Nice driver. Nice car. But that’s it. For this price we should not have needed to wait for over 30 minutes after agreed pick up time. Not worth the price.

Tour went off like clockwork. We were met at the designated location by our driver guide who graciously welcomed us. The car driver was so much knowledgeable. I landed in Paris on 8 January and while I was still going through the customs, the driver has called me to make sure that I arrived and he is waiting for me. That was nice and made me feel at peace straight away, considering the transport strikes in Paris that affected everyone. He waited with a small iPad with my name in large letters, so it was easy to spot him in the arrival area. The car was comfortable and we had a smooth drive to the hotel. During the trip to the hotel, Sayah, the driver, introduced me to the area and advised where to go and where not to go (especially at night). The conversion was easy and informative. All is left is to use it again on my way from the hotel back to the airport. I definitely recommend this service to everyone and will use it again during my next trip to Paris.

Visiting Paris for the very first time, we wanted to ensure a stress free start to our vacation; and coming out of baggage claim and customs to see our driver holding our name was a delight (after an 11-hour flight). Our driver had a very clean car, drove quite safely and had good English. So, he was able to share tips about moving around the city - especially during challenging times due to ongoing protesting. We will certainly use this service again.

We used the services of the company CITY Cab Paris on april, the driver picked us up at the terminal arrival with a sign in our name. We were also informed by message of the arrival of the MiniVan. So every thing wa easy! With a Mercedes black MiniVan, the véhicle was very clean with charger and bottled water on board. Our driver's name was SAM, a very nice guy. We highly reccomand this team of drivers.

When looking for transport too and from the Airport we looked at all the online reviews as we were arriving in Paris late afternoon and wanted to avoid any unnecessary hassle trying to get to our hotel. Like everyone else we wanted to try and get the best possible option at the cheapest price but having read all the reviews we decided to pay a little extra as we didn’t want our trip to start off on the wrong foot and I am so glad we did. Everything that the company offered on their site they provided, they were waiting for us on our arrival, were English speaking, they provided water and the cars were clean which gave us a sense of something a little special, which put us in a great mood. On our return we received a text an hour before pick up to tell us they were on their way (which really takes the edge off worrying about getting to the airport on time as you know well in advance that they are on their way). They dropped us off right outside the departure doors and all in all we are very happy we decided to go with this company as the service was excellent and helped to make a great holiday a little more special by providing excellent service and taking the worry out of the transport too and from the airport…. If you are going to Paris I would highly recommend this company, especially if you want to make the trip that little more special.

Our driver Sayah was great. Our flight was delayed by about an hour and as soon as we landed he sent a text stating he was waiting for us at the exit. We easily found him and we were headed to our hotel. Car was clean and spacious. Along the way he answered questions we had about the city, pointed out different things we were passing and recommended some things for us to do. He was also our driver for our return the airport and was waiting at our hotel at the 5 AM pickup time we requested. The entire process was smooth and we would definitely use this company's services again.

My daughter and I just spent 6 hours touring Paris in a private car with Sayah, our driver. What a treat! We would never have been able to see all of Paris in one day otherwise. Sayah was awesome, friendly, polite, accommodating and a REALLY good driver. He have us plenty of time to get out of the car and explore. He knew knew just where to go for the best photo ops.

I do not recall the name of the two cab companies we used, but both times had excellent service! It was not too expensive either. Mostly we walked everywhere from where we stayed in Saint Germaine Arr #6. In hindsight, after getting robbed on the Metro subway arriving from the Eurostar from London, we should have taken a city cab. Paris is full of beggars and thieves at most tourist hot spots. If you want to avoid seeing them or have a bad chance encounter then just take a cab. Or, do yourself a favour and get one of those body belts where you keep your money/Passport on your body/waist and then only keep $20 Euros on you in a secure pocket. That way if you get robbed, it's only $20. And do not be flashy with any jewellery, purses or shopping bags. Paris still has a serious problem with foreign migrants and sadly they still need to clean up the city. So save yourself a huge headache of a bad encounter and just use a city cab to get around if it's too far to walk.

Waiting in the cold for our driver to arrive to take us to the airport this morning. He never showed, costing us valuable time and increasing our stress level. We asked the valet to help us get a taxi (IMPORTANT NOTE- taxis are now a set price from hotels to the airport, and cost LESS than this private transfer would have). No answer at the CityCab office when we were wondering where our driver was.

Used them often during 2 week Paris vacation from airport transfer, private day trip, and other transfer needs for family of 6. 1/3 of the family arrived/departed on different days from different airports.
