Discover the headquarters of one of the most famous international institutions: UNESCO. Thanks to your guide speaker, who will accompany you for this unusual visit, you will explore the UNESCO House (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), whose particular architecture gives all its character to this remarkable space located in the heart of Paris. While explaining to you the missions, the projects and the impact of the UN specialized agency (the United Nations), your guide will take you to discover the incredible spaces of the UNESCO headquarters: its immense conference rooms, hosts of events of international stature, the square where you will admire the famous symbolic Globe, or its footbridges and concrete corridors, characteristics of modern architecture. A collection of works by the greatest artists of the 19th century will punctuate the course of your guided tour. The works of Calder, Picasso or Giacometti, will be commented by your guide speaker. (Re-) Discovering these contemporary artists outside the museum context, and presented in connection with the missions of UNESCO, will undoubtedly be an unprecedented experience. Surprises, discoveries and learning will be on the program of this guided tour, both anchored in the heart of the Parisian capital and open to the world.

Great experience visiting the temple of tennis on clay, the guide was very professional and pleasant. It's a pity that we couldn't access the central court because of an event of a French clothing company that I will omit its name, for the schizophrenic employee who called attention, she should not worry that I don't take photos of her brand.

      Nice Tour
The court was covered for fashion week. We really wanted to see the clay course. Tour was good. Discount at gift shop for taking the tour was great. Guide was good.

      Poor organization
The ticket clearly states to arrive 10 minutes early and that NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. So I arrived at 09:15 for the 09:30 tour, exactly as instructed—only to be left standing outside in the freezing cold. I thought maybe we needed to arrive early to get equipped with audio devices or receive instructions, as is the case in some other museums—but nothing like that happened. When I asked why we had to come early if we couldn’t even enter, the guard told me that the “arrive 10 minutes early” rule simply means to stand in the line outside. Ridiculous. If that’s the case, they should just say so! Completely unwelcoming and poorly managed. And the worst part? People arrived late and were still admitted! So why impose strict rules and scare customers if they don’t even apply? Terrible organization, unfair treatment, and a frustrating experience overall.

Your operator did not show up, This is a scam.
We received our ticket which indicated that the meeting place was the Pont au Double at 14.00. We arrived a quarter of an hour early and remained there until 14.20. There was no sign of any meeting place or of anyone who looked like a tour operator. We were eventually forced to join the general queue. This is a scam.

      Wonderful Facility, Poor Tour Guide
Guide not very friendly and seemed put off that she had to do the tour in English vs. French. Would have like to know more about outside courts and spent less time in the museum.

      Most incredible experience ever
I am writing this review a year later because this is still in my mind. It was the most incredible experience of my life, and I know that sounds corny, but it was truly breathtaking and moving beyond measure. My partner and I went for a date night when we were visiting Paris and I didn’t have any expectations, but was blown away. Still both of our favorite travel experiences to date. Cannot recommend it enough, the thought, time, and commitment to having this museum wired for such a show is so evident.

      Perfect night time cultural experience
Brilliant and different way to experience a historical site. We were lucky enough to find tickets at short notice and absolutely enjoyed the experience. Short show that we personally found sensitive to the surrounds and moving. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a night time activity that would suit all ages. We sat down for the first section on steps, then walked amongst the chapels for the 2nd movement and sat back down for the final movements. Probably standing up throughout gives the best view, but more than 50% of viewers perched on the stairs - there is lots to see so you won’t miss out. It was sold out but they keep numbers reasonable and appropriate. We caught a taxi from and to St Germaine area which cost around 15E.

Excellent show but it is a neck killer, I would go again anyway. I loved it.
I love these kinds of shows and I am so glad I got to go. The show takes place at Les Invalids which is a military building so there are no bathrooms available. You are also escorted in and out of the area. Also if you have neck problems it could bother your neck, which it did mine but I would go again. I loved it. Gorgeous symphony of both music and art in my opinion. Just stunning images that can be created like this. Color and light and story magnificent. Highly recommended.

