JC was an awesome tour guide. We got a great overview of Cannes with several stops along the way to hear details and take photos. We rode up and out of the city on fun bike paths, and we also weaved in and out of local traffic. The e-bikes made the whole experience easy and fun.

E-bike tour with Maddy in Cannes was awesome. Beautiful views, reliable bikes. We toured along the ocean, up on the hill and up by the church. Worth it for sure. Viator could work on their communication.

Unreliable, provider cancelled night before. Ruined my plans. They should not take your booking and money if they have no plan to accommodate what ever number of customers book now again waiting for Refund but more than this my time and happiness is diminished by this bad experience.. Why should the customer suffer for this .The proviso Subject to numbers is no Excuse. It's bad business. Sorry Very disappointed with the Cannes set up this was the second provider that cancelled which was a replacement for the first cancellation !!!

We truly enjoyed the bike tour. Paul hit all of the high notes and luxury stops of Cannes, even taking us into the high mountain viewpoints as well as the old town vibes. Paul cares about the experience for the customers and we thank him for the excellent guidance.

There were two couples -- one French and one American -- and everything had to be said (by the tour guide ) twice. He was a low key guy and very nice, but it was clear that English was very much his SECOND language. He had good knowledge and we enjoyed the tour.

We booked the day before, came to the place and then we got info that the tour was cancelled. Please check with them before you book this.

Lovely tour of Cannes taking in all the sights. Meeting point very close to the cruise terminal and to the main port. Bikes were great - nicely powered and easy to use. Our guide Sylvie was superb… very friendly, spoke great English, explained everything very well and ensured we were all safe whilst cycling. Tour was close to three hours, with quite a few breaks and photo opportunities. Would highly recommend if you have limited time in Cannes.

When we arrived for our tour, we were told they couldn’t find our reservation. After a few minutes, they found it, but then said that the ride was cancelled because the tour guide is sick… Very disappointing. We were really looking forward to the tour, and were not given any notice about the cancellation — had we known, we could have booked something else for our last day in Cannes.

It’s always fun to see a city by bike! We enjoyed Nolan, our guide, who had superb English. The highlight was climbing and descending the mountain. The views from the top were awesome.

We had a beautiful e-bike tour with a very nice and friendly guide. There where multiple stops at scenic places that would be hard to reached in time by foot. We even went up the hills to a more secret spot, which agian would be hard to reach by bus or by foot. The guide is flexible to adjust from easy riding of non traiined up to a sportive Event. the e-Bikes supportet that very good, you can do a little Sport or an enjoying easy trip. my bike was still nearly full after 2 Hours and 20km.

Really enjoyed this overview tour of Cannes. We had never ridden an e-bike before but it was extremely easy. It made the hills of Cannes very manageable. Jean Charles, our guide, was excellent. Highly recommend.

Nothing beats screaming down a hill on a bike with the wind in your hair! The electric bikes made climbing the hills a breeze too - totally worth it for the stunning views. This tour was just a delight, and so was John Charles, our guide. Highly recommended!

Climbing hills on an Ebike is worth the price. Jean-Charles was very considerate. He kept looking back the whole way to make sure we were all okay.Then tailored the speed of the ride according to our fitness levels. Love the small group size.

The tour guide Sammy was great and well deserving of the tip we left him with. He even let me use his full sized bike when the little one did not shift gears properly up the hill. It kept popping out of gear and I had to peddle manually most of the way up. I would do it again with better equipment (even my own bike)...those dinky bikes aren't much good for a guy my size.Tour started poorly when I asked to use the restroom and was sent on a wild goose chase outside by a guy who seemed to be an owner. I never found it and began the ride anyway. I have a hard time believing that there was not a restroom in the rental building.

We had a fabulous time exploring all of Cannes. We really did see it all in a reasonable time. Sammy, the tour guide, was super friendly and shared many interesting facts about the city. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that’s visiting!
