Fun way to sightsee! The Segway was easy to learn. 1 hour was just the right length of time. Beautiful views! Our guide was very nice. Highly recommend.

our first time on a Segway and we enjoyed it. Annecy isn't huge and there aren't that many 'sights' but we saw a lot and enjoyed the experience. the guide spoke decent English and was nice the training on riding a Segway was minimal but it is quite easy. Although I had a dangerous fall and could have hurt myself.

After cycling around the lake on e-bikes rented via Mobilboard Annecy the day before, we decided to join the Segway tour to discover more about the town, the lake and the old town. A really fun way to explore the area with a very informative and friendly guide. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Annecy.

My daughter and I did the 1.5 hour segway tour in Annecy and we would highly recommend. It was just the right duration to take in the old town and beautiful lake surroundings. Our instructor Karolina was brilliant - a great teacher and a well informed tour guide. Give it a go - you will not regret it :)

We went to Annecy for five nights and on our last day decided to go on a Segway tour. The tour was excellent- we all had great fun riding the Segways! Our tour guide, Caroline was friendly and she took us on a long ride around the lake for an hour in which we could have fun playing on the Segways whilst experiencing a breathtaking view of Lake Annecy. Excellent experience!

We've been through a great experience in Lynn's charming instruction. We are four sisters around the age of 50 and on the segway, returned to our girls ' days immediately... Everything was perfect - from the enrollment and explanation process to the ride around the beautiful lake that was just great! Annecy Segway Tour also cared for a perfect weather - how thoughtful of them :) We Strongly recommend this fun and enjoyable experience

My husband and I had previously done a Segway tour in Washington DC which was such an enjoyable experience. We booked the Annecy 1.5 hour tour. We were joined by another group of 7. We were given instruction of which one of the group wiped out on training. We were also told that we were to follow our leader in a straight formation and to stick to the paths she was leading us on. During our tour two wiped out, hitting bolards, two were riding side by side, racing, of which they wiped out. Being behind them I also came close to hitting them. Two of the riders were weaving in and out of the bicycle and walking path, instead of the path our leader was on, causing children and others to have to get out of their way. The tour guide, being in the front was totally oblivious to what was going on behind her. My concern was not for the idiots but for everyone around them. I could have really enjoyed myself if not for the concern of innocent bystanders. I suggest your tour has a front and back guide and Enforce the rules for all concern. The tour was shorter because of these idiots and hence the 1 star rating. I also felt our guide, though lovely, should have been more concerned about my husband and my complaints. I know you can’t control who books the tour but can enforce the rules. Felt badly not tipping guide but really needs to do her job effectively and safely for all concerned. Keep travelling all !

Caroline took us round. Riding the Segway is easier than I ever imagined it could be. Easier than a bike or scooter and very safe. The tour was really good. We had the 2 hours and I’d have done another 2. Caroline was really nice, good fun and knowledgable. I would highly recommend and whenever I see Segway Tours - I am booking.

It is a fun way to explore the city and tour guide was excellent. Not much more to say but I am required to provide 100 characters.

We booked this last minute and they couldn’t have been more accommodating, there were 6 of us and we had an absolutely fantastic hour touring around lake Annecy! Highly recommend.

While we were next door renting bikes, we decided to book onto a Segway tour for the following day. There was some back and forth on changing the time of our tour after booking to accommodate changing group sizes (I think they put on an extra one due to demand), but this was well handled. We opted for the two hour tour, taking a route round the lake to the Imperial Palace, back through the Old Town, and onto an off-road section following the canal out of the city. The first section was grouped with others doing the one hour tour and ended after the run around the lake. Our guide did an admirable job of shepherding people through the crowds, but we had a few very ignorant people in our group who were starting to become a danger to themselves. Bear in mind that these are off road segways with very wide wheels and you need to be careful with them! That being said, they are just as easy to ride as the slimmer version and I'd recommend to anybody to give them a try as they are such fun and allow you to cover a lot more ground than you otherwise would. As it happens, the tour section covered areas we had already visited earlier in our stay, so we were glad that we had the section hour to enjoy the segways more on the off road sections. Given choice again, I would do this earlier on our visit to cover the major sites first.

The segway tour was really good fun. Marilyn was very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anybody visiting Annecy. It isn't the most informative (compared to a walking tour),however the information provided is very interesting and the segways allow you to see more. It also seemed like good value for money.
