Really amazing tour. Xavier was such an amazing guide. Really loved every moment of the tour. From the start, it was a friendly introduction before setting off immediately to the station, while on the train. We had a crash course of the Concentration Camp before witnessing History before our eyes.

An amazingly informative tour of Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. The tour guide Xavier was great and gave us so much information! He was great at filling in a lot of the blanks that just visiting the camp would never provide! I highly recommend this tour and Xavier! I would recommend good walking shoes and bring a snack!

Our guide Martin was very passionate about telling the story and interacted us all by having us guessing some information which was very good. We would highly recommend having Martin as a tour guide. One of the best one’s we’ve encountered 🙏

We did the walk with our guide Xavier, he did a great job providing the history and great deal of information on a very heavy walk. I appreciated the information and detail of the entire tour.

This is my second time in Sachsenhausen memorial. It is still sad and puzzling. Never really understood what happened there. The audio device that tells you that story needs an upgrade. May be a better story line. Before during and post war.

As we do not use Audio Guides, I assume you wanted to rate the Memorial Site itself and not our Tour. We do have live commentary by our Guides

Our guide for the visit was Wouter and he is a fantastic person to be leading the tour. Both knowledgeable and articulate, Wouter was interesting to listen to from the time we met him in the city centre to the time of dispersing at the end.
We thoroughly recommend the tour itself. It is harrowing and a reminder of the horrors that occurred there, but also stands as a living representation of something that should never be repeated.
Any short visit to Berlin should include this tour.
We were in Berlin before the Covid issues started, so have no comment regarding the adherence to guidelines associated with it.

I went to the right meeting point at the right time but nobody showd up. Later just received letter saying"sorry for the cancellation".
I was so much looking forward to this tour because maybe I won't be able to go to Berlin ever again. Can't explain how disappointed I am.

Hi, I am sorry but it seems like you posted your review to a wrong business. We do not sell any Sachsenhausen Ticket since March ( tour operators are not allowed there until August as well) . We did get 4 bookings from a Scandinavian travel agency that still sells tickets for Sachsenhausen and are not replying to our mails as well but these customers have been contacted by us directly and informed about their Tour 1-2 weeks prior to the Tour and confirmed as well

This was my husbands and mine first city break and our first tour and first concentration camp so I was a little apprehensive. I needn’t have been. Wouter was friendly and so, so knowledgeable. He didn’t just repeat facts he delivered the tour with emphatic knowledge
Great tour.
Wouter was great.
