Wow!!! Astonishing! If you have the chance, see this tour with VANESSA, who was our best tour guide all week (we saw 6 tours). She is engaging, passionate, and a great storyteller who doesn’t fill every minute with historical specifics, which can be exhausting over a 3 hour tour. This is THE TOUR that you need to experience in Spain, topping even La Sagrada Familia.

Highly recommend this tour! It was a full day of many activities - you’ll wander small mountain towns, taste local goods, shop, see some nature, and have a traditional lunch. Ask for tour guide Michael - he’s the best!

We drove to Granada in the morning from hiking the Caminito del Rey only to find out they switched our tour time from noon to 10am! We would have never known this as it's in the small print. I would have never booked this if I had seen that they can switch the time on you. No refund ... nothing. This is absolutely deceiving! Steer clear of this operation.

This was a total fiasco! We booked our tour a month early through Trip Advisor. A charge showed up on our credit card through Viator - not knowing who they were, we called them and they could not give us any information as to what the charge was for. We disputed the charge with our bank, but within a day we figured out that it was for the Alhambra tour. We contacted Viator to tell them that we authorized the charge, both by phone and email. What a surprise to,show up for the tour and have no tickets. They are impossible to reach if you need to speak with a person. They did charge us for the tickets, but never reversed the cancellation.

Wonderful experience with a great guide Angela who was a fountain of knowledge. Everything worked very smoothly. Getting a public transport bus to access the site is certainly the best option

Great tour with Andy and Alex, the whole family enjoyed it. Highly recommended but prepare for a long day as the Alhambra is huge and you will end up walking few Kms

SCAM DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY I booked a guided tour of the Alhambra palace in Granada and paid a premium, because I wanted to visit in the morning, so booked a 10am tour because this suited me perfectly. I had other plans for the afternoon. I received a message from Granavision the evening before my tour, informing me my tour had been moved to 2pm. This is not what I wanted, however as I was in Granada for a very short time, I decided to change my afternoon plans and made my way to the Alhambra for 2pm. On arrival I was informed I had been booked onto a Spanish speaking tour, despite booking an English speaking tour. I was the only English speaking person in the office, so clearly there were no plans for an English speaking tour. Granavision offered me the use of an audioguide, instead of a guided tour, and as I was leaving Granada the next morning I felt I had no other choice. Clearly this was a much less expensive option, and I was told I would be able to claim for a refund for the difference. This was not true, because of Granavision’s cancellation policy – apparently the policy applies if they cancel the tour themselves – HOW DISHONOURABLE AND DECEITFUL. I paid more than 2.5 times the value of an entrance ticket to Alhambra so that I could guide myself around, using my own headphones and a very basic, unreliable audioguide. As other reviewers have mentioned, Granavision use third party agents and then blame them for any issues. Granavision have behaved in a very unprofessional manner and it is clear to me, in retrospect, they have a well-rehearsed way of lying to customers. Selling tours you do not run is FRAUD. AVOID - Look at other 1 star reviews

Stellar site. Fascinating mix of Islamic and European Christian culture, heavy to the former. Well preserved and restored. Crowds are a challenge but small group tour (11 of 15 max) made kit bearable. Marco did an excellent job, elaborating on basic history to give a fuller flavor of the times.

Our guide Fernando (GRANAVISION) was very friendly and welcoming. During the tour he told us about all the thing Alhambra and many more, he did it with a lot of passion and enthusiasm! His english was also very understandable which made the tour even better! Great guide!! Afterwards we talked about how nice it was and how an amazing tourguide Fernando was. The tour itself was amazing aswell, we seen all there is and were amazed by the Alhambra and the gardens. MUST DO IN GRANADA!!

The Alhambra was magnificent! The architecture and history is amazing! It is a fabulous tour and the guide, Juanie was very informative. I highly recommend this tour.

Booked on line for 12 noon tour but details updated day before moving it to 10. Met guide & got headphones etc at the tour base. Easy to find & helpful. Our guide Andy was brilliant, took the time to explain the history of the Iberian peninsula and how the Alhambra fitted into it. He gave a clear sense of the city and its various peoples and the history of the various cultures that contributed to the city. Lots of photo opportunities and we never felt rushed. We could use the ticket for the rest of the day to come & go from the Alhambra and its museums & palaces. Excellent.

Our tour was rescheduled the day before by tour company and still ran 1/2 hour late. But we had an amazing and informative tour with Carlos F. our fun , friendly and knowledgeable guide and ever so humble!

The architecture was incredible and our guide so knowledgeable. Loved the tour. The Alhambra is wonderful. I can see why people come from all over to experience it.
