Attempts to connect by phone failed and the driver did not respond to several of my texts describing our location and identifying clothing. After 45 minutes of searching, we finally gave up and joined the taxi queue. However, Tripadvisor has already refunded my fee, and I would sign up again on a future trip if I can be assured that the identification process has been improved.Written June 7, 2024

I tend to get motion sick, so I was glad to have someone who was a good driver. He also did not have an air freshener which was a relief. Those things overwhelm the senses in such a small space and add to the unpleasantness of motion sickness.Written October 26, 2023

He contacted me early so we could make the change. He helped with our luggage even though it was a little walk. My only criticism was his music selection on the hour long drive from the airport.
