      Giverny gardens with Sheila
Sheila was wonderful. Her knowledge was amazing and her smiling, happy bubbly disposition made the experience fantastic.

      An interesting tour!
Our guide was really friendly and informative. The tour was full of interesting stories- vampires, rituals and history. Our guide gave a good backstory to the graves and explained the symbolism of the markings on the graves.

      Disorganized
The address for the meeting place was around the corner from where the guide waited. She gave some of us our tickets, virtually. We then walked to meet someone else. It seemed like they were doing their first tour, they were disorganized.

      Just right!
Just what we wanted! Took us straight to the Mona Lisa and then left. We were not interested in the rest of the museum, so this was perfect for us.

      Interesting tour
We had a very interesting tour, Carol has been a really good guide. The way she explained us about the graves history it was very interesting and enjoyable. Also our teenager daughter of 16 years old was very interested. It has been a lovely tour!

We were not able to use the skip the line for the Louver and had to do the regular line with everyone else. The people from the tour told us that due to the Olympics this option was not available and we had to find out last-minute

      Very disappointed
We bought skip the line tickets yet we waited an hour in line. No special access. This was very disappointing to pay extra and not get what you paid for. I would not recommend this tour. The museum was amazing just not the tour purchased on TripAdvisor

This company is ran by a professional Scam Artist
TOURISTS BE AWARE this company is ran by a SCAM ARTIST there is-no skip a line. They took our money for a private tour and the guide didn’t even show up. They had 8 of show up at 10:45am and kept us waiting until 12:45pm to add us to another tour guide. We get to the entrance and to our surprise there is no skip a line. We had to wait over an hour with thousands of people to enter the museum. Screwed us 650 Euros, save yourself some money and book directly at 22 euros a ticket.

Sadly we lost time rather than gain time with this tour
Very disappointing. First, I will say that this is an unusual week in Paris with all of the security measures in place (which I am grateful for). There are many areas where security is heightened and lots of checkpoints. That being said we booked this skip the line tour to avoid the massive crowds at the Louvre and it actually caused us to get in much slower and waste valuable time. It would have been much faster to enter the museum and to have bought the tickets directly from the museum (and significantly cheaper). We met the guide at a location that was difficult to find since the shops mentioned were not even open. The guide took us to the entrance line and left us there and went back to get others who were late so we had to go through the same line as everyone else (could have done this on our own an hour earlier) and then once we got through the line we had to wait for the guide and latecomers - another 20 minutes lost. Then once inside he gave us a very brief history of the Louvre (5 minutes), walked us into the glass pyramid and pointed which direction the Mona Lisa was in (could easily have read the signs to do this on our own) and then he bailed. The description says you were going to be able to skip the lines and that the guide would take you to the Mona Lisa. None of this happened at all. In fact several people in the tour bailed and didn't even wait for the guide it was so frustrating. Again I realize this was a bit different with the security measures but the company should have been better prepared and had a better plan than to have us meet away from the museum, walk us to the same line everyone else was in and add on lots of wasted time to our much anticipated visit to the Louvre.

      Horrible DO NOT BOOK TOUR
We had issues with our tour being delayed due to the tower not opening on time. Our tour guide gave us the option to cancel and receive a credit after numerous messages and calls no response back. We are still waiting for a refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH UTG.

      Terrible Experiences!!!
The chosen meeting location was terrible. Extremely difficult to find. I couldn't find it, so I missed my tour. Should have right next to the Lourev Museum entrance where everyone knows where it is, rather than a souvenir shop. Must have a deal to bring customers to wait in front of the souvenir shop. Very BAD choice. Also, the Museum admission tickets are hard to retrieve. They didn't come in as a pdf file, or a easy-to-retrieve link. They also should have given me the tickets days ahead, rather than the morning before the tour. Very BAD organization overall!!!!

Great tour through a breathtaking location
The tour was great and the guide was very knowledgeable, showing us locations within the gardens where Monet had painted some of his paintings. The tour stared promptly at the scheduled time and lasted for the advertised duration. The house was amazing but the gardens were stunning!

A perfect mini tour for those who want to see the Louvre on their own!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with this tour! Traffic was hectic but the guide waited a reasonable amount of time for those on their way. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and spoke great English! We got right in and she continued to give us wonderful information as she took us to the Mona Lisa! We wanted freedom to see the Louvre on our own, so this was the perfect tour for us! ❤️

      Beauty to behold!!
Monet’s Gardens & home were incredible! A beautiful site to behold. And to think 1 man designed & built that garden!! Our guide, Marine Feza, with UTG Experiences through TripAdvisor, added so much to our time there! She was full of very interesting news, history, & facts about the property & Monet himself. Marine was absolutely wonderful!!

Horrible tour. Don’t waste your hard earned money
The tour guide lied to us and said no one can have an official tour guide through the louvre. But after he left us at the door, we saw multiple tour guides giving tours to people in many different languages. We are very disappointed for paying so much for nothing all we had was a ticket to enter which should have been only 22 euros each but we paid over $250 dollars for 4 for a tour guide that left us at the door!! Horrible

    Non è certo una Fondazione.
Ci sono solo i quadri del periodo cubista.
Niente del Periodo Blu e Rosa (per me, il meglio).
    Parte del personale scortese.
    Non vale la pena.
