I booked the Kompakt tour wtih Sightrunning-Cologne and could not have been more pleased! Marion was very communicative ahead of the tour, so I felt comfortable with where to meet and what to expect. She is an absolute delight! I laughed almost as much as I learned. We had a lovely run through Cologne, hitting many sights in a short time. The pace was perfect and it was great to see the city as it was waking up! After the tour, Marion sent me many photos and a wonderful video summarizing the experience. I was on a week and a half trip of many locations and I have to say, this was the highlight! Thank you and I hope to be back soon!

A truly well planned and informative run (we did a 12K-tour) along the river Rhine and tourist hot-spots in the city center. We did similar tours in Munich and Berlin, and it is a good alternative to understand the city from a different perspective! Due to the high temperatures (35-40 °C) at noon, we started at 0700 from our hotel, and where subsequently more or less alone in the streets. Good service throughout!

Had a great first sight running experience in Cologne with Marion. It was a wet morning, but a lot of fun!Marion was able to share her knowledge of cologne, and also add a bit of humour to it as well.A great way to see and learn a lot about Cologne if you are short on time or want a quick over view at the beginning of your trip. And as a bonus Marion takes photos and videos along the way and emails them to you afterwards. A great little momento!

Booked a private time and the shorter distance (after all the german beers from the night before). Marion was easy to communicate times with, punctual, great conversation and definitely matched to a slower pace when it was needed. A really nice run! It was hot 32 degrees and I am not a fast runner but there was no problem! The guide took it slow and we walked in intervals. Really interesting storys about Cologne and a lot of amazing facts about the city Köln.

In June I did a sightrunning tour with Marion Eschweiler of Sightrunning-Cologne. Marion was awesome. We ran to lots of different sites in Cologne. Along the way we stopped and she took pictures and told me the history of the sites I was seeing. I learned so much on this tour and covered lots of territory and I got my exercise in! I highly recommend this tour with Marion! She’s lots of fun!

I went on the Kompakt running tour with Marion at 5pm on a Saturday evening in February. She picked me up at my hostel, we ran through Cologne city together stopping to see various sites while she explained their history and significance, and then she dropped me back off at my hostel. I thoroughly enjoyed my time on this tour and highly recommend it! Marion was a fantastic guide, easy to communicate with prior to the tour and easy to talk to and understand during the running tour. Her love for Cologne is apparent and contagious. On the tour, Marion explained the rich history and culture of her city, stopped to take pictures, and then sent the pictures along with a nice video clip after the run. Though it was a bit chilly, the 5pm winter running tour ended up being a great experience as we got to see the beautiful sunset over Cologne. Don’t let the weather hold you back! This run is a great way for active people to see lots of Cologne in a short period of time.

I love doing running tours of cities and found Sightrunning Cologne online. Marion picked me up from my hotel at 6:30am for a beautiful 2 hour morning run. Marion was very friendly and knowledgeable! She was born and raised in Cologne and her passion for her city comes through on the tour. The tour was excellent and very thorough! Marion also provided great local restaurant recommendations! I highly, highly recommend doing this tour if you are visiting Cologne! I could not have asked for anything more!

I booked the XXL tour as a surprise for my husbands birthday. I'm not a runner, so I thought about enjoying a coffee in the meantime, But Marion suggested I join them with my bike free of charge. And we got some nice pictures in the end... Great lady, great tour, great service...

What started as a joke, ended as a very nice 7KM run trhough Cologne to meet the city. As a team event we did this run with sightrunning cologne in May. Although not everybody were well trained runners, this is fine to do. We spend about 1,45 hrs in the city, of which we ran about 45 minutes. So this is fine for reasonable fit people. During the tour we have seen the top attractions around the center of Cologne, our guide has told us the history Cologne. A cool way to explore Cologne.. A must do for a runner who likes to explore the city !

Very nice race in Cologne, our coach was very jovial and pleasant, adapting the speed to our physical condition, and multiplying the amusing anecdotes on the city, its inhabitants, its monuments, but also sometimes its darkest past. I recommend it
