      Berlin 3 Hour Bike Tour
I really enjoyed the tour. Ceri, the guide, was knowledgable and clearly has a passion for the city that she has made her home. All the major landmarks covered and some light exercise as well. I’d recommend!

Excellent tour for the whole family!
This bike tour was fantastic! Went with spouse and 12 and 14yo kids on a 5pm tour. Our guide, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He pointed out all kinds of stuff we would've missed on our own, provided us with important history lessons and context for all the sights, and made everything fun. We learned so much! This was our first time doing a bike tour and we will definitely do it again, much preferred it to walking and it's a great way to see a big city like Berlin. 100% recommend!!

Bike tour was the highlight of our trip to Berlin.
We really enjoyed our bike tour with Ceri. She was an excellent tour guide, very informative and it was the highlight of our 3 day trip to Berlin. We will definitely do another bike tour next time we visit Berlin, hopefully Ceri will be leading the tour.

      Excellent introduction to Berlin
Excellent tour giving an opportunity to see some of the most significant sights. Binti our guide was very good and we all felt that we had a better understanding of the history of Berlin.

Great tour by Ceri, and whole management and operations were great. I rented a bike for a day afterwards too and they were very reasonable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Super morning on first full day in Berlin
Fat Tire is a super tour co we've enjoyed in a few different cities now. The Berlin tour with Simon was excellent. Fun easy ride with numerous interesting stops. Berlin is flat with bike lanes everywhere. On a mild sunny day it's a perfect way to see the sights.

      Sam is fantastic
Our family of 7, 2 adults and 5 teenagers did this on a Friday morning and loved it. Sam is an excellent tour guide and is just the right mix of great Berlin info (he has a degree in history) and humor for all of us. We really enjoyed the ride and he balanced out some frequent stops with fun longer stretches of riding. There was a lot going on in the city between visiting politicians and the Euro games, and some streets were closed but Sam knew where to go to get us the best views and it was fun taking alternate routes. Great overview of some Berlin highlights if you’re just arriving, or if you want to make sure you see the top areas in 3 hours. The bikes were good and it was an easy ride. No e-bike needed for this semi-out of shape mom. We would definitely do it again!

      Terrible bike condition
After I lost chain in bike and back to rental point (2-3 km walk) asking to replace the bike to better one allowing me to catch rest of my group, they offered me the same kind of the bike, that I fully understood, but due to the issue was caused by terrible condition of the bike, I exped being compensated to allow me contine trip with my group. Zero understanding, where issue was caused by bike condition. Finally I resigned and my time were gone.

A fine ride and great sights.
Excellent overview of central Berlin, and a fine lunch as well. Thor was most knowledgable and took great care of us (including when I left my backpack at the restaurant). Berlin is a great city to see from a bike. Recommend this highly.

A great way to see Berlin
Cycling round Berlin was a breeze with the group led by Nick. The explanations, weaved into the history of the city, were clear and comprehensive. A cycle tour allows more ground to be covered than a walking tour, and the frequent stops mean plenty of opportunity to take snaps as well as hear more useful information. The centre is flat and with light traffic makes it easier even for those less confident cycling. Highly recommended.

Great day in the country.. palaces and Parks
This a fun tour. Nick, our guide, was knowledgeable about the area and history of Potsdam. He took care of all the details. Everything was smooth and easy from taking the train to getting our bikes. The ride was great. Such beautiful areas, trees, parks, lakes, palaces, and famous historical buildings and palaces, too. The ride is easy— no hills. There is time to enjoy and do a bit of exploring at each stop. however, you don’t go into any of the palaces. There is a stop for lunch ( Nick recommended some great places) and a bit of time to look in shops. It’s a great way uk get out of the city and see done natural beauty and history, too.

We did this tour in September 2019 after a very (very) late night out, but were so glad that we made it! This tour provided so much context and information in 3.5 hours-- there is just no way we could have seen and learned so much without our excellent guide. Berlin is an eminently bike-friendly city and with it being fairly large physically, cycling was a great way to get around. Our guide was friendly, informative, and made sure everyone was safe and with the group at all times. As someone who wasn't well versed in World War II history, this was fascinating-- and I can only expect that WWII history buffs would feel even moreso.

I can't wait to use Fat Tire Tours on my next visit to a city that offers them!

Have taken this tour twice, it is so good. Our latest guide was Claudia, who knew the topic inside out — and is also exactly the kind of relaxed and cheerful tour leader that makes you feel at ease as you navigate the streets and alleyways of Berlin. Highly recommended.

A well organized event with most helpfull staff. Our british speaking guide was most informative and new the sites and streets well. Any body wishing to see the sites of Berlin this is a must way to see most at a glance. Our tour ended after lunch and we set out on foot to go back to a few spots to see them in more detail. Should i ever get back here i will use this service again. Peddling was easy, (no hills).

Tom: The man is a legend. I initially thought a bike tour would be kinda cliche and cheesy but it was fantastic, he was relaxed and chill but also had a huge amount of information, informative and fun.
Tom is the best. Thanks Tom!

I forgot our guide's name, he was from London I believe, and was great. Informative, good-nature, gave tips after on where else to go.
Went around to all the WWII sites. Stopped at Berlin Wall, train station, hitler's bunker...everything you read in the description. We really enjoyed this tour and would definitely recommend it to others. Meeting point was extremely easy to find right at the bottom of the TV Tower. Couldn't have been better.
