This was a three-hour guided tour which was about 5 kms in length. We didn't even realize it because it was more of an exploratory, leisurely stroll. Our guide, Litty, was very knowledgeable and also funny. We appreciated the history but also the stories which made it much more enjoyable. It is fascinating as we visit places in Andalusia, from Tangier to Tavira to Seville and Cordoba - from the Romans to the Sultans, the Moors, Jewish, Spanish, French... Experiencing these places makes it so much more meaningful than simply reading about it.

It was cold; we stayed at an unsatisfactory hostel, but we ate great food went to the world famous Alhambra, and saw incredible flamenco with a dear friend.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was meticulous about explaining the history of the Alhambra and making sure we saw the most interesting areas. We enjoyed it very much

Well organized with lots of information provided on the history of Alhambra. 3hrs seemed to disappear during the tour so if you are up to it, consider spending a little more time at your leisure visiting the museum.

We bought a tour for Al Hambra first they confirmed than they said it was not available. After they said they could exchange the ticket to a regular one without tour. We agreed when they switched they sold us short to the ticket with only the garden…. We were very disappointed we ended up having to buy another ticket on site. Terrible experience just find another tour company. After I explained this to them they just left me on read an did not respond.

My tour guide Andrea was very kind and friendly and provided a great tour experience. I would very much recommend it to those who want to experience this great place!

For a tour that is notmally around $30-60 they sold me 5 tickets (even charging my 2-year old!) for more than $500. (It was only later that I realized what the price ranges were). The meeting point is not even at the palace gate, but at their office in the city center. Due to having a toddler with us, we stayed at the gate to join the tour when they walk up. When I called them they said someone needed to pick up the tickets at the meeting point. I explained to them how inconvenient it was for me to get there and if the tour guide could bring our tickets up when we meet them at the gate but they insisted I should go grab it myself! (Later I noticed he brought in another family’s tickets with him when he met them at the gate!). I had to take a cab and get the tickets and walk uphills with the tour for 20 min in freezing weather to get to the gate and meet my family. Poor quality of customer service for such high price, taking advantage of people who need tickets last minute! Avoid them!

Mario was our guide in hilly Albaicin in old part of Granada. Great tour in frosty morning but sunny and super interesting. Mario told us great history of the places, culture and we had great chats about the town and places we travelled. Amazing views on Alhambra. Great tour, highly recommend. Thank you Mario!

This was our first time on Segways and we throughly enjoyed our tour of Granada. Mario was a great teacher and guide. Definitely recommend!

Marie Carmen was a really knowledgeable guide. The tour was verb insightful! Do note that this tour does not include the Nasrid palaces..they need to be booked well in advance.

A place with a rich history, well explained by our tour guide. The tour took almost 3 hours but it was well worth it. Wear comfortable shoes.

Christian was a fabulous guide on our Alhambra tour this morning. Incredibly knowledgeable and gave us all we needed to know in superb summaries at every stop. A really nice guy too who obviously cared that everyone enjoyed the experience. Thank you!

Tour guide was not very impressive. Did not have good understanding of English language or present material in an interesting manner. Very scattered

This is an expensive tour and in our opinion was not worth it. There were 25 people in the group which was too many as people kept lagging behind and holding people up. The guide Maria was nice but did not know how the audio system worked and consequently we only heard half of the tour information which was very irritating. It was not made clear that the £66 charged per couple dud not include entrance into the Palace. Very disappointed
