The company organized a good trip. All security measures were taken into account. Service professional The driver had water in the cabin and we were accommodated comfortably.

The airport is very disjointed, long distances between gates. Security is ruthless even for connecting flights whose travellers have already been screened. Staff is rude. Lines are horrible and long. Flights are often delayed by hours, gates are often changed several times. It's a real mess. So much for German efficiency

TERRIBLE! Plenty cars and vans available at terminal for half the cost. Reason I know this is this company charged me and didn’t provide any service. Got same vehicle and transport at airport after this company bailed on me after flight changed. Your company refused to give services said they are booked up. So they charge, canceled services, didn’t supply any service. They state driver “did his job” and needs to be paid. So they operate not a a company with service, rather a booking service that charges for taking the reservation. Let’s be real this driver even if they had been at airport saved two hours abs got paid while likely having taken another customer since they were too busy to even offer me a ride at all from airport and would not even consider giving me ride back to airport upon departure either. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have all the emails and texts. They gave me sob story of how driver needs the money… Must need the money so bad they basically steal telling me I need to get refund from airline and since I did not give them 24 notice their cancellation policies don’t apply- YET THEY CANCELLED ON ME ! Unreal Do not overpay for ride and HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

We spent 2 weeks in Germany, visiting Berlin and the Bavaria region. The cities are full of heavy but interesting history. The beauty of the romantic route and the towns that make it up are worth a visit once in a lifetime, however, our experience there was terrible because of the people who inhabit Germany. The vast majority of Germany's population (never able to generalize) were arrogant, rude to tourists, in an impressive bad mood and with inappropriate behaviour. Believe me, they hate kids. We had read reviews about this issue before, but decided to pay to see it anyway. We and our friends had several unbelievable experiences with the Germans, at the end of the trip we were able to laugh at the situations, but we left the country with the desire to never return. I wish from the bottom of my heart that this people, owners of the greatest poverty of spirit that we have ever had the opportunity to witness, this people who own such a sordid history, with so many mistakes committed to human rights, that they can rethink and understand that whoever makes the history of a country are each one of us. Wishing 100 years of human evolution to the poor German people.
