    Two hours well spent
Wonderful experience. The guide, Enrique, was so knowledgeable and his ability to convey that knowledge was outstanding. We learned, and enjoyed, our experience, about the Jewish quarter, the mosque, and the cathedral, in Cordova. Well worth it!

    Definitely go with a guide!
Our guide Alejandro was excellent. So knowledgeable, he really made the place come alive. I suspect this site is one you would not appreciate without a guide to tell you the history and point out the relevant architecture. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alejandro! 5 stars.

    Day in Cordoba
We traveled to Cordoba from Seville by train. Journey is nice and suggest you go on the slower train , remember to enjoy the journey as destination you know.

    Take a guide , it's worth it
12 years ago I came to Cordoba and visited the sites on my own. This time we chose to get a guide and it was absolutely worth it. We got two two guides, Maria and Maria. The Jewish quarter tour to be honest is quite brief, but Maria added some local insights I hadn't been aware of. However having a guide for the Mesquita was transformative, she gave an in depth explanation with historical context and was clearly very knowledgeable. I would reconsider going without a guide after today's experience because Maria's passion and knowledge added much to the experience.

    Córdoba Gardens by Patricia
The trip was amazing! We had Patricia as our tour guide, she was really interesting and engaging. We learnt a lot of history. Patricia knew a lot of detail about the gardens and facts. She was really good and clear in her English dialect. Patricia took photos of us and was a really kind and welcoming person.

Maria gave our group a great tour through many of the patios, along with a history of the competition. Great way to enjoy this UNESCO site

    Amazing to see
Our tour guide Alejandro was amazing and very knowledgeable. We learned way more than we could have on our own. We also might not have figured out the system on our own. There’s a bus to the site, then the ticket system and a museum, then another bus to the main site. You have to then take both busses back. It was logistically a headache, but worth the visit.

    Amazing sites and sights!
We had a lovely tour and our guide’s knowledge was great but it lacked a bit of personality or connection. I felt she was just telling the same stories she had shared with every other group. We still learnt a lot and saw things we wouldn’t have by ourselves but for the price I expect a guide with a bit more passion. The 3 sites/areas are amazing but going through the Alcazar felt a bit rushed with no time to really see the gardens. Arranging the tour via email with Artencordoba was easy and hassle free. I’ve still given this tour 5 stars but for the price it just lacked something.

Amazing tour and tour guide. We would have enjoyed it a bit better if we could actually hear what he was saying. Unfortunately this tour does not come with headphones so with all the tours going on inside, it’s hard to hear our own guide. Totally would recommend but be ready to stay close to the guide and listen hard.

This was a brilliant tour of an absolutely amazing place. The architecture, the history & beauty of this unique building are so fascinating. We booked our tour (via GetYourGuide app) whilst visiting Sevilla & booked return train tickets separately (via train line app). So glad we took a day trip out to Córdoba to see this one of a kind place. The tour was really good, I think our guide was called Saray, not sure if that's how to spell it, but she was such a good guide. Very knowledgeable, funny & really engaging to listen to. She has a real passion for this place and it made the tour one of our holiday highlights.

Hands down one of the most interesting places in Spain to visit. The cross section of history between cultues and time periods in one building is amazing. because of the complexity I would heartily endorse going with the guide. This is a must do if you are into the history of the country.

We cannot comment on the tour itself but we recommend to avoid this booking agency.
We inadvertently booked this tour for the next day and found out at the meeting point exactly 24 and a quarter hours before. As our stay in Córdoba ended today we couldn't wait for another day. Despite stating a 24 hrs cancellation policy and immediately calling the agency the agent we got on the phone flatly refused to book us onto another tour today nor to issue a refund. What a rip off. Certainly will avoid this platform in the future.

Our guide Rubin was very gracious and made a lot of effort to engage. His obvious passion for the cathedral - mosque was apparent. The tour gave a great and very interesting overview of a very impressive monument with a complex history.

The building is stunning and very atmospheric. Our only complaint was that in order to respect our guide and absorb the information being shared we didn't take many photos. We assumed at the end of the tour we would have time to explore more at our leisure, take photos and absorb the surrounds in our own time. Unfortunately we were unexpectedly herded out the exit and were told that we must hand back our head sets outside only and could not return into the cathedral. It was very unclear at time of booking on the website that this would happen and that in order to spend more time you need to purchase separate entry tickets. Very confusing, not well communicated and made for a disappointing experience. We purchased entry tickets the next day.

Thank you very much for your comment. We are glad that you enjoyed the experience with our colleague Rubén. Participating in a tour with more people implies entering as a group and leaving the building as a group, especially when we use radio systems, which is mandatory, depending on the monument, to pick them up outside. We are sorry that you did not take enough photos during the tour.

The guide was very good, he explained many things to us on a historical and cultural level, and we were able to see the main things inside the mosque. It would have been decisive for us if we had known that we could not stay inside after finishing the tour, we were not warned beforehand and probably then we would not have taken it, because an hour in the mosque is very little time (the other half hour was outside in the backyard). As I said, the guide was very good and the explanations were very good, but they forced us to leave in an hour when if we had gone on our own we could have stayed as long as we wanted.

We had Hernando guide us around the Mosque/cathedral and explain the history of the building in the context of the people and society that existed at the times that the changes in the structure and use of the building took place. He answered numerous questions and provided a wealth of information. In shirt he breathed life back into this historic monument. We highly rate this experience.

This is an amazing structure. There are several cultures that layered their traditions into this vast cathedral-mosque. Our guide was very knowledgeable but struggled a bit with English making it very hard to understand the information. This distracted from the tour unfortunately. When booking request a guide fluent in English would be my only suggestion.

This is my second time taking a Mosque-cathedral tour with ArtenCordoba. The guides are prompt, organized, knowledgeable, and entertaining. This time, Fatima revealed elements of this extraordinary monument I had not heard before. She had the answers to every question asked by the group. There is so much complex history and beauty to discover in this fascinating place, I will definitely return and take another ArtenCordoba tour.

The visit time communicated upon purchase indicated the departure of the tour at 11.00, confirmed by email the day before. The time was brought forward by 30 minutes, communicated via WhatsApp (arrived the next day). Lost visit result. We had to buy the 3 tickets again and visit with an audio guide. The tickets were refunded to me after my telephone protests. I didn't receive any apology message. Obviously there are no refunds for the ruined day. Terrible purchasing experience on GetYourGuide.
