Never showed up to pick us up from the airport. When I called them they said our flight was canceled. I said if our flight was cancel how would we be in Paris right now. The lady who answer the phone rude very rude told us there is nothing they can do for us to find another transportation to the hotel

Driver was prompt and very helpful in telling us where to exchange money. He told us about restaurants he preferred and how to get there. Very courteous; fluent in English and kind.

Smooth transition from airport to my hotel

Fabulous pick up at end of a very long walk out of Charles de Gaulle airport! After a very long trip! Jet lagged too!
Gentleman driver was communicative through WhatsApp sharing his location as I finally exited … he also had signage with my name!
