    Mother and Daughter Fun
I went with my mom on this tour. It was so cute! We had a great time with other people on the tour, as well as the guide. It was a rainy day in Munich but our guide managed to make the best of it.

    Great overview of city
Our guide, Kevin, took us on a wonderful food tour in Munich. We got several tastings~ pretzel, sausage, beer-~~ and some surprises along the way. We tasted fresh fruit from the market, a delicious pastry and even a small sandwich. Heard the history of Munich, beer making, and Oktoberfest. Highly recommend spending a great afternoon with Kevin.

    Best tour ever!
This was a perfect tour for our first night in Munich! Noel is the best tour guide I’ve ever taken a walking tour of any kind with. During the tour, he taught us so much about the history and culture of beer in Munich. He also introduced us to many delicious local dishes—many of which we went back for again in the following days!

    Loved it, thanks Noel
Wow, what a tour! Thank you to our tour guide Noel who had the experience and passion to deliver the most informative tour. The places you chose were hand picked to deliver both a fabulous food and beer experience. Food I wouldn't normally chose, but was pleasantly surprised. Noel spoke with passion and gave the full beer experience from history, taste and place. Highly recommend. Michael from Melbourne, Australia.

    Great food tour
We had a great time with our tour guides James. The food and beer were excellent and he gave us tips on good local places to try later. It was a nice blend of history, culture, and food! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun way to try various local foods.

Must do! Best food tour company in Europe!
I have done many food tours, but this one topped them all. Our guide Natalie was so knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions. The food was perfect and the mix of food, history and knowledge was so well put together. We were so full :) I had my 14yo not knowing how he’d like it but he agreed we could’ve done this all day long. Can’t recommend fork n walk tours enough! If you’re looking for fun, great food, easy history and an all over great experience. Look no further!!!! I wish I took more food pics but I was to busy eating

    Great food and pleasant company.
This was a great tour. The guide was nice and informative and the places he took us to were great. We enjoyed all of the food and it was a great way to experience the local cuisine. They were also kind enough to let us add in a relative who arrived in Munich earlier than expected on short notice.

    A perfect taste of Munich
We really enjoyed our food tour in Munich. Kevin was our guide and he was fantastic. He was energetic, thoughtful, full of knowledge on the food as well as the history and sites that Munich is known for. Kevin also made sure to accommodate my food restriction when needed. We enjoyed plenty of food (and beer!) along the tour and the tour group was only 6 people total, which was really nice and intimate. We even learned the proper way to pour one of our beers, to which Kevin received a round of applause from surrounding tables of locals. I highly recommend this tour and if it’s going to be the only tour you do in Munich, I recommend doing it at the beginning of your trip, because you will not only eat well, you will get your bearings of the city.

    Beer Tour
Noel was an incredible tour guide. We learned a lot about the history of beer in Bavaria, as well as learned where to go for the best ones! Highly recommend this tour and Noel.

    Iain is just the BEST!
So many reasons to laud Iain! The tour itself was so fun and so tasty--the beer was incredible as were the bites, and the venues we visited! They even catered to a vegetarian! Iain has a great sense of humor and is very, very knowledgeable on the beer and food of Bavaria. The group's meeting place happened to be in a platz that was surrounded by Munich Pride celebrations. It was difficult for the group to find each other because of the crowds, but Iain remained calm and ensured we all linked up. He is just unflappable and handled our chaotic meet-up like a pro. And then we went and drank beer! Too easy!

Noel did a really great job! We really enjoyed learning about the history of beer and trying all the traditional bites we might not have ordered on our own. Great job, Noel!

    Foodie Fun!
Husband and I went on this tour with James as our host. He was delightful - full of fun facts and recommendations. We started off with "breakfast beer" and weisswurst and ended the tour with Bavarian doughnuts. There were several stops where we had the opportunity to go in stores and look arounds and purchase things. James was very accommodating and attentive to what interested us and what we wanted to taste. All around, we got exposure to many opportunities in Munich and would highly recommend taking this tour!

    Great Tour by Daniel!
Daniel (assisted by Lisa) did a great job teaching us some Munich history and taking us to some of the local venues for food and a couple beers! Highly recommended!

Me and my husband love trying out the local cuisine, so we decided to take this day trip to Salzburg and taste some of the local dishes. We loved the selection of restaurants and cafe, they have a traditional and lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed tasting savory dishes, drinks and also the sweet treats! My husband has a sweet tooth so the Salzburger Nockerl was right up his alley!
The walk through Salzburg is wonderful, our guide Annabelle was amazing introducing us to the city and its history.
Taking the train from Munich was very easy, having been met by Iain there and then in Salzburg at the platform by Annabelle, we didn't have to worry about getting lost.
Coming back to Munich was simple too, Annabelle gave us directions to the train station, however since we had some time we decided to stay a few hours longer and enjoy Salzburg's atmosphere.
We only had time for this one day taster of Salzburg, but will definitely return!
Fork & walks tours organised this tour perfectly, thank you so much for the great experience!

We had a great day with Tanja. The weather was cold and rainy but we still had fun and hit all the sites and enjoyed the food. Tanja was knowledgeable regarding the history and food of Salzburg and was also flexible based on our food preferences. Highly recommend the tour!

Such a fun way to discover Salzburg and its culinary delights! Our guide Annabelle was fantastic and really made the experience feel special. It was easy to find her at the train station because she had a board with my name on it. Here's a quick tip if you do this tour... if you try the Salzburger Nockerl desert, go easy as it is seriously heavy! This is definitely the way to see Salzburg. Highly recommended!

The most amazing tour guide Annabelle, a wealth of history along with beer, wine and food. You could not ask for a better tour and we throughly enjoyed hearing about life in Salzburg from a local. These tours would also be excellent for older children as well. Thank you!!

We had a great day with Katrina in Salzburg. All of the tastings were delicious, the scenery was breathtaking and we got to wander pretty much wherever our hearts desired! If you love cake and you love beautiful towns...this is your trip. The individualized attention and small group tour will not disappoint.
