Our « Fun » workshop is made for you if you’re looking for a real introduction to chocolate making. You and your friends / family will become a real team of chocolatiers and will learn how to temper chocolate and make your own praliné or ganache recipe with the guidance of a chocolate expert. Of course, you will leave our « chocolaterie » with your creations, the recipe guidelines and an Edwart Diploma.
Framing : 1 chocolate expert for 12 persons maximum. If you have a child less than 12 years old, this is still possible just ask by email.
Supplies : All the required equipments and primary ingredients to make the products, an apron and the packaging.
