Where do I begin? The particular Lego land is completely over priced for what it is. It was super stuffy and too warm. You are underground, so this in itself is suffocating.
The tickets for this weekend day were completely overbooked. The place was too crowded, and there wasn’t enough space for the kids to play with things, nor enough things to play with as a result.
A lot of the electric things weren’t working.
There were two rides there, neither of which were for 3 year olds so my daughter couldn’t ride anything.
The place is very badly designed for strollers. Basically there just isn’t enough space.
Very disappointing experience.

We (2 adults and a 6-year old) visited the place a few days back. Overall I had a fairly average experience. Firstly, I found the place to be overhyped - from the websites and advertisements it appears to be fairly grandiose, but in reality its relatively smaller than we had imagined it to be.
Moreover there is nothing much to do for adults than just a cafeteria, which is also relatively small in my opinion. Disclaimer: We did not order anything from the cafeteria but just saw it to be there.
More importantly: our 6-year old did not find this place as fascinating and exciting as she was prior to the visit, but that could be her personal choice.
The staff was friendly and offered us all the information we needed.
Although the place is centrally located but due to construction in the neighbourhood, the entrance was not easy to locate. Some proper visible placards guiding to the entrance would have been much appreciated.
Overall, I liked the concept and the creativity behind the LEGOLAND discovery centre in Berlin but somehow we 2 as adults and our 6-year old dint find it fascinating enough.

We visited Legoland on Sunday afternoon with our two kids aged 5 & 6. The entrance is impressive with the huge giraffe which is great for photo opportunities. We have previously visited Legoland Manchester (UK) however it wasn't a patch on todays visit.
The Berlin lego sets were so realistic, so much effort went into them especially the animated displays.
We loved the dragon ride, it was very impressive!
There were plenty of activities for the kids to do, my son loved the model workshop and created a spaceship which we were able to purchase for €3.50. A lovely momento from our visit.
The lego fabrik offered us the opportunity to see how lego is made and the kids were able to join in the process and got a lego piece to take home.
There is a cafe on site offering drinks and snacks which is facing the soft play area for the kids.
At the end we made our way to the movie theatre to watch a 4D short film. The lights, wind, water and snow added to the fun.
The souvenir shop has a range of gifts to suit all budgets.
All round a great day - perfect for families!

Kids loved it but for adults maybe there isn't much to do. The giraffe was very impressive. It's disappointing they use glue to keep the sculptures together

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! No where on the website did it say you must have a child with you to visit! Not sure how the attraction is considering we didn’t make it past the door before we were told we couldn’t enter. When asked about a refund for tickets bought online I was directed to contact customer support from the website. The attraction may be nice but I wouldn’t know due to not having a child 3-10 years of age.

The place has a lot of fun stuff for the young ones, however our time there was a little compromised once we realized as parents that there’s almost no one from Legoland supervising and helping the kids. So since some parents choose to just let their kids run wild, the young ones are on disadvantage as they could be ran over, shoved and others. They really need to just invest in a few more people to keep the place in a less chaotic state!!

Very small facility with not very interesting stuff inside. Even with such a small number of attractions, some of them do not work (closed or broken). 30 minutes is more than enough for the whole visit, which does not correspond to the price. A child was disappointed either.

The cost of entry for 2 adults and 2 children was close to 80 euro, which is in the region of £20 a head
Whilie the lego city of Berlin was interesting to be honest the rest is little more than a child's soft play area with lego bricks thrown in.
The place was packed out and the cafe area was dirty with tables needing a good wipe down. The children didn't get to do any lego construction as there were far too many children trying to use the tables at once.
Unable to recommended this as a place to visit

Advertises on the Berlin website lead to Oberhausen and by a mistanke I ended with the wrong tickets - I didn't know that there are more than one center and was sure that the tickets I bougth was to the Discovery center in Berlin. At the entrance I was told that I could not use my tickets and I had to buy new tickets and get a refund.
I contacted the costumer service and got the short answer: Online tickets are not refundable unfortunately. Thanks a lot ☹️

Visited here yesterday with my daughter. I basically paid 20 euros each for her to play with some Lego. I knew it wasn’t going to be huge but I didn’t expect it to quite literally be her making things out of Lego and a very tiny soft play area. There are some lovely Lego creations on entrance but apart from that I’d of rather just bought her some new Lego and stayed at home! To those considering a visit, I wouldn’t bother.

Hi Hannah, we deeply regret that we left such a disappointing impression on you. We do offer a different variety of play and build areas such as Racers where kids can build their own car and let race down the ramps, our Dino explorer or the DUPLO area. Then there are areas we you can explore LEGO in many different ways such as the 4D cinema where we currently show 4 different movies, the factory where we explain how a LEGO brick is made, the modelbuilder workshop, the Ninjago soft play area and of course the Miniland with Berlin ade ou of over 5 million LEGO bricks. We are not a theme park but rather a indoor LEGO playground. We are very sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations.
Kind regards
A. Nitsch, General Manager
