I organised this tour before we left Australia and found the company (Mark) very easy and helpful to deal with. We did a day trip from our cruise port in Almeria. There were 4 of us and we were picked up at the port in an air conditioned van and driven to Granada. We met our guide Simon at the Alhambra. Simon was a great guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn’t spend any time in Granada as the cruise ship was leaving earlier than expected. We were returned to the port post tour.

We had an outstanding full day private tour from Seville to Tangier with VIP Malaga Tours. There were two couples in our group. Our day started with pickup at our hotel by Luis in a comfortable van. He took us to the port in Tarifa, where we had a little free time to shop and get a coffee while he bought our ferry tickets (and filled out all our paperwork - thank you!). Luis then escorted us to the ferry with instructions on how to meet our private guide in Tangier. All went as planned and we were soon on our way in another very nice van with our Tangier guide and driver to see the nearby sights. Our guide then took us on a walking tour of Tangier, with plenty of time for shopping and lunch. We made lots of purchases in the souks, including dried fruit and nuts, scarves, tapestries, jewelry, t-shirts, and leather slippers. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He steered us to wonderful stalls and shops with high quality goods. The bargaining was fun. We had such a good time that my husband and I would like to return to Morocco and hire the same guide for a multi-city tour someday. At late afternoon, our guide and driver took us back to the ferry terminal, and waited until we boarded. Another quick ferry ride back to Tarifa and we were met by Luis for the return trip to our hotel in Seville. Trust VIP Malaga Tours to put together the perfect day for you. Highly recommend I am very grateful to Mark for arranging such a wonderful tour from Malaga to Tangier. We had a car for the four of us to pick us up from Malaga and drove us to Tarifa without any stops. Our driver’s name is Raymond and he was outstanding. We had a guide, Paco, meet us in Tarifa to give us our ferry tickets and help us with anything we needed before boarding the ferry. Upon arrival to Tangier, our guide, Tifo was waiting for us.. we had a private car for the four of us the entire time in Tangier. He took us for breakfast first and then initiated the tour. He was amazing. He truly went the extra mile for us. He even gave a small camel souvenir as a gift to my son. He walked with us everywhere, never left us alone. The beach camel ride was an unforgettable experience. Mark arranged for us to also visit Asilah on the same day. This is a beautiful town where we meet our other guide, Asiz, who was also amazing. We had lunch at Restaurant Vandalucia. This place was awesome! Authentic, fresh morrocan food. The host was warm and welcoming. He even honored my son with live music singing happy birthday to him. I can’t thank Mark and everyone else enough for making this a dream come true!!

VIP Malaga Tours is a first rate travel service that I highly recommend. Everything from the planning with Mark to the van driver Pepe to the Alhambra guide Simon was excellent. The van is a little crowded for 8 people but the tour and the service more that made up for the discomfort. You will not be disappointed.

I've a family group of 24, and it's our first ever visit to Madrid, Malaga, Sintra and Lisbon. I found this company after reading all the good reviews from Tripadvisor. In total I have booked 5 services with them, and Mark such an amazing planner who responds well and always make sure everything goes well with my group. Madrid Half Day Tour: Alberto, our brilliant and knowledgeable guide. From kids to elderly he can handles them very well. The kids absolutely adores him. He's very informative and explaining to us all about Madrid. Malaga Half Day Tour: Damien, our guide in Malaga is good but it will be better if sometimes he can wait for the whole group to regroup in one place before continue to the next point of interest. He knows Malaga very well, oh and the ice cream spot that he recommended is a must try, it's so full of flavor. Sintra & Lisbon Tour: Filipa, our wonderful and knowledgeable guide. The history, stories that she explained to us is so interesting that even a 4years old manage to understand it is amazing. She knows all about Sintra and Lisbon not to mention all the good spots that recommended by her for pictures are perfect. Transfer from Hotel to Airport: Besides tours, this company also offer private transfer service as well. The mini bus is clean, the driver is on time and helpful as well. Overall, my group of family are very happy with everything organized by Mark, and I highly recommend his company to anyone who's planning a trip to Spain and Portugal.

One of the best days that we have had. From start to finish we were handled safely and professionally by drivers and tour guide. Tangiers is beautiful and although this tour can be expensive, given all that goes with travelling to another country, long drives and a ferry ride, this is the best tour to take to have everything taken care of for you.

I made tour plans with Mark several months in advance for our port call in Cadiz. Mark was helpful with many suggestions for this private full day tour out to Jerez to see the Andalusian Horse show and a walking tour of Cadiz. Our guide was very informative and accommodating. It was a great day for the 4 of us.

