Edy from Chauffeur Prive VTC Marseille picked us up at the airport and took us to our aparthotel. Edy was very pleasant and everything went well. We were so impressed we contacted Edy by Whatsapp and asked him to pick us up at our aparthotel and take us to the airport at the end of our trip. There could be no confusion about date and time because it was dealt with and confirmed by Edy on whatsapp. Unfortunately, Edy did not turn up when due to pick us up at the aparthotel, did not respond to our message asking if he was on his way and we heard nothing at all from him. Luckily we managed to organise a replacement taxi. Who would agree to pick customers up for a trip to an airport, not turn up and not message to say they were not coming? Unforgiveable!

Setting up private transfer service with Regis via email and WhatsApp was very easy. He replied in a timely manner. There was a last minute itinerary change due to bad weather, and he was kind enough to make changes and accommodate us. Our driver, Nabil, was an exceptional driver. He met us at Marseille cruise ship port on time and drove us to Cassis safely. He also coordinated drop off and pick up in Cassis with our private kayak tour guide. The car was immaculately clean.
