- Caroline W0 contributionsUnreliableNever again will we use this company ... booked almost year in advance, representative called me when on the tarmac had just landed, asking where we were told him plane had just landed, he hung up. Went in to airport done what we had to do then went to look for our lift, no where to be found called the number who had called me 15 min prior to be told the driver waited over 1 and a half hours, which by the way of he did he’d have met us, after the long wait then left .... I asked why to be told I’d booked the wrong time, I then replied to check my flight number surely that would be more accurate, only to be told driver gone nothing I can do €60 lost !!!! - MrsKJG0 contributionsBe careful with false advertisingI've just tried booking a transfer from Paris airport to my hotel for this week - used Hoppa site for comparison quotes. Once details entered the screen said 4 cases and 4 carry on in the vehicle so booked on that basis. Once the booking confirmation came through it had changed to 2 cases and 2 carry on - I tried to amend the booking but they said I would have to cancel and book a larger vehicle paying a £4 cancellation charge. The larger vehicle was more expensive than their competitors so I challenged this as I had booked in good faith. They simply said you'll have to email us the screen shots showing the luggage allowance and gave me an email address to send it to (Monica). Just done this and the thing has come back as rejected. What did I do? Cancelled the booking losing £4 in the process and booked with the competition at a cheaper price. Would I use them again? NOWritten January 8, 2020
