Sabrina was a great guide and did all the leg work getting the tickets and explaining the process so we didn’t need to worry about the details. She was also kind enough to take a photo when she has a spare second. She knows the good place to get a picture.

I think we should have bought Tower tickets and gone on our own. The lines weren't very long and the tour guide did next to nothing. She handed out tickets, walked us 5 minutes to the Tower, and gave us a very brief history of the tower. She explained the security process and told us the elevators to take. Then she put us in the security line and vanished. This was a waste of many euros.

This is a must place when you're in Paris, the view is amazing and you can enjoy it at any time of the day and even in Autumn.
The worst part, the lack of a guide who told you more about the tower and some places you can see from the top.
If you find a better option with a guided tour, go for it.

Actually expecting a guided visit from a NON GUIDED booking does not seem correct. As you have mentioned in your review, we have also guided visits. You could simply choose the guided visit booking while you book your travel.
We wish you to have contacted us before booking. So we could lead you to choose best option which better suits for you.

For the price it was not worth and would have rather booked directly and not paid such a high price. Lines at Eiffel Tower were not long. The operator met us and just walked us to the entrance. Once we passed security and ticked check in we were on our own. And as it’s crowded the experience is just like anyone else except we paid a much higher price

The Eiffel Tower is well worth a visit, but I would have done just as well buying a ticket online for 26 euro. Other than pushing our way to the front of the ticket holders’ line for entrance to the ground level plaza our guide did nothing for us. We still had to wait in line to get to the second floor, and then again for the summit. It took 1.5 hours from the start of the tour to reach the summit. Our guide did not tell us anything interesting about the tower or it’s history. I did learn some history by eavesdropping on other tours in line. The line for ticket holders was not that long. Given that we met a few blocks away I feel I would have gotten to the summit just as fast had I bought a ticket online and showed up at the entry gates by 9:30pm.
The one thing our guide did suggest was that we go to the summit first. What she should have told us is that if we did that the gift shops on the 2nd floor would be closed by the time we got there.

The email communication about meeting details and the difficulty in finding your “guide” make this almost impossible. Most of TripAdvisor’s activities are Not at the normal entrance for any activity. You do not meet your guide anywhere near the Eiffel Tower entrance. And remember you are in France, where there is little English. Good luck with figuring it out.

It was good because it is the first time that we saw Paris from a very high place and I think it is very beautiful, but the weather was unfortunately bad and rainy The other good thing is the guide who accompanied us. Aida was very nice, cheerful, meticulous and time-bound. She was smooth in her explanation.

My niece and I are visiting Paris for her sixteenth birthday. We were so excited to see the Eiffel Tower and Samy gave us a lot of history and shared a lot of fun facts. We had a great time. Thank you, Samy!

CANNOT CANCEL OR CHANGE AT ALL. My guide was fine, but the company was bad. They were rude in email. Also, price keeps changing. At one point it was >50% less than what I paid.

It was nice activity and memorable day for us. Actually we are unable to find the meeting address to get the real tickets and we went directly to Eiffel Tower and in the line to get into inside by showing the vouchers. But we are not allowed because of we don't have real tickets and we lost our Hope's to get into the Tower. Luckily I got a call from company and asked about where I am and then send a tour guide and gave my real tickets. I never expected this kind of help and support. God is great.. we are really happy of Paris city Tours's service. Thx.

We have a very narrow window of time while in Paris. Is it possible to request a 6:30pm or 7:00pm tour time for June 7. There will be 5 adults.

It is certainly worth a try. There are at least two companies. We went with Fat Tire Co. Go on their website and tell them what time you want and they will tell you if it’s available. Our group had 10-12 people so you might have a good chance, especially with 4 weeks to go. Try the other company too. They go from the same office. Also, you can try going up on your own, but get an appointment time. Then you skip lines. The lines are super long! Good luck-it is an amazing experience.
