Surpris qu’une visite sur Paris se termine ainsi vu le manque de professionnalisme du personnel de ce musée !
Déjà en arrivant personne ne vous accueille, j’ai téléphoné juste avant pour savoir si c’était ouvert mais en arrivant on m’apprend que les places sont seulement dispo sur internet !!!!
Pas de billetterie sur place, pas d’information concernant cette pratique via internet lors de mon appel téléphonique !!!
Avant de faire déplacer les gens dans votre cité d’érudits, il serait bon de revoir ses classiques d’accueil.
Imaginez, vous arrivez aux pieds de la Tour Eiffel et on vous dit :
« non Monsieur, il faut aller sur internet pour réserver »
Perso, je passe mon chemin.
À bon entendeur.

Un musée incontournable pour des enfants fascinés par les dinosaures. Très complet et passionnant. Un superbe moment pour les parents et enfants. (attention pas très adapté au petit dernier : 2ans et demi)
