This company completely stole $141 from us. We booked an Eiffel Tower tour on 9/25/23. we had printed instructions to meet at the Carousel across from the tower 10 minutes before our tour start time of 7:15. We were there 20 minutes early and did just as told...No sign of a guide. WE made ourselves very visable...We waited till 7:30. When I requested a refund, I got a flippant response that said others found the guide ... This is complete BS, as we saw no one looking for a guide... When I asked specifically where these people met the guide, I received no response. They are crooked and dishonest.. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

My son and I went on this tour Sept. 22. It was a good tour with a very nice and informative guide. It's a huge place and there are several other groups, besides the people who are not with a tour group, so it was a little crowded. The grounds are huge. We had bad weather and it started raining when we started out into the gardens. We ended up leaving and headed back to Paris, so we never made it past the snack bar area. My two complaints: I think the tour should start earlier. The departure time is not when you actually leave but meet the group. It took us almost an hour to actually get to the palace grounds. The meeting location makes it sound like you meet at the train station. We were waiting along with 5 other people when a station employee pointed us to a place across the street. Since it was raining, we were staying inside the station to stay dry. The instructions should be more specific. A word of advice as well. Our guide said a lot of teams of pickpockets buy daily tickets and work the crowds. Be careful as you will get bumped and pushed while in the actual palace building. Otherwise, we enjoyed our tour.

We had a great food tour hosted by Rawda. She was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. The stops along the way were nicely timed and had great food and drink selections. Rawda did an amazing job and we would certainly book with her again! Thanks Rawda!

We had the 6:15 walking tour, and our guide was incredible. She was very personable and fun, giving information in an entertaining way. She was patient w/the slow ones. . . Me:) Her added talent in photography was a bonus- taking our picture w/the Eiffel Tower in a perfect spot. Her presentation made the whole experience. . . EXCELLENT!!!

I assumed that I purchased tickets for September 20 , 2023 . I didn’t receive any reminders for my upcoming event . Apparently the tickets were for the 19th instead . Imagine my surprise when I was contacted in the afternoon of the 19th saying that we had missed the event . I reached out and was told that there was nothing they could do . I was offered a discount (amount not disclosed) for possibly another excursion. Due to time constraints (we had to come home) it seems that was that . I don’t feel it’s right for me to pay full price for something that I didn’t receive !

Tour was canceled at 11pm the night before. Unable to rebook with other operators given the timing.

The best way to see Versailles! Our tour guide, Manny, got us on the train, fitted with headsets and then gave us an interesting tour of the inside of the palace. When the guided part of the tour was over, he gave us lots of advice for seeing more in the palace, the gardens and the smaller palaces. He sent us off with tickets for the gardens and train tickets home when we were ready. You can take your time and go at your own pace. No jumping on a bus!

We LOVED the Palace --the tour guide made sure no one was left and overall he gave clear directions. There is a flag so you can see your guide. We didn't have any wait time as advertised you do skip the line. The reason for the 3 stars are two things ---we saw the location where to meet BUT it was our first day in France and we took the Eurostar train at 4am in the morning so we couldn't have left earlier ---we arrive in Paris with an hour to get to the meeting spot. But we almost missed it--I thought it was a hotel not a train stop we wasted about 20 minutes walking in the opposite direction looking for a hotel. They leave the location at 11am on the dot! So Please state what the site is ---we are tourist and we left London ( We are from the US) at 4am so we couldn't have added more time --the more specific the better. We booked this months in advance it is was a once in a lifetime experience for us. We DID find the location JUST in time with a few minutes to spare! But it took years off my life racing around. The second reason for the 3 star is we are lead OUT of the final exit at the end! WHY????? I would have preferred to be given the garden tickets BEFORE the final exit--as then there is NO chance to go back to anything. I think that was a big communication that needed to be made VERY clear! I waited my entire life to see this palace and I would have liked to look back at a couple rooms before getting to the gardens. It was over 90 degrees --it was an unusual heat wave in Sept. So I do wish our tour guide told us we could rent golf carts --we figured it out be we were almost done walking around by that time. So ---One You will LOVE this tour --but those three changes are big ones that could really impact your experience and since this is a once in a lifetime experience for many of us I wanted to share. But LOVED it overall.

I loved my guide - she was so knowledgeable I have forgotten her name (she said she had a cousin in Miami) lol. But she was great!

This was such a great trip! Stefano (aka Steve) was an amazing tour guide, giving us great information along the tour. We also liked that the train tickets to/from Paris were included and that we could stay and walk through the gardens as long as we wanted.

My wife & I were traveling from Texas and wanted to tour all of the beautiful historic places Rome had to offer. Luckily for us, we were assigned to Paola's group and she absolutely blew the doors off of our tour! She was so knowledgeable and made it so enjoyable for us. She took us everywhere and explained everything crystal clear. She was so passionate about it all. My wife & I cannot recommend this tour enough. Be sure and ask for Paola when you reserve!

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Versailles. Our knowledgeable tour guide took us from the train tracks in Paris to the palace where there was a long line of people waiting to get in on a sweltering day in the 90s. We swept right in skipping this line and our guide gave an excellent tour of the palace with many interesting tidbits. Afterwards, we were able to explore the gardens at our leisure, all inclusive on our tickets.

We were amazed by the scale of Versailles and the amount of wealth invested in this place. Crazy. Good tour guide but muffled speaker system made it difficult to hear.

This was a long day with lots of walking but it was worth it! Our guide was so knowledgeable and kind! I highly recommend it but just know it is lots of walking up hills as well.

Great tour. Guide showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. We met at the metro station and rode the train together to the palace. Skipping the line is worth the added price of the tour. Versailles is amazing.
