This sightseeing bike tour is the perfect way to discover Hamburg’s most famous attractions. Traveling by bike means you get to experience the great outdoors, exercise, and see places that are harder to access by public transport. View top neighborhoods such as the St. Pauli district and HafenCity, the modern waterfront. Also pass by popular landmarks, such as City Hall (Rathaus), St. Michael’s Church, and Alster Lakes.

What to Expect

Begin this guided Hamburg bike tour by meeting in the St. Pauli district. Get acquainted with your bike and then stop at Heiligengeistfeld, where you see a World War II bunker and FC St. Pauli football stadium.

As you pedal along Jungfernstieg promenade, pause to look at town hall and the warehouse district. Then, visit the city’s youngest district, HafenCity. Your guide points out the music house (Elbphilharmonie), which is one of the largest concert halls in the world.

The next stop is St. Michael’s Church. Travel back into St. Pauli with various stops along the red-light district area, near the Reeperbahn. The most scenic part of the journey is the ride along the waterfront and the Alster Lakes. The tour ends near the Reeperbahn (which means ropewalk)—the entertainment and nightlife district.

You would have to get in touch with them for accurate timings. All I can say is that the tour was excellent and we had to leave a bit early to join a pre booked Beatles tour!
