really enjoyed- we didn’t get overloaded with information but also weren’t bored. €30 euro for a beer, a mixed drink, glass of wine, shot, 2 pretzels and a sausage platter with potato salad was a pleasant surprise

I enjoyed this 2.5 hour cruise on the Spree River. There was food and beverage available for purchase. The views were great and the commentary understandable.

Excellent and informative tour covering key areas of Berlin. Very considerate staff isolating us from a noisy school group.

The commentary over the speaker wasn't always loud enough and the English commentary came after the German so we had gone past what they were talking about when we heard the commentary. We were also unable to take many photos or see anything as the staff gave out umbrellas for people to shield from the sun, rather than them sit inside, so it was really just a sea of umbrellas. For over £50 for 2 people id expect better. The "bartender" was pleasant and kept everyone in drinks, although he did keep over €8 when I paid for my drinks rather than give me change. The drinks were also quite pricey, more so the soft drinks and water. If I were to do a river cruise in Berlin again, I'd definitely do a different one.

Pleasant boat tour on river Spree. Easy to book and staff very pleasant. Drinks and food available on board. English commentary was easy to understand and informative. The chairs are not that comfortable to stay sitting for 2.5 hours, though. Apart from that, it was a lovely chilled tour.

The recorded comments were too quiet (no earphones, just “loud”speakers), thoroughly uninteresting and hard to understand. The timing of the comments did not coincide with the views. No fun at all!

I give this boat tour of Berlin high stars. Seeing the city from the perspective of the water was amazing. The narration helped understand the Cold war Berlin versus today's thriving city. Besides some extremely rude guests demanding our lovely German server speaks English (she explained she mostly speaks German) this was a wonderful nearly 3 hours. We had no problem communicating with her with our limited German. We thought management of the boat handled it extremely well. Highly recommend this boat tour.

The waitress/bar tender could not be more RUDE and hurtful. (And No one would help with her treatment). The recording in German language and then English (by the time the english explanation happens, the atracction is long gone). And finally, the tour itself is of NO interest on this side of the river. A real waste of money!!!

The tour is well-organized with extensive commentary on the loudspeakers in German and in English alternating. The tour also has table service for a variety of foods and drinks so one can tour at mealtime. The focus of the trip was on the east German side of the Spree.

A lovely relaxing ride with cappucinos and bratwurst to take in Berlin sights. Would definitely recommend. Our favourite bit was the bridges, including the one that's no longer there.

Never got an email with the ticket and the company did have our reservation. So were not able to board the boat. Some gave us a ticket for the hour boat cruise they could not use! I WILL NOT book through Trip Advisor again!

The views were amazing, the tour covered both sides of the river in comparison to the 1 hr tour. Highly recommended. Commentary on point.

I was lucky because the weather was great and the boat wasn't too crowded, so I had a lovely seat in the sun, relax and truly enjoyed the view. I did a lot of walking around Berlin that weekend so I really welcomed the break. It was great to see views I didn's see walking. It didn't feel like 2.5 hours, I could have stayed much longer on that boat :) As far as food, I didn't buy any so I can't comment on that, but I would still highly recommend the experience.

We sat on the top deck and enjoyed the views. Would have preferred an English speaking personalized detailed audio service which would have given a better authentic insight to the rich history of Berlin. We went 15 minutes early and were seated in a different 1 hour tour. Thank goodness that we asked before the boat started its trip. We came out quickly and then got into the next boat which was the 2.5 hour trip. Due to this mismanagement, we could missed lunch.

The staff was super-friendly. The boat was large and comfortable. We went mid-week so it wasn’t crowded. We saw lots of interesting buildings and some interesting history. Bring sunscreen and an umbrella. It got very hot in the open upper deck, but the views were worth it 😁😁