We booked a private tour from Seville to Gibraltar and had a great experience. Luis did most of the transportation and guide on the way to and from. Mustafa and Douglas took care of us in Gibraltar. All were extremely informative and helpful but Luis went above and beyond. He even provided some recommendations for our stop in Porto for a few days. Great experience and highly recommend this company.

Maria was an excellent tour guide! She had so much knowledge to share, answered all our questions and even gave us excellent advice on the best times and places to take pictures. It was like going with a friend who knows all the best parts of Alhambra.

Our guide, Carlos, from Seville was fabulous. He was friendly, helpful, and was keen to make sure that our experience was excellent. In Gibraltar, we had another guide, Mustafa, who was also outstanding. Both Carlos and Mustafa went out of their way to make our day great. Gibraltar itself is an amazing city with a very interesting history; we would never have learned half of what we did without Carlos and Mustafa. If you’re thinking of visiting Gibraltar, the private tour with Naturanda is the way to go.

My group of 7 enjoyed two fabulous tours with VIP Malaga Tours! These were over two years in the making as covid stood in the way. We were originally going to take the Tangiers day trip, but due to high winds, ferry service was canceled. As disappointed as we were, Mark was quick to offer other wonderful suggestions and we opted for Gibraltar! It was a fabulous tour and we enjoyed an exciting, flawless day! Mustapha was our local guide and he was so much fun to be with! Our second trip was to Grenada/Alhambra with Jonathan as our driver and Edo as our local guide. I can't say enough about the entire day! Great! Excellent service from start to finish; Mark is an excellent communicator and I would HIGHLY recommend!

Where do I begin? First I would like to compliment Mark who had the patience to withstand two years of our canceling our tours due to COVID concerns. He remained helpful and supportive throughout the two-year ordeal and we were finally able to realize our tour objective this year. We had the same driver, Jonathan, for 3 days (one day to Granada, one to Ronda--Sentenil de las Bodegas--Arcos de la Frontera and he also offered to transport us from our hotel to the Malaga airport on our final day(. He was always prompt on arrival and is an excellent driver! Mark arranged for Eduardo to give us a tour of the Generalife and Alhambra in Granada. Eduardo was an awesome guide. His English is impeccable and he infused some of his personal humor and wit. Lourdes Navarro was our guide in Ronda. She is very knowledgeable and fluent in English. She gave us a comprehensive and historical tour of the city. We greatly enjoyed our time with Lourdes and appreciate her recommendation of a great restaurant for lunch at the conclusion of our tour. Both guides were professional and we appreciate their patience while I took so many photos of the sights. We could not have been more pleased with Mark, Jonathan and both of these guides and highly recommend their services to others.

If you're looking for a customizable tour I would highly recommend VIP Malaga. Mark set up everything for us, just the way we wanted it. We even did a second tour with the company to Jerez to taste sherry and see the Andalusian horses. Mark was easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed assistance. I can say the same for Carlos, our driver. He was polite, kind, a great English speaker, and a pleasure to travel with. Our guide Marta in Sevilla taught us so many things, and I was impressed with how much we got to see in just one day there. They always checked in with us to make sure we were well taken care of, and everything went perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful introduction to Andalucia!

We took 3 different tours with VIP Malaga. Mark was a fantastic communicator and made all of our arrangements custom as we requested. First we worked with them to drive us from Lisbon to Seville. Mark secured a great driver and arranged that we could stop for lunch and sight seeing in Evora - it was wonderful! Next we had two separate tours over two days. First Luis (who was just the best!!) drove us from Seville to Gibralter and then made sure we got across the border and met our guide in Gibralter. After Gibralter we met Luis again who drove us to Tarifa and made a stop along the way to see a great view. He shared so much knowledge with us and was an absolute pleasure to spend time with (including his birthday!). The next day we took the ferry to Tangiers and again were met by several guides arranged through VIP Malaga, and all were superior and made sure we saw everything we wanted to and got many pictures. After a long day in Tangiers, Luis collected us from the ferry, helped us get our luggage from the hotel and drove us back to Seville. It was a long day with late hours and Luis always stayed in an upbeat mood. Highly recommend VIP Malaga!

We booked a group tour to The Caminito del Rey with this company. First issue was we received a call from the company THE MORNING OF THE TOUR saying the start time had been moved to 15 minutes earlier from 8:45am to 8:30am so we really had to run to get the bus. VIP Malaga tours stated we were supposed to call you last night but we forgot!!!!! When we arrived the guide said they had no record of our booking and would not let us on the bus. We rang VIP Malaga tours immediately who in the end said there was nothing they could do and the bus left without us despite us having a ticket from VIP Malaga Tours. VIP Malaga tours is a third party operator. They do not provide the tours themselves hence if you have any problems on the day they can not help you. We came all the way from Australia to do this tour and are devastated we have missed out. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS UNRELIABLE UNPROFESSIONAL company