Very well done tour by a professional. He spoke English very well yet apologized for his English! The grounds are much smaller than other grand slam venues. Very nice facility.

      Very interesting!
We enjoyed our visit very much! Spent the first hour reading about the manufacturing process (kiosks had lots of photos and English translation) . The second hour we wandered through the amazing collection of clay to porcelain pottery from all over the world - ancient to contemporary. Beautiful space, not crowded, very affordable!

not worth it for non french speaking people
goebin Factory We could not find the entrance It actually said that it was closed but it turns out after walking around entire block it had been the right place Just not at all marked We all waited outside for 15 to 30 min in the pouring rain They would not find us a covered spot to wait The tour is in french and i knew that but i thought most of the tour would be seeing tapestries being made and a gallery of fonished tapestries Most of the tour was a guide talking and a very short part was seeing the weaving There is no gallery of tapestries if you are non french speaking , don’t do it Also The factory and the tour are not well defined so hang in

Very interesting and fluid visit to Unesco. Access to part of the interiors and exteriors. Delighted to have been able to approach magnificent works by Picasso, Moore, Nogushi, Ando, Giacometti.... in an exceptional architectural setting. Group of around twenty people and perfect guide.

The amiable speaker knew her subject thoroughly. she knew how to interest us and teach us many things.

how was she able to talk for almost 2 hours, without looking tired, standing up, and above all, without having drunk a little water, with this sun so strong?

a big thank you to her for her attention to an old lady (which I am!)

An interesting visit thanks to the guide Valerie who mastered her subject.
We visit the gardens and sculptures.
And the amphitheatre, which I enjoyed the most.
Unfortunately it is impossible to see the offices and the shop is closed on Saturdays.
However, we learn what UNESCO is for.

The guide and the visit were really not up to standard: disjointed speech, laconic and incomplete information (I still don't know which architect built the headquarters or in what year for example). The first paragraph of the Wikipedia file where reading the cartels is more informative... Which is to say... We come away stunned!

The questions from the people participating in the visit were almost more interesting than the content of the visit itself and the guide was unable to answer almost any questions except by evading them... So at the end, when she asks if we have any questions, we want to answer: do you have the answers? Otherwise there's no point in stretching out your poles... Having exchanged with 2 other people from the visit, the same feeling of emptiness and a scam.

To top it all off, the guide struggled to do the tour in French (even though it was planned to be in French) but it seemed more to amuse her than to allow her to question the level of her visit.

    Never again !

Couldn't find your ticket. The ticket is sent only once by email. If you misplace it, neither Unesco nor anyone will help you find it. Tickets are managed by an agency that returns no reminders and becomes too discreet once purchased.

As a group of schoolchildren, we were very disappointed by this visit which did not allow our students to understand how UNESCO works or to discover the institution as presented in the details of the visit. The stroll consisted of a series of remarks around the works present within the headquarters. If we want guided tours to discover artistic works, we can go to the museum, when we go to UNESCO headquarters it is to find out how this place is highly symbolic.
Extremely disappointed. Time wasted for our students.

Slightly disappointing visit. We did not have access to the large and beautiful room because it was busy, nor to the garden because we were preparing a fashion shoot. Only the few works of art and the Japanese garden were of interest like the guide's explanations.

A very good time, I wanted to visit, join UNESCO for so many years!
I spent a pleasant afternoon thanks to this visit, in addition to being an emblematic place, I did not realize that the site had so many works of art and a superb exterior.
Our guide was very good, really nothing to complain about. Except the regret of not having had time to greet her.

Long and boring speech, with old and redundant information. I didn't need a wikipedia page about UNESCO, I was interested in the building and gardens. The guide did not even walk us into the Noguchi Japanese garden. We saw it from a distance, only. The rest was a tedious description of some UNESCO projects, similar to what NGO and the ci il,society have initiated some decades before. The building has some architectural and artistic interest, but youndon't need to stand for 2 hours to listen to a bori g school- like presentation in the heat of the glazed lobby.
