We really enjoyed being shown around the Musee d'Orsay! Our guide was knowledgeable, and friendly and really made the works come alive with her explanations. I recommend this tour!

We had a private tour of the Orsay Museum on June 16. Naomi was a wonderful tour guide; not only was she incredibly informative about the artists, she was extremely thoughtful in discussing the role of the painters in the context of the French cultural and political environment. This was the most perfect way to see this museum. Naomi our guide was fabulous in helping us get in and a wheelchair for my mother and taking routes through the museum to accomadate the chair and her needs. She was great in showing pieces of the collection that demonstrated techniques by various arists and what made their art special. Naomi also shared information on the artist we were looking at and about relationships that had importance to their art or the growth of painting during their time. Naomi was able to answer our questions and encouraged us to see things on our own as we were learning about the art and artists.

We had our tour with Naomi Cook, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the art. Le Louvre is a very large place, with her help we were able to see everything we wanted without wasting time, as well as skipping the very long line to enter. She kept my teenage children engaged and made us feel welcomed to Paris.

Naomi was a wonderful tour guide. She was patient with our group and led us through the museum, highlighting works from key Impressionist artists. It was great to learn the backstories of the artists and the political climate at the time. She also provided wonderful recommendations for the rest of our time in the city!

Participating in 'The Impressionists at Orsay' with Naomi was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Her encyclopedic knowledge of both the museum's history and art was unsurprising considering her own background as a practicing artist. At once witty and unpretentious, her demeanour put me at ease and in turn I came away with an even deeper appreciation of this integral institution and its works. Highly recommended for visitors and residents of Paris alike.

Outstanding tour with a guide who not only got us in to a temporarily closed section of the Louvre (which I understand is next to impossible), but subsequently illuminated for us the whole 600 year history of the museum, on our way to see the treasures inside. An elegant and excellent tour with a woman who is witty, kind, and very well-read, and has a knack for tailoring facts and information to the needs of your group. Members of my group have since returned, to explore lesser-known sections of the Louvre or other landmarks around Paris, with this highly qualified guide. An experience not to be missed.

I took the tour with Naomi. She was excellent. Naomi brought the artists and the art to life! She gave me background on the pieces and the painters, putting it in perspective within the period. Best museum visit ever! I cannot recommend it highly enough. She turned a visit to a museum into an amazing experience.

Naomi (my guide) was informative and very passionate about the collection. In a very relaxed way she informed and provided stimulating feedback about Paris, the collection and all things art in general. It was very much the experience of strolling through a wonderful gallery with a new friend. I highly recommend the experience.

I took a guided tour with Naoimi and it was wonderful. The busses were on strike so we walked to the museum and Naoimi gave me a wonderful overview of Paris, including which restaurants to eat at. Once inside the museum Naomi and I looked at art for over two hours while she discussed art history, culture, and interpretations of the pieces we viewed. Taking the tour with Naomi is like have a conversation with someone who has a PhD in art history except she is more accessible and funny. She is also an artist on her own right and I enjoyed her insights on the lives of creatives. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough!

We were shown through the Pompidou Centre by Naomi, who is herself an artist and obviously has a very profound knowledge of art and, in particular, the contemporary art on display at the Pompidou Centre. Naomi was able to explain the history and the context of what we were viewing in simple terms which greatly enhanced our understanding of the exhibits. And, being Canadian, her English was excellent, which we much appreciated. A very enjoyable tour.

Excellent tour. We couldn’t have managed seeing the exhibits on our own. Naomi met us at the hotel and guided us to the exhibits we wanted to see. My wife is handicapped, she arranged for us to get a wheelchair and led us to the elevators in the building to avoid the escalators.

Such a great tour and visit, These tours have such personal wisdom and interest in the contemporary as well as the historic art representation of Paris. I had wonderful learning experiences with great humor and conversation about the work and spaces all these works embody.
