Overview
Go beyond eating Spain’s national dish by discovering how to cook it on this small-group class in Malaga. Instead of simply sampling restaurant paellas, let a guide show you how: picking out ingredients at a food market before taking a hands-on cookery lesson. Follow the step-by-step instructions to create a classic paella and “gazpacho” (cold soup); and then savor your creations with beer or wine alongside your fellow cooks.
Highlights
  • Learn the art of Spanish paella-making at a small-group class in Malaga
  • Be guided by a chef rather than recipes or ordering restaurant paellas
  • Pick ingredients at a market and learn to make a true paella and gazpacho
  • Enjoy your dishes for lunch with wine or beer; plus snacks during your class

The whole experience was wonderful. I learned about local cuisine as well as how to prepare other dishes as well as paella. Our instructor was very gracious and patient. She said " look, smell and listen" to know when your paella was done! Great way to cook!
