Our driver, George, was friendly and on time. We are a family of four and the car was clean and roomy enough for all of us on the long ride to and from Hallstatt. One note- be sure to confirm your pick up time with the driver before booking your tickets to the salt mine (this is timed entry for the funicular) and allow ample time for the trip from Munich to Hallstatt. Purchase your salt mine tickets only after confirming pick up time!

it was a long drive, but great. The driver was very helpful and friendly. We stop in regensburg which is a great town to visit.

This was a great tour. Andrej our driver was very informative and professional.We travelled in a luxury van (there were 5 of us). He was punctual and communicated very well with us regarding pick up and drop off times. He drove us straight to Salzburg (our request) and allowed us however to wander around for however longer little we wanted which ended up being 4 hours- it was such a beautiful city. It was so nice hopping back in the van and being dropped directly to our hotel in Munich.

Punctual and polite driver who is always caring about our needs. The car is very tidy and comfortable. Picking the private transfer service definitely is our right decision in visiting Neuschwanstein castle in winter with -15 degrees Celsius only!

My family and I booked a private day trip from Munich To Harburg, Dinkelsbuhl & Rothenburg and had the most amazing time. Our driver, Tomas, was absolutely fantastic! He was punctual, a safe driver, and very knowledgeable. He showed us around the towns we visited and provided lots of interesting facts. This day trip was definitely a highlight of our trip to Germany and I would highly recommended this trip to everyone!

He was punctual when picking us up at our hotel, he was very professional, the car was very clean and he was knowledgeable about the area and Salzburg. This made for an incredibly nice and easy way to make the journey from Munich to Salzburg! We highly recommend!

Fantastic trip- seamless pick ups and drop offs. excellent driving and great conversation. Martin was a fantastic driver. He pointed out different sites, made great recommendations and even lent us an umbrella. Salzburg was gorgeous and I would absolutely recommend going- the fortress was amazing and I loved their Christkindlmarkt.

Tomas was great from picking us up on-time to Booking our lunch at Pilsen Brewery ahead for us then also seeing if we could get on a tour. Nothing too much trouble and we were all very comfortable all six of us. Felt very safe in our private transfer.

Harburg castle was closed in December, so I did Dachau instead. The drive was beautiful and I got to enjoy the Christmas market in Rothenburg (went on a week day). Yurii was incredibly friendly, attentive, and spoke flawless English. He offered some great recommendations for things to do, making the trip not only more enjoyable but also memorable. His helpfulness truly enhanced the overall experience.

We had a wonderful trip from Munich to Prague with Jiří, a young man from Prague. He got us to our destination safely, however his stories and interesting information really made the time go by quickly. He even suggested a short stop at Valhalla, a monument to distinguished German historical figures. We would have never even known of this place, and are so glad we stopped. Great trip all around.

The driver did not even acknowledge our presence, he was quiet the whole time, he drove us to the koniigssee and we had no idea where the eagles nest was which WE DID NOT visit or see he pointed it out in the distance. Then he picked us up and dropped us in another location, again NO WORDS, gave us some google map links and drove off. Ridiculous for the amount of money we paid for 5 people. He literally behaved like we were doing him a favour! An Uber driver would have been soon much more polite and helpful for the amount of money we paid.

The castle in Harburg was closed,which was disappointing, but then we arrrived earlier and had more time in the other stops . Christmas market in Dinkelsbuhl didn't open until one so we missed it. The Christmas market in Rothenburg was fun. We didn't see many sights because the weather was cold and rainy. Our driver, Yury, was pleasant and efficient. Nice comfortable, van for our group of 6.

Shpendi was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us have the best day possible. My father is disabled and he helped him with his walker and helped us find places that were accessible to him. He even made lunch reservations for us. Although he was just supposed to be a driver, he walked with us around town and showed us some of the important sights. He really was great! Ask for Shpendi if you are taking a drive to Rothenberg!!

Our driver, Milan, was outstanding. He arrived to pick us up at our hotel on time - actually few minutes early -- so we departed right on time. His van was extremely clean and able to comfortably hold all our luggage and give us lots of leg room and space. Milan also provided us with bottled water. As we drove from Munich to Regensburg, where we stopped for 4 hours, before going to Nuremberg, Milan shared interesting information about the areas we passed. Upon arrival in Regensburg, he walked with us to the "old town" and pointed out several historical sites. He gave us info about visiting the city, his contact info in case we needed him during the day, and where we'd meet to walk back to the van. As our trip continued from Regensburg to Nuremberg, Milan continued to talk with us and share information. Milan was a very safe and cautious driver. It was a pleasure to spend our journey with Milan and highly recommend him. Our family would definitely use Milan again for travel in Europe.

We had a really nice time. We went to Halstatt first. We wish we had more time there it is a beautiful town. The salt mine was interesting and interactive. We stopped at Salzburg on the way back. Frank out driver was very courteous and an excellent driver.
