Dion was 15 minutes early to our hotel lobby for our convenience and this ensured an on-time departure. The ride from the Paris city center to CDG was smooth and comfortable in a Mercedes passenger van with plenty of leg room. At the airport, Dion avoided all of the traffic and delivered us (and our baggage) all the way to our check-in point. I highly recommend this private transfer service for an efficient and hassle-free experience!

The airport is absurdly large, making it very long and tedious to go anywhere I landed in the very early morning and the airport staff made us dock at the farthest possible gate, at the end of a long row of empty gates. More time lost afterwards, as I had to take a shuttle train to passport control. There, somehow, the airport staff thought it a good idea to make all early morning passengers to go through the same automated passport control gates, several of whom were down. Even I, in the priority lane, took 30 minutes to pass through. The luggage was barely being delivered one hour after landing, and I had to run with my luggage to the far away train station: I got my train at the very last moment. Exactly 76 minutes to leave an airport. In my experience, Tokyo takes 30 minutes, Sydney 20 minutes, Seoul 30 minutes. Not one major airport I know, apart from Paris, requires more than 1 hour. A very discreditable experience: avoid that airport as much as you can because they just don’t take their job seriously.

Simple transfer process from CDG AirPort to Paris City Center in a spacious passenger van with room to stretch our legs after a long flight. Our driver, Valentin, was efficient and competent.

Great pick up and the kind driver waited for us when our flight was delayed. Great vehicle too and highly recommended. Will be booking for our return transfer.

I received a WhatsApp message from the company once we landed telling us to let them know once we cleared immigration. Our driver was waiting right outside baggage claim. Driver was friendly and courteous. Would use this service again.

Our driver, Mohand, was so wonderful putting up with 6 wild and crazy middle aged women on our “ladies trip to Paris”. Traffic was heavy so he ended up spending a long time with us. The cost did not go up as a result. Worth every penny. We are booking our return transfers!!!

The driver was later and the car was not a Mercedes as advertised. The ride was good and our diver was nice. We ended up at our destination without incident despite some initial problems.

Our driver was awesome! He had a blast with our 16 year old son trying to help him learn French. The transfer from CDG was smooth, stress free and moderately priced. Great experience overall.

A big French mess! Some ground staff do not understand English. Avoid this hub. Dont be surprised if the bus driver gives you an tour around the airport instead from terminal to terminal. We missed our connection due lack of English spoken ground staff.

Our driver was waiting as we departed customs and took charge of our bags. After a short walk we were loaded in a comfortable car (Lexus, not a Mercedes as advertised) and off to the hotel. Very nice driver that spoke excellent English and give interesting narrative of the city as we approached. Overall, quick and efficient.

I actually tried to use this service in May 2023. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m going back to Paris this May, and my memory has been refreshed as I pick another company! Long story short….they NEVER ARRIVED to pick me up. Despite the multiple co formations before departure & at the departing airport 15 hrs prior. Including with Viator!

We booked Comfort Cars as we were arriving late in to Charles De Gaulle and wanted a direct transfer to our hotel. Driver was there for us, although the sign on his tablet had gone dark! We arrived at our hotel safely and were picked up promptly to return to the airport on the day of departure. Driver couldn’t speak English but seemed nice and communicated with us via Google translate. All in all, can’t complain! Thank you Comfort Cars.

After 13 hours of intercontinental flight, we face baggage control at Charles de Gaulle. Really rude staff. We don't speak French and we are scolded for not understanding some commands in incomprehensible English. Next time we'll stop somewhere else!
