I couldn’t recommend AIX BIKE and GO enough. Dialogue with Colin pre-collection was responsive and simple. We had to change our plans last minute and shorten the booking duration. This was all no problem and easily accommodated. The bikes were in great condition, new, clean and well maintained. On the day, we rented an electric bike also as well as conventional. Colin was very patient and took the time to explain the in and outs to a novice rider. Plenty of extras were included free of charge (rucksack, gloves, map, repair kit) and we were given great input on potential route options. I’ll be back in Aix in March for a few days and will certainly be renting from AIX BIKE and GO again.

Colin provided a great mountain bike tour in Aix. He is very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. The bikes he rents operate well and even as a novice on an e-bike he explains all of proper techniques. He can provide both technical and moderate riders a great experience, great terrain and great views. I highly recommend his tours if you are visiting Aix.

Best outdoor activity around the mountainous of Aix-en-Provence. Colin supplied quality e-bikes with minimal effort climbing to the top of the hill. I have no stamina or whatsoever but find this activity effortless yet wonderful with the breathtaking mountain view, aqueduct, and water dam lookout.

This is the one of the best activities we have ever done. Colin was a great guide, we were impressed with the quality of the bikes and of course the context and scenery was unimaginable. We are casual bikers at home and had never mountain biked before—-do not be reluctant. Colin allows for practice on the ebike and gradually you are riding on paths that bring you to beautiful vistas. This treat of an experience is for all levels of biking.

Amazing bike rental experience. Aix Bike and GO was the only place i found in France that would rent a bike sized for my 8 and 10 year old. They were kind, courteous and very helpful. Everyone in the shop spoke perfect english. The bikes were really nice and well fitted for my kids. The shop is also located pretty close to some great road and off road biking. Thanks again

Terrific group trip around St Victoire. Colin was a first class guide, the E bikes were easy to get the hang of and the scenery was spectacular. Highly recommended.

My wife and I went in to have our old rusted bikes repaired. Colin was fantastic. Ordered the parts even unique ones needed, plus repaired, and cleaned and polished the bikes to look brand new! I thought the prices were very reasonable, and Colin explained everything to us. And the shop has a great selection of new bikes and accessories—for next time! Speaks English too.

I just used Aix Bike and GO for the first time and was absolutely delighted with the in store service, communications and of course the bikes we rented. We were even able to drop the bikes back off on a bank holiday to accommodate our schedule. Colin and Louis are a pleasure to work with and I thoroughly recommend the store.

I had been talking of attempting Mont Ventoux for ages and my friend recommended I hired my bike from Aix Bike and Go. I duly made a reservation from UK and contacted them by email. Their response was rapid and helpful. At pick up Colin and his colleagues were very helpful changing pedals and tailoring the bike to my requirements and I was packed off with the bike, all the necessary spares and their best wishes. Little did I know what was to come on the climb!! The bike was excellent and makes me realise I need a new one here at home. I would recommend Aix Bike & Go to anyone contemplating the madness I undertook or for any other cycling you have in mind.

Excellent fun - electric bikes were great, high quality models which were alot of fun to ride. Collin was an excellent guide
