Be carefull abou this company. They are thieves. On google they pretend to be official sellers for the monuments. Well they are not, and only charge you twice as price for half of Tthe experience. I am very dissapointed :/

This company passes itself off as the “official” Alhambra website for tickets. It is not, and it charges more than twice as much for the tickets. After our self-guided tour (we actually gave up trying to use their clunky audio guides and downloaded the free one on our phones once inside the gates), I challenged the person at their desk when we returned our audio guides to get our 100€ security deposit back. She said that the Alhambra ticket office runs out of tickets and that Top Tour has tickets to sell. What she didn’t add to her explanation was “at whatever price they want”! While the site is certainly worth seeing, we came away feeling deceived and “taken”. I also question the role of the actual official site in this passing off and deception engaged in by tour operators such as Top Tour.

This was the light of my stay in Granada. The tour was well-organized and the guide was very friendly and knowledgable. She spent plenty of time explaining the places and provided historical facts. I enjoyed meeting the other travelers as the group was small and manageable. The guide provided a lot of free time to take pictures as well as bathroom breaks. I highly recommend using a local tour guide (like in this case) because they will give you extensive information as well as other recommendations (i.e., restaurants, flamenco shows, other tours). Great tour and the guide was so committed and very proud of being from Granada (or Grana....).

As other people have said, it is very easy to be fooled into thinking this is the ‘official’ Alhambra website. It’s not, although this companies website came up when I googled official Alhambra tickets. As others have said I didn’t realise it was with my top tours until I got an email from them. It’s much more expensive than the official website and doesn’t include tickets to the Nasrid palaces. The meeting point was also confusing- the tickets said to meet at a restaurant, the email said to meet at the tour office. Having made those negative points, we really enjoyed our visit- our guide was excellent ( the company offered us a free upgrade from audio guide to actual guide) and I’m really pleased we went on a tour as the whole place is massive and we got a lot more out of a guided tour than I think we would have done otherwise. We had little earphones so we could hear everything that was said. We parked really easily at Alhambra ( arrived at 10am) and it cost 12 euros (we left at 4pm). As long as you are fully aware this company charges more that the real official Alhambra tickets 45 euros as opposed to 10, given it doesn’t include Nasrid Palaces, then I would recommend the quality of the guide.

The meeting point is confusing. The address given is not where you should go. Long waiting line to confirm the booking and the information given online. All the visitors were confused, and we started the visit more than 30 minutes later than what was indicated. The guide spoke very fast. Overall a poor experience.

These guys are indeed scam artists. They pretend to be the official Alhambra site and charge two to three times the entrance fees. Shop elsewhere!

This is a shady SCAM company. It pretends to be the official Alhambra website but it is not. They charge at least double what the actual Alhambra company charge. Also, when I initially booked tickets before my trip in 1 week time, the booking system glitched and booked the tickets for the very next day. I emailed the company immediately to report that I'm not even in the country yet and they haven't actually booked the tickets with Alhambra yet so there's still time to resolve THEIR glitch issues with ticket purchase. the numerous emails and issue was completely ignored. This DESPICABLE company ignored my emails and then proceeded to book the tickets with Alhambra website anyway. I asked them for refund and they say they can't because Alhambra don't allow refund. I later found this out to be a complete LIE because I emailed Alhambra directly and asked them. They said its fine to refund if mistake was made at booking. I tested this theory and bought the cheapest tickets they had. I requested a refund and within 12 hours they responded and refunded me. This JOKE of a company asked me to prove that Alhambra refunded me, so I provided screen shots of my refund interaction and proof that I was refunded by Alhambra. However, it didn't matter to these CROOKS. Even though I provided clear evidence that they are lying and refund is possible. These SCUMBAGS responded with, "no you didn't get a refund, Alhambra doesn't do refunds so we can't do refund" I hope this group of PREDATORS get what's coming to them in life. They are the worst type of humans that scalp tickets, overcharge and lie. They provide absolutely nothing and steal money.

Gabriela was a wonderful guide, explain every detail of the visit, from the Alhambra, the palaces, medina till the fortress. Totally worth te experience!

We booked tickets with this company via their website which has been deliberately set up to make people believe it is the official website of the Mesquita in Cordova. Tickets should have been 13 euros but instead we were charged 30 euros per person. Avoid at all costs.

The tour guide Leticia was nice but it could have been better. We had a disabled person in the tour and I felt like she was calling the “person with wheelchair”. I guess, it could have been better if she called him by his name. More personal and kind. The tour itself was fine but too hot during this time of the year. I also noticed that she is more partial to kids, maybe she could be a tour guide for the kids instead. When other tourists are asking, I don’t think she answers them correctly. Some of the things she say are exaggerated. I don’t know which ones are correct and which ones are made up, things that she thinks are funny.

This company does a great job tricking people into purchasing tickets that look like they are the official Alhambra website. I went online and searched for the Alhambra to purchase tickets at the Alhambra site. I thought I was at the official Alhambra website but I was, unfortunately at the MyTopTour website. There was no indication on my mobile that the site was for MyTopTour. In fact, I did not realize that I was not on the Alhambra site until I purchased the ticket and received an email stating the purchase would not be complete until the tickets were approved by the Alhambra. I was charged 45 euros a ticket for what was supposed to be a 10 euro ticket to the Palace Carlos V, Alcazaba, Generalife, and Gardens with physical audio guide. We then received an email stating they were really busy and we could download the app and use it instead. The app was terrible and the audio voice truly difficult to listen to. We ended up just using the Alhambra's own audio information. I asked for a refund and was given a 15% discount for a product I will never use or never recommend to anyone.

Best experience ever and the guide was very informative , we had fun fact on the site and she answered all our questions. Its recommended to family to attend this tour

If you’re looking for the most white supremacist tour of Al Hambra and to be charged double the face value ticket price for the pleasure, look no further! I was charged 90 Euros by this company for a ticket with a face value of 54 Euros . My Top Tour gives Spain a bad name ripping off tourists at such a high level. But the icing on the cake was to have a guide who was not terribly well educated and who could not give any credit to the Moors for their innumerable more than 700 year plus contributions to Spain, Spanish language, literature , higher education , Maths, Physics, Flamenco, their food, etc The guide never once referred to the Moors ; and would only refer to the Spanish rulers as “the Muslims”. But in and of itself, I could have forgiven her English that one, but not in combination with the never ending bigotry and one sided account of “history” we were given by this woman for 3 hours. It was more like a three hour propaganda mission. Had I known I’d signed up for the white supremacist tour of Al Hambra, I may have been better prepared. The racist delivery was almost amusing at first but got rather sinister as the guide was not able to say a single positive about the Moorish paradise she was touring through and still living very much in the shadow of in her everyday life in Andalusia . Her resentment of the Moors being so advanced technologically, academically and in every civilised way compared to what she referred to as the “Catholics” of the day , clearly got the better of her. If you are racist , you’ll love this tour and lap up every piece of propaganda Sara had to offer. If not, avoid this tour and its racist tour guides!

The tour is handled by an independent agency. Audio devices were distributed to us. When the tour was finished, it was complicated to find the location of where to return the audio devices. When renting through the Alhambra, it is much easier to return the audio devices and not have to walk, so much to find the location
