The tour was very interesting. We saw many notable places & the cycling was easy. Rob, our guide, was very informative & equally amusing.

Highly recommend this tour which will give you a great feel for the city; especially the stop in the beer garden for lunch! Can't praise highly enough our guide Susanna. She also did a great job in managing a group of 16 cyclists and at the same time remembering each person's name!

Great way to see Munich . Susanna was a fantastic guide for us and our family. Third Fat Tire Tour in a European city we have done and it didn’t disappoint. Munich and Bavarian History well described and at times very delicately handled as it is not always easy with WW2 issues . Beer garden and refreshments were perfect and the stops were fun … surfing in Munich - who knew 😎👏👏A great tour 👍

We booked a private tour with Fat Tire Tours for the day after we arrived in Munich. This is our third time with Fat Tire (once in DC and once in Paris), and we couldn't recommend them more highly. The tour guides are well-versed in the area and the history, and they are flexible and great to work with. We really enjoyed getting to know Munich during the time with our guide Rob - he was a wealth of knowledge and wonderful! He did a great job connecting with both our daughters (ages 16 and 11) and keeping them interested in and engaged in the history of the city while also keeping us safe. Munich is a beautiful city and is so lovely to cycle through - thank you, Fat Tire Tours, for once again showing us so much of the city! Rob was also wonderful about grabbing photos of our family for us throughout the tour!

Munich has good and well used infrastructure for bikes, scooters and, in this case, Segways. It's a really fun way to easily get around a large part of Munich and see a lot, with loads of useful local information and tips from Karl to give you ideas for places to visit during your stay

We did this tour with our 14 and 12 year old children. Canaan was an amazing guide - super knowledgeable with a great personality . We biked a total of 7 miles with many stops along the way for history. Lunch at the Chinese Tower beer garden was delicious. This tour felt efficient without feeling rushed. We highly recommend.

I loved this tour! Munich is flat so this is a great way to get a quick overview of the main sites. I did this tour first day in Munich, and then went back to spend more time to some of the spots that caught my eye. Guide was friendly and made the tour fun as he gave historical and cultural background. I highly recommend it.

This cultural bicycle tour around Munich has got to be one the most interesting tour I have ever booked. Our guide Canaan was more than excellent. He was knowledgeable, entertaining and quite insightful about the key sites we visited while enjoying our bicycle ride. I strongly recommend this tour !!!

Fat Tire Bike Tours is a great way to see the city, uncovering things you would not otherwise see. We spent 3-4 hours canvassing the city, hearing some great history covering a wide range from the early kings thru WWII and Olympics. The tour also introduced us to the English Garden - a must see our list. Beer garden stop a great experience and we went back later to swim in the river with the locals. Rob, Our Tour guide, was an amazing guide. The only downside was that we had 20 on our tour due to all in town for Taylor Swift. So that was a bit chaotic but had a great time.

This was a great way to both get an overview of Munich and learn some of the Third Reich related history at the same time. Susanna was our guide and was patient and helpful. It was a pretty easy ride with several stops. The Beer Garden stop was a nice break in the day and the food was pretty good and reasonably priced. Family of 3, 2 adults and a 13 year old.

Mark was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about the city and an expert instructor for 4 novices on Segways. Would definitely recommend to anyone with teenagers in their group!
