on the trip 2 Welsh and 3 Spanish and Carlos patiently translated everything for us. We were able to visit sites that would be missed had we not been with a guide and learned at lot on the day. We had spectacular views over the valleys and enjoyed Guadix with its quirky houses in the caves. Great day out

Great tour of Geopark and surrounding area
A fabulous day out, just 5 of us and our lovely guide/driver Carlos. He made the day with his knowledge and care for us, making sure the multi national group understood everything.

      Thank you!
We were very pleased with the taxi service of David. He picked us up from the location and drove us to the Granada, as a complimentary personal escort. The trip was nice and comfortable, and we enjoyed the conversation with David, while in the taxi. We were also impressed by the tour agent Lily, who provided us with all kinds of information and tips, and was super kind and friendly.

Great Alhambra Day Trip from Málaga
This Alhambra Day Trip was from Málaga, and it was really well organized. Everything from the coach bus, to the tours of all the palaces, went smoothly. And the tours were great! I chose the option to add the Nazaries Palaces, and was glad I did. This was another beautiful part of the tour. I give kudos to our tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable, and was even kind enough to take photos of us. The only thing I would have liked, is a little more time in Granada to walk around and shop. But I realize we were on a schedule. This was truly a worthwhile trip, and is definitely a MUST DO!

Save a lot of cash and go on your own
Given the price to get into to the Alhambra is not that much, to pay €160 for a guide and a coach from Malaga is extortionate. I thought it would be special as I booked for the small number tour. 1. there is no rep for the coach. The driver, who doesn't speak English, does the pick up at Malaga and then blasts on the radio. 2. there is a pointless stop in Granada for an hour. We picked up one woman who then was a half hour late getting on the bus back. We were left to our own devices for an hour in Granada main town, half of which I spent trying to get a sandwich (see 3. below) 3. you are strongly advised to bring food. Not necessary at all. There are plenty of outlets at the Alhambra, including the very nice Parador. 4. Define a small group? I got the impression it was a group of no more than 8. It was double that and got very complicated as people had different bookings. People were grumbling about the chaos. Not just me. 5. The guide, who eventually met us at the Alhambra, was disorganised. She never gave us an overview of our trip, or an overview of the history of the Alhambra and spent time trying to find some very late arrivals. No, if you're late, you've missed it. Sorry. 6. Lots of queueing and passport showing - which was much worse as we were a group so it took a long time My advice? The Alhambra is NOT to be missed, but get a train or a bus there and go around on your own. I don't think the guide added much and she wasn't particularly engaging or engaged.

      Beautiful Alpujarra!
Thank you to Gonzalo for a wonderful day! He was kind, funny and informed. His love for the region brought it to life for us. He introduced us to a local resident of Capilerilla, and we had a lovely time chatting and practicing Spanish with him. Great food and great company, stunning sites overlooking the mountains and quaint small villages. We learned so much. Highly recommend! Be prepared for motion sickness if that’s an issue for you.

Gonsalo was a wonderful driver and tour guide! He made the trip very well worth it!
We really enjoyed talking with Gonsalo to and from Ronda. We also had a walking tour, despite a little mixup at the start of that tour, Tonya had a lot of enthusiasm for Ronda which was obvious & showed us some amazing views! Lastly, there was some free time to explore Ronda & to have lunch but another hour of free time would have been nice.
